It does seem odd to call it a 12 inch. No regrets, it is a good pan at a good price.

So far no problem putting in dishwasher, the bottom of last different brand separated from pots.  Multipurpose.

I love this pan. For years I have bought the teflon and other super coated cooking sets because I love to cook and hate to scour pans.   As long as there is no one cooking but me, those worked fine, but the last set the daughter in law demolished about did me in.   So I went this route.  Let me tell you, this is the answer.   No aluminum to leach, no teflon to scratch, and just a very utilitarian set.  I love it!   I had found this years ago.

I have used it to make fried rice and also fried egg rolls in it. I bought this pot for multiple purposes; to cook pasta and provide easy straining, to make stocks, and to serve as a steamer.   I recently discovered making  pasta noodles  from zucchini squash which requires steaming and this pot is perfect for that purpose.   It is big enough to serve for a good sized gathering as well.    The vegetable  noodles  are created by a spiral grater and provide a low carb alternative to flour based noodles and surprisingly enough provide an even superior plate of  pasta ! Highly recommended!.

I have two of the bigger saute pans and this set. Read good reviews on this pan before purchasing.  Did not disappoint.   lifetime warranty!.

Forget fads. Goes in dishwasher and was under 50.  This is a forever pan.  I have a a set of stainless pots and pans that I have had 40 years.  They are as good as new. This looks like it would be hard to clean, but it is very easy.

The thick metal bottom serves to spread the heat very evenly across the bottom of the pans. These are absolutely fantastic pans, I love them. Would absolutely buy again anytime!.  The sides seemed a little thin at first, but they are plenty strong and their thinness saves weight.   I have the Chef's Classic Stainless set and wanted another small pan.

Loved it so much that I recently decided to throw away all my "non stick" and replace them with these.  Heavy. I purchased one of these a few years  ago.

I actually squealed out loud when I saw the eggs slide onto my plate with absolutely no sticking. Fantastic pan to use for cooking eggs! I got so sick and tired of scrubbing eggs off of frying pans that I bought this one in desperation.  I have now forbidden my family to use any other pan for eggs upon pain of death .  A great addition to my growing pan collection.

This is a great pan, but if you are using it on a gas stove and only a small amout of liquid in pan, make sure the pan is centered over the grates, otherwise the handle will tip the pan over. This pan actually cleans up very well.

We purchased him another one as his wife took ALL of the kitchen items  which my husband & I purchased a lot of his kitchen items when he was single . Have not used yet but seems nice.

Really nice wok. . not a lightweight by any means so should last forever. . yes, of course sticking does occur but I have no problem cleaning it by just letting soapy water stand it for about 15 minutes and any residue left after that comes off easily with a little Bar Keeper's Friend cleaner  which is the best stainless cleaner I have found . . Have had no problem searing meat and have had no problem with handle overheating. . . . Shouldve ordered sooner.

Great product! Super easy to clean!.  If you pay attention to the cooking instructions and the cleaning tips these are like magic. I will get more.    maybe not tomorrow, but soon   I had the teflon coated sets and they were ok but never really liked them . follow the tips about cooking and cleaning, you will not be sorry. Never thought I could really dig a set of pots and pans, but these are very cool.

Good heat distribution and retention boils water faster than previous pot. Love my little pot! Easy to clean sturdy, stackable into my 1 1/2 Quart pot!.

Use it daily for one thing or another.  I love it. I cleaned it with a steel wool. I have had this saucepan for sometime now. I love the weight of it! It is  not too heavy but durable!.

I do not like teflon pans because they scratch, this one is perfect!. I really like this little pan.   Basically, I treat them the way I do my cast iron pans.  It is easy to clean.

Such a good price for quality.  It is not the best quality, the sides are thin but it works very well for making pasta and sauces. Perfect size for company.

This cookware is amazing.  Cooks food fast and evenly.   It is easy to clean.  Will be purchasing more pieces from this line.  Do not listen to anyone who is knocking off stars because food stuck to the pan, they clearly did not use enough oil or had the heat way too high.

Heavy.  Straightforward. We do not like that after putting water into the pot and it dries, the bottom leaves a multicolor stain on the inside of the pot.  Other than that it works for our need so far. Love my little pot! Easy to clean sturdy, stackable into my 1 1/2 Quart pot!.

It is also a very light-weight pot. I am using it to cook soup, rice, stew, etc.   I thought it had frosted outer surface.  and it just works perfect.  To my surprise, the product package had a pitcture of Lidia Bastianich  my favorite Italian cooking show hostess , meaning she recommends it too. Lastly, the price was good so I am very happy with this pot!UPDATE on 1/24/2011I am still using this pot!There are tons of wears from 3 years daily use but it is just doing great. I could not tell from the product image but the pot is actually very shiny both inside and out. I was so right about this pot. I love that this set comes with one non-stick pan that matches the entire set.

No complaints. I love them, I was so scared that they will be hard to clean but to the contrary, I love washing and cooking in them. I have now used this pan half a dozen times or more; and am very happy with it. We bought a new induction cooktop; so the pan I have used for years for omelettes, sandwiches, etc needed to be replaced with one that works on the new cooktop.

I got one of these free at a local grocer's coupon collecting promotion.  It was great, but small, so I ordered these and use them every day - sometimes twice.   They cook great, but clean up quickly too.  They are so pretty, easy to clean, distribute heat evenly and are very durable.   Guess I like them. .   Love how they look hanging in the kitchen too.

Cleans easily and it comes with a top quality rack insert.  Worth every cent!.  Beautiful quality, comfortable, easy to grip handles, perfect size for a large chicken, small turkey or ham.  It cleans up beautifully, especially in the dishwasher, and it is lightweight and easily handled. This has become my favorite roasting pan.

I saw this set on clearance at BedBathBeyond for twenty bucks more than  has it for- that made my day If you want to keep the set looking sparkling new then you will have to spend extra time shining/buffing them, but they do fine in the dishwasher for me. This pan actually cleans up very well.  I am completely satisfied. I can not believe I considered the All-Clad set for five times as much money! I love this set, it is as easy to clean as my non-stick Calphalon pans and you can really scrub at them if need be since you will not scratch off the finish.

These are sturdy.  Have been using them fir awhile.  No teflon has been scratched.   I also just put them in dishwasher with no issues.  Very happy with purchase.  They are super easy to clean, and can put them in the dishwasher.

It also continues to cook consistently and just as well as it did the day I first used it. This cookware set is excellent!  Great weight, good heat distribution!  Be careful if you burn something in any of the pans-- it is nearly impossible to get the stain out.

In general I liked it. I am very please with this set.

They do tend to show wear on the finish if things get burnt to the inside, but it has been my experience that it does not change the way they cook in any way.  They clean up really nicely and have easily met my expectations.  They are a really affordable way to get into all stainless steel pots and pans.  It is a good size. My wife and I have really enjoyed these pans.

Easy to clean.  Heats up very quickly. Versital fry pan. I purchased this rather than a 10” model,  and after using it once I realized that it was ever so slightly to big for one person.

It should last for 10+ years.  This is one of my favorites.  Cleans like a dream.  My old one was destroyed by a guest who thought they were doing me a favor by scouring it with Brillo pad.   Even the finish on quality stainless steel can be destroyed.  Once the finish on my old one was ruined, everything stuck to it.  This one only gets hand washed using mild dishwashing liquid and a bit of elbow grease. I use this pan every morning.

I make soft boiled eggs every morning, and I have no idea why this would be the case, but they are much easier to peel when they are cooked in this pot instead of a cheap Teflon pot.  Maybe that is just in my head, but it does conduct heat evenly and is easy to clean. For the price oh does very well.

It is a good size.   Justmake sure and let them cool before washing. I really like this pot.

I love the weight of it! It is  not too heavy but durable!. I absolutly love this line, my first pan that was purchased was the everyday pan with dome lid, after that I was hooked and now have slowly started to phase out my old crappy worn non stick pans, these pans are a bit out of budget for Me but they are totally worth it I say spend the extra money then you would on the cheaper pans because these were made to last, the bottems are really thick and heavy and i just love the curved handles, makes it so much nicer to cook with, you will not go wrong with this line of pans.

It is extremely easy to clean food from.   It does not shine like it did when it came out of the box, but really, is it a 1967 Camaro that you have for show?  It is a functional item that is used on a regular basis.   Once you get the hang of understanding proper temp settings on your stove  high is never the answer  it is a wonderful set that is held up for me for close to a year already and keeps going!  I would recommend this to my friends, especially as a low cost starter cookware set.  I think they are not worth the price.

This came just in time for Thanksgiving and worked out very well.  I do not cook turkeys or large roasts very often, so I am expecting that this will last a long time for us. I use this pan as a sauce pan, stir-fry pan, and small batch soup  pot.

Not as heavy as the others that I already have, but I ordered these to stock our RV.  It is too chilly here to go camping yet, so I have not used the pots yet.  But I expect they will be great!. These are exactly as I expected.  I wash in the dishwasher or by hand.

However, the handle is not the most comfortable, and you really have to know what you are getting into when you buy a stainless pan instead of a nonstick one. Been using it for about a year and a half now, feels solid enough for the home cook. Fantastic size and quality.  Distributes heat well.

The lid does not have holes in it so if you do rice on the stovetop - FYI.  It is sturdy and perfect. I love cuisinart quality and felt this was a good deal.  I think it will be durable for at least 2 years  given i dont burn too much lol .  Great purchase.

The price was very good. I purchased a full set of pans but it did not have a pan this small.   Bought for a Dirty Santa family gift and tried to win it.  I use this pan regularly on an induction range it meets my need well.

Love it!. This pot is the perfect size for every day use.  A word of warning however.  It has a nice heavy duty bottom that helps with heat distribution.

The pot is standing up well, no discoloration inside the pan, and it heats up quickly. So, I definitely play favorites with my cookware; there are pots and pans that I will wash in order to use them  over other perfectly good pots and pans that are clean .  This is one of my favorites. It is very strong, the heat distribution is great and very easy to clean.  I have used in multiple times per week, and I have had it for more than a year.  Its perfect size for soup or noodles.

I have seen no reason in my 30yrs professional cooking experience to have All-Clad type, tri-ply type pans in a sauce pan.   *I have owned my set for more than ten years and they all still look and function good.   This is a 1 qt and is smaller than I wanted.  but after i received it, I am finding plenty of uses for it.  Just what I was looking for. Outstanding pans.

This is my favorite pan in my kitchen.  This wok however makes me look like a chef  when my family really should not let me in the kitchen .  I make beef and broccoli every week with this pan.  It heats evenly, is easy to clean, and as I said is my favorite. That is perfectly fine for me ! The size and quality.

I received the 9in cusinart stainless skillet an I love to cook with stainless however this skillet is lite an thin not at all what I expected.  I can fry eggs in an did a great job.  But can only give 3 stars.  Would not buy again.  Ok stars.   I have found more uses for it than I imagined.

Originally bought this as a pasta cooker, but oh my I have used it for so much more.  Very versatile, high quality, beautiful.  Gone are the days of water boiling onto the stove while cooking pasta. Great product! Super easy to clean!.

It is a bit heavy so it sits well on an electric coil type stove where lighter pans do not.  So far it has kept it is mirror shine.  It does it is job & I have no complaints. good product.

Everything cooks evenly and perfectly.  I wanted to get away from the chemically teflon and other such coated pans, but was wary of leaving the speedy cleanup behind.  This is my go-to everyday skillet/pot/saucepan.  I use it for everything.  Love it, would be lost without it!. I love this pan.  And for the price, it is an incredible buy.  It is medium heavy and very solidly built.

Also, the handle does not get hot while you are cooking! This was really surprising to me since it is all metal and it is attached to the pan. I love the cuisinart  name.  It is known for good performance in their products.  an added plus is that it looks very expensive.

This is a very nice pan.   I love stainless steel and this pan has proven to cook and wash well.   Well worth the price.   I do a lot of research before buying and wanted a pan without any non stick coating. So far, have loved these pots and pans.

This was my second stainless pot purchase and I am super impressed.   Very easy to clean, which was my biggest concern. My son requested this for a Christmas present as he eats a lot of vegetables.

Love this pan.  It is sturdy but lightweight.  Cleaned easily after roasting a 12lb standing rib roast.  Definitely would recommend.   Later read the instructions which clearly warned against using this pan on med-high to high heat because it gets especially hot and can burn thinly sliced onions.

The only thing I wish was different is the bottom of the pan is not flat. I replaced my old non-stick wok with this Cusinart stainless wok.   It cooks differently, but I have lots of experience  40 years  with my old stainless pots and pans.   I expect this one to last just as long. . . . . hope I am still around   My first observation is that I need to keep the heat much lower with this wok.  This wok creates a nice fond which can be deglazed to make a great sauce.   My old non-stick wok was almost incapable of this task..

I bought it entirely because it looked gorgeous  and I needed a cooking pot . Fits well on my Scanpan 4 qt which is about 8 inches across and about 5 inches tall.

I read a couple of reviews that mentioned they were a bit flimsy and/or thin so I was a bit worried. Heavy duty pan,  good size for 2 people.

I believe it helps to save some gas/energy since heat distribution is just on point. This is a 5 star review because no matter what I cook in this pot, it heats perfect and cooks simply great.  Unfortunately, after a few uses, there are permanent brown spots on the bottom inside the pot.

I do use it for making Texas Sheath Cake and it is perfect.   I will probably do more of that when the weather cools down some. The funny thing is that I rarely use this pan for lasagna.  Gave my old one to my son, he liked it so much.

It has quickly become my favorite as it heats well, has a lovely weight to it, and cleans well. I got a super deal on this little pan.  Perfect for boiling a few eggs or heating up leftovers  great for folks who do not use microwaves . Their is not nothing I dislike about this item, it is easy to cook with and I love the stainless steel look, very pleased  with this item.

This is a very sturdy and well designed pot for soups an stews. I love this pan!!!! I have used it several times now for many different items.

It was too shallow and the rack scratched the coating. We had a non stick roaster for years until it started peeling.  I coveted a stainless pan for years before I broke down and bought this one.  It is wonderful! Easily fits a 20 lb turkey, the pan is easy to clean up afterward and can be put on the grill section of my stove top to  deglaze for gravy.  So glad I took the plunge! This pan will last a lifetime!. After doing a ton of research, I landed on buying these to replace all the hand me down pots and pans I had from college.

Just got this yesterday, but have used it already twice for eggs in the morning.   First off, I love that it is made of a fairly heavy gauge stainless steel and non-stick.   It is a great size and the edges are fairly steep and deep, but not too much.   Fair price, fast shipping.   Good deal.   This wonderful skillet it a lifesaver for making stir fry or when I am feeding more than just 4 people.

Took a couple of times to get used to, coming from non stick, but now they are by far the nicest cookwear I have owned. I love these pans.   Easy cleanup and perfect distribution - just have to follow the directions for care.  It can do so much & replace so many other pots & pans.

this was perfect for our Thanksgiving Turkey, cleaned up easily as well!  very sturdy. I have noticed many reviews about the lid shattering, so far not a single shatter, and a few meals cooked already.  If this should change for any reason I will update this review.

Other than that, perfect!. I have two other sizes of this brand, so I knew I had like it. Love these pans.  Just wish the top was see through like my others.

Great weight, handle is comfortable. We love real chef products and shop mostly at restaurant supply stores.  Fantastic pan for people that like to cook.  Goes from oven to range to table.  This is a really nice handy little pan at a great price. It is easy to clean and do not have to worry about small pieces of pan coating getting into the food. I can always count on Cusinart to have great quality.  Stainless steel is way to go!  I would have known years ago.  Feels well constructed and should last for ever.

I was looking for a stainless steal stir fry pan and this one does the job very well. Replaced an old nonstick pan with this and the quality is incomparable.  Definitely recommend.

I totally like this saute pan. I love this pot ;  it is the perfect size,  not heavy and have had no issued with it.

While the sides and dome are thinner than some pans, the bottom is heavier and distributes heat evenly; so far nothing sticks.   Considering the price I paid, plus the fact that the pan transitions from stovetop to oven flawlessly, I am happy!  It is truly my favorite everyday pan; does the job and does it well, thanks.   However, all stainless pans discolor a bit. They are very attractive and shiny and my Daughter really likes the set.   That is somewhat true, the pan discolored a little and it is not a heavy pan.

They are easy to clean- sometimes food does get stuck on, but all they need is a short soak in hot water and everything comes right off.  Great heat distribution and the handles do not get hot. These pans are a great value for the cost.  Very happy with these.  It is known for good performance in their products.

The pan comes out squeaky clean from the dishwasher. I got this for $30 and have owned this for 26 months. They heat evenly and seem sturdy.  The pan is big, the heat distribution is even and food does not stick if the oil is right temperature.  I use this pan for making scrambled eggs  when I am doing a large batch  and to saute vegetables.

Ever since receiving this pan I cooked several meals and absolutely love it.  I ended up buying a smaller version of the same pan.  I highly recommend this item.

The folks who cannot get these clean or cannot figure out how to cook with them should stick to your microwave and frozen pre made food. I bought this to replace a broken stoneware lasagna pan.  Love the handles as it is large and can get heavy.  Have not used the rack but it looks great for a chicken or smallish turkey.  Baked on sauce washed right off and the shine remains.

It is exactly the skillet we wanted. Decided to get this roasting pan to make our first turkey in.  It easily could have handled a much larger turkey that we bought  12lbs  and cleaned up much easier than expected.  This is a very sturdy high quality roasting pan.

I was looking for a stainless steal stir fry pan and this one does the job very well.   It cooks very good and clean up is easy. This is an excellent product. Perfect size for company.

Other than that one thing - I love it!. This is the 2nd one of these I have bought.  What a beauty, very shiny and bright with a solid, well anchored handle.  I use it almost every day.  Perfect size and heats and cooks great.  Found a glass lid from an old pan set that works perfect too.  Only con is - the pour spout is on the wrong side.  When I cook, I stir with my right hand.  Pour holding the left hand.  Needed one for summer place also.

My girlfriend hopped on . I used it to cook my ground hamburger at my mom and dad house for a month. 95! The price alone is why its 5 stars. . there are worse for more than twice that amount! Buy it.  Went to  and was disappointed they did not sell it. . . inexpensive addition to your kitchen.  I fell in love with it. .  If you follow the suggestions that come with this pan it will continue to look new.

The set looks very elegant and sturdy.  I have not asked how is the cooking on it, but I have not heard any complaints as of yet.  They were very happy to receive the set of cookware. This is my favorite pan in my kitchen. This was a wedding gift for a friend of the families.

We use it for everything from steaming veggies to cooking pasta noodles to making soup and everything in between. I had to buy another one of these after I stupidly ruined my other one  totally my fault .   We have a full set of the chef's classic stainless pots and pans and absolutely love all of them.   We love this pot. Love this pan!. Although it is not officially  a non-stick pan, with a little oiling, nothing really sticks and clean up is easy.  It is the perfect one.

I can use metal utensils without damaging the  non-stick surface inside.  I also like that it is light-weight.  As a plus, it is pretty and shiny. This is is one of the best skillets I have ever used.  Now I have two of these and can toss out my old pans.  I already had one before I ordered this second one. As long as you want the heat to be distributed only on the bottom of the pan, then this is the ideal mid price pan.

I could not give the easy to clean a 5 star as stainless steel is never easy to clean no matter the price point. I purchased this for my daughter for her college apartment.   No more scrubbing to remove tea rings.   She loves to cook and the quality of the materials and heat distribution are great.

When I get careless and ahve high heat, the milk stuck to the bottom is easy to remove. Pros: I bought as a Mother's day present for my mom.  It is awesome.  Boils fast, sits flat on the glass surface, cleans out well, pours out liquids smoothly and does not drip/flow onto its side like other pots and worth the money. Cons: the edge on the rim is somewhat sharp.  it will not cut your hands if you just hold onto it, but if you are not careful it could possibly cut.  It would be better if the edge of the rim is more dull just for safety.

The other day I was making turkey stock and I left in the pasta strainer to make the bones easier to remove. I finally got tired of replacing the cheap insert type strainer/steamers and bought this.  While the stock was cooking I steamed some veggies for dinner in the upper steamer.  This item is very versatile.  My only complaint it how high the handles are.

Distributes the heat perfectly. I use this pan daily.   Like it a lot.   It is easy to clean.   I try to limit my non stick cookware to where it makes the most sense and this is a solid product that compliments my stainless stuff well from what I have seen so far.

Great quality, easy to clean and makes me feel like a professional cook.  I prefer this over a nonstick so I can ensure browning  and flavor on my food. This is a beautiful fry pan.  Also, I have put it on my stove to make gravy, & works wwll.

I understand there was a problem with the glass lids shattering, but this is no longer an issue, as they are stainless steel as well. Got this as a gift for my fiance who has been wanting this for quite some time. .   I did read the negative reviews, and I think some of them should be updated or removed.

They are very easy to keep clean.   Like the suggestions say, for an easy clean up, add some detergent and warm water and these pans clean right up. I love this set of cookware.   That did the trick.   This is my fourth set of cookware in eight years, so I hope now I will stop buying cookware!.   I simply can not get enough of this thing.

Frying, soups, sauces. I just used it during Christmas. . .  Nice enough to put on the informal table with soup and stews. and used it, and used it. . .  . . . love this pot. First I will say that food does stick to it. . .  Food does not spill out, easy to carry as weight is distributed.

But its perfect for all of our needs.  I got rid of my pots and pans set which was like 30 years old, and replaced it with just a few pieces here and there since I wash and reuse a lot. I got this little pot for a great price! It was even cheaper than the smallest size they had listed   I guess it was a deal of the day sort of thing .  It saves space! The liquid/ water does not stick to the sides when being poured. 1 quart is small and that is exactly what I wanted for my special teas.  And it also looks great!.  This one is easy to pour. Saw reviews about people burning food.

I have own these pits for a few years, bought a set for my son and now my Mom.  I recommend buying these sturdy easy to clean pots.   They are strong and heavy but not like cast iron.  Very nice.

I have used it many times and it looks just like it did when I bought it two years ago.  Forget fads.  The stainless looks great, heats up fast, and cleans up easily.  Just follow the manufacturer's recommendations on heating and cleaning and you will do just fine.  The price for this pot was great for the performance. I like this pot and actually went out and bought a whole set to match it because of how well it worked.

Tired of eating unhealthy Teflon and other coatings, so went with restaurant quality steel. I have had this set for over 6 months now, and I am very happy with it.  The sizes of the pieces seem to work with every need that I have, and the weight and durability is excellent.  When you want them to look nice you can polish them up a bit with a towel, but for every day needs I do not worry about some spots, it is stainless steel after all!.

Love my new pans.   What can I say?  My old ones were given to me when we got married 43 years ago.   It was overdue to replace them, and this set is the perfect solution.   Food cooks well, and the pans clean so easily.   Highly recommend these pans.

I was happily surprised when I first got the pan, you can just feel the quality when you pick it up. What a nice pot!  I have only had occasion to use this a few things, but this a nice, heavy, attractive pot.   The steamer pot is the main reason we purchased this and it is great for big meals.   It handled enough potatoes to feed 12 people on Thanksgiving  plus leftovers  and could have handled quite a bit more!  We have not yet used the steamer basket, but it is a nice add-on to give this another use.

Used it for roasting a turkey.  It worked great and cleaned up easily.  Seems to be durable enough and warp-free, so I would buy again over the heavier ones at double the price.  I have not tried it on a stove top though, as I have no need to, so I do not know if that is a problem.  It is known for good performance in their products.

Seems like this is a genuine cusinart lid. Broke my old 9in lid and I could not find it sold alone. My daughter will have many years of service with this very handsome pan.  Now I need an 11in pan.

One big A skillet.  Has quickly become my wife's favorite skillet if not her favorite cooking utensil period.  Sturdy enough to use a weapon in the event of a zombie apocalypse.   I just let it soak for a few minutes and everything comes clean.

I love this all in one pot, large enough to meet all our needs, 2 strainer inserts, it has everything a kitchen needs!!. Pleased with the purchase, it is exactly as described.

I new it was big but bigger than I expected.  Easy to clean.  Love the steam basket .   Came out beautifully browned and did not stick!  I was able to get everyone's portion cooked in the same pan - cooking for six people.

the lid is really great, being so high-domed.   it seals with the lid on, makes the food moist.   it doesnt' seem to need as high of heat to do the job.   the sides of the pan are fairly thin, the only complaint i had have of this pan.   for the price, its a great purchase.   i can make a big meal, then have enough leftover for hubby's lunch the next day.  I roasted a pork shoulder and it roasted it beautifully.

I bought this pan about a month ago and have used it with several different meals and I love it, some foods do seem like they may want to stick but I think it is all in getting used to cooking on "real" pans again after using teflon for years, the pan is so easy to clean up just follow the directions for cleaning and no problem and no scubbing to speak of at all, I am going to try the smaller sizes next, I think you would be very happy with this pan. I absolutely love this! I use it several times a week and it still looks great after 3 months.

I like that it is not too heavy, but cooks stir fry quickly.   I have used it to make fried rice and also fried egg rolls in it.  and I love the handles!  It heats up quickly and cooks evenly.   I know I will enjoy using it over time.   I do not see a use for the lid, but it is nice and heavy if you need that.  Great heat distribution and the handles do not get hot.

It is NOT a "non-stick" surface.   So, a little more scrubbing is needed.   However, cooked wonderfully.   And is a great small size.   But, I was able to use a regular pot lid which I already had.   I am very happy with it.

com!  It is roomy enough to cook an entire chicken cut up, or to make a family size batch of spaghetti sauce.   Clean up is easy!  It is also beautiful enough to display from any ceiling utensil hanger.   The quality is as good as others priced three and four times higher!  The double handle feature makes it easy to maneuver the pan.   I highly recommend this pan to anyone looking for a large saute pan!  You will not be disappointed!. This is the perfect saute pan. Great non-stick pans!  They seem to distribute the heat quite well, and due to the quality of the non-stick coating, clean up is SUPER easy!  Even when cooking a sticky sauce, the pans clean right up!  We have had them about 2 months now, and there are a handful of scratches, but that is to be expected, but none of them are anywhere close to being all the way through the coating.

The interior material / brushing is awesome because whatever sticks to the pot usually comes off by just rinsing it! The only drawback - which is not an issue of the product though - is that its bottom is a bit too small to sit stably on the grates of my gas stove, at least at long as there is not much in it. Love it! It is perfect for canning tomatoes & more.  I do not know why I did not have one before now?!  ?.

It is exactly the skillet we wanted.  It has performed as the reviews said it would. Easy to use! Fits better in dishwasher than those long handled ones.

Awesome value price and I ordered it.  But it does a great job . .  even with eggs just follow the instructions of heating the cookware.  Do not use high heat.  Now I reach for it everyday. . .  I like them. . .  The dome shaped cover help to steam the food perfectly.  I am glad I bought cleans up well. . . . . . Though once in a while I do use bar keepers friend.  stopped using my non stick.

Large diameter and deep sides make it a wonderful sauce pan. Very nice little pot.  Works well, and cleans well.  If you burn something in it, soak it and then scrub with baking soda and a little bit of a natural cleaning solution.  It will be good as new!.

Purchased this for a Christmas gift for wifey as we have an 8 qt and a 20qt stockpot but felt we routinely needed something in between.  Used it a few times on our gas range and works as it should.  Its a good size for homemade soup and home water bath canning..

This is for 1-2 servings if you are looking for more than 2 servings do not buy this pot.  This is small but it works for me.  It is made well and looks really nice but it is light weight with the exception of the rack.  It is good for cooking rice, boil an egg or two or make some simple syrup.

This is a great cookware set.  I bought it for under $100 on .  It was $150 at macy's and bed, bath & beyond.  Please note that this is NOT non-stick.  The cookware looks great out of the box.  Just know that it will not stay that way b/c when you cook enough with it, it will start browning from the heat.  Still, great set.  Would buy again, and would recommend to friends. Good heat distribution and retention boils water faster than previous pot.

This pan exceeds my expectation. Yet again, other buyers helped my decision to buy this pan. I used this wok for the first time recently.   I just wanted a thick, high quality stainless pan that I could cook a roast with—one with a stainless steel rack that would not corrode like most other racks.   I did not need an aluminum clad pan—I suspect the cladding process adds a great deal to the cost and of course one must always doubt about the durability of the very thin stainless on the clad part of those pans.

Looks nice on my wall.   I try to limit my non stick cookware to where it makes the most sense and this is a solid product that compliments my stainless stuff well from what I have seen so far.  Perfect size for breakfast for one to three people when you want a quick cleanup.  The pan itself is sturdy, and the rack sits nicely in place. I use this almost exclusively for eggs - sunny side up, scrambled and omelets.

This is our go to pot for soups, pasta, etc.  we even bought an extra one to always have one clean or in the event we need an extra. Everyone needs this! Perfect size, easy to clean, dishwasher safe.  I put just enough coconut  extra virgin  to cover the bottom and then put in the best popcorn kernels -- Amish Popcorn  I used to use OR but once you try Amish you can not go back , sprinkle a little sea salt, and BLAMMO -- Delicious fresh hot popcorn.

Trust me.  .  product at a great price.   This 14' one is great but it is a freaking beast.   I did not realize how big 14 inches really is though!  This thing is massive. .   If you are looking for a more standard size I would say to go with either the 10' or the 12'.   I think I only paid about $30 with free shipping through .  What is great about this set of cookware is that it heats so evenly on the bottom; the sides do not equally heat up.   I can cook 3 grilled cheese sandwiches in it at once and they do not touch each other.

You have to be a decent cook to use these pans.  and also a certain way to clean them to keep them looking nice  baking soda and water . I love these pans! They cook amazing and anyone who leaves a bad comment just cant cook lol.  Overall great product, I definitely recommend it if your looking for an affordable, quality, stainless steel cook set. .  It is easy to dry roast or brown the grains with oil, then just add water all in one pot to finish cooking.

Excellent sizes,  great looking, comfortable to handle, heats evenly, easy to clean  of course, to start out, I am washing by hand, super careful. Why these are so hard to find in the cookware aisles in groceries and the usual $Wal $Safe etc. ?Just right for boiling 2 eggs or making a sauce for the Benedict.

I knew it would be heavy but I am used to my cast iron pans so the weight is fine for me.  The handles do not get hot either! Buy it, you will not regret I t!!  Also, you can put it in the dishwasher, comes out beautifully.  I wanted a 5 qt pot that I could make a pound of pasta in  without crowding  and pour into the strainer one handed. This pot is nice looking.

I ordered this for the Thanksgiving turkey.  Usually I buy a cheap roasting pan; only to throw it out after one use because I was unable to clean it.  This roasting pan cleans with ease.  Used it twice so far.  But I know I can scrub these and be fine vs.

This is a forever pan. Yes!!! I love this stock pot -- the handles are bolted on, not riveted, and the triple-ply base is great for even, slow heating when making stock.  I may have to get a 16-quart at some point, but this 12-quart is a good all-around size, even for one person.  Be sure to read and follow the care instructions that come with the stockpot so that you do not use incorrectly, i. e.  I am sending one to my daughter -- it really is that awesome.

I bought mine used,  great price  and was expecting serviceable, but this was like new, in original packaging, only two tiny, tiny scratches on the very bottom. Perfect replacement for a Wearever sauce pan I boiled dry and ruined, except ability to choose one of different sized drainer holes on opposite sides of draining lid are improvement.   That did the trick.  Heats fast and evenly, clear glass lid makes checking on food without removing lid easy.

Over all a great product  .  They are super easy to clean, and can put them in the dishwasher.  Getting use to clean up process . Love the cook ware.

It holds heat evenly, easy to clean, pour spot and strainer work perfectly.  My plan is to slowly acquire better more costly pans but I was surprised how well these have done.  We cook with them every day and the stains can be tricky but the food comes out great.  Just soak the pan if it has staining and it comes right out.  I even cooked eggs in it and it was fine, I barely used any cooking spray.

Bought for daughter's birthday gift.   She loves it.   great stainless product with high quality!  Highly recommend.  It heats well, and it cleans very well for stainless.

It is also VERY sturdy.  It is larger, so steaming food like asparagus is easier.  When it was in the box, the UPS guy left it in front of my garage door, and I accidently ran over it.  It not only survived, but was intact, save for the tiniest of dents.  I kept it instead of returning it, because there was really not damage that affected using it.  Ease in cleaning is really important to a single young man.

Great value.  They shine so pretty!. Really enjoyed how evenly it cooked my Lasagna, unlike other pans I have owned the cleanup was actually a breeze and the stuck on bits actually came off in the dishwasher! Highly recommend.

They are easy to clean and very durable, and are great for cooking.  The shiping was quick! I placed no rush shipping it was supposed to arrive 7 days later but arrived 3. Wow you can tell the difference between this high quality cookware vs cheap stainless steel cookware.  5 stars! .  This one does not.

For the pan we just used one of the pot lids since the pan does not come with one. It is nice, heavy, and sturdy 18/10 stainless steel.  But I had to return it only because it was smaller for the purpose I needed.

It is the perfect size for my soups & stews and ideal for a large spaggetti feed.  It is lighter weight then my last stockpot.  And it is super easy to clean. It does not take long for water to boil in it either. This is exactly what I hoped for. The smaller steamer is still big enough for steaming vegetables like artichokes. And the mostly flat lid makes the whole thing easy to store.  No glass lid.

without a doubt one of the best pans we have ever owned.  I took out my older but good pan and the lid fits that one perfectly too!  So I decided to keep it because it is a little bit taller than this one so boiling pasta will be easier in that one.

This wok however makes me look like a chef  when my family really should not let me in the kitchen . So far, have loved these pots and pans.  Very easy to clean, very easy to use.

It makes for a much larger basket. Owned one before and it had a vent hole in the lid.  This one does not.  I will try this new one out.  These are great multi-purpose pots, and a great value.

Great skillet.   Good even heat and good balance. I bought several of these chef's classic pans + really like them [wish I had bought a set] if you cook + know what you are doing you will have no probs - these pans cook hotter than you expect because heat is evenly distributed, so take your time + do not raise the heat too high and everything comes out wonderfully - also good for putting things in the ovenand even burned on mess comes off easily just soak in hot water w/sprinkle of baking soda , after letting it soak most gunk just wipes off.

Cleanup was a breeze and the pan looks just like it did when I took it out of the box. Its a bigpan which is perfect for deep or stir frying. i never knew i will start using it for all my vegetables than other small pan.

We had this same pan in the larger size and the smaller one works just as well! Not has heavy weight as the tri clad stainless steel ones that cuisinart sells but for the price and the non stick factor it is an excellent pan.   One piece of advice:  DO NOT USE anything but a plastic or wooden utensil -- the slightest touch will mar the finish  I learned this by accident.

I am a life-long purchaser of All-Clad, I am kinda prejudiced about buying only their pots and pans.  . This is comparable to the All-Clad version! The price difference between the two brands is significant! Buy this one and save the money.  Well made and versatile.

Great value!. Great pan, exactly the size I needed.  I cook for large crowds often so these big pans go well in hand.  I love the glass lid, perfect to watch what you are cooking without lifting the lid until it is time.

The size and usefulness of the product is good. The 6 quart stainless stockpot with an aluminum core heats well on my ceramic stovetop, as it would on other types; the cover seals well; the handles are sturdy and do can be used without potholders when the pot's on the stovetop; it can be transferred with cover from stovetop to oven.   Its size is right for a making a big pot--double recipe of soup or other dish. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

With no non-stick coating, tho, you are faced with a little soaking time when you burn something.  Not a big deal as long as you can watch what you are cooking. Stainless steel with an aluminum interior and solid feel gets the job done nicely. Love my set, always easy to clean.

The heat is really even, it is big enough to cook four pieces of meat and when you soak it with some soap and water it is easy to clean out. The bigger one lets to handle dinner, or guests. I looked for a long time for a skillet that I wanted to use every day and this one is perfect.

We highly recommend this item to people. Our cookware set arrived on time and the pots and pans were in pristine condition. .  It is a cinch to clean them off too.  For the pan we just used one of the pot lids since the pan does not come with one.  I suspect it had to do with us using the incorrect amount of heat.  The cookware is sturdy but NOT heavy.  We used a few of them already and LOVED how well they cooked our food.

We needed a small saucepan to add to our space saving set.  While this is a different line, it is a great quality item offered at a very fair price.   I love that the lids for saucepans and skillets are interchangeable.

They do a great job of even heating, of setting flat on a glass top stove, and clean up is a breeze.   I have already had pieces of this for a few years and will have it for many more to come. I love this series of stainless steel cookware. Beautiful soup pot!  Well made and sturdy.

I simply can not get enough of this thing.  I am actually a little unhappy when I do not have something to cook in it. This pot is not  top-end cookware, but it is stainless and solid and such a great size and shape to anything in. Especially for the price, this is one GREAT pot!.  Definitely recommend.

The smaller one is a good size for eggs for two. The bigger one lets to handle dinner, or guests. You always need non-stick skillets. Ever since receiving this pan I cooked several meals and absolutely love it. These rounded out the classics in stainless steel we have been using for a couple of years.

There are lids for every pot and pan, all are easy to clean.  Everything is great.  I would recommend this for everyone.  Only thing to consider: make sure you have enough space to store it all!. Excellent set of pots and pans.

I am loving this beautiful pan and use it daily because it holds the perfect amount of scrambled eggs or omelets and sausage, or a delicious pasta dish, or Angus burgers with gravy, mushrooms and onions.  The lid sits tight, it is the perfect size, and the pan is so easy to wash!.  Heavy.

It cleans nicely too.  I do not like to use nonstick cookware and it is hard to find cookware that is not nonstick that does not cost a small fortune.  I have used it several times and not had a problem with it. I have the small  8   pan.  Eggs do not stick as long as I use a little butter or oil in the pan.  and it works quite well for omelets and scrambled eggs. its worked great so far.

It will not boil over.  It cleans up beautifully, especially in the dishwasher, and it is lightweight and easily handled.  But that has an upside to it in that it is the perfect design for simmering foods.  Looks nice on the pot rack. The only downside to this pan is that liquids are slow to boil, probably due to its shape.

Sturdy and can handle a really big bird. Smoked a 11lb  turkey breast in the Roaster and the best part was NO clean up needed on my smoker's grill. also easy cleaning of the roaster rack and pan..

It is a beautiful pot and cooked beautifully on a gas burner. This is a super wok.  It is large compared to my previous wok but I can make dishes, no master how many servings, with ease and cleanup it quick.  Multipurpose.

Size is great, cleaning is a breeze and I plan to buy additional like items. Love this new pot; I replaced an old Teflon pot with holes in the cover and found this one.  I am not disappointed.  Heavy gauge metal, glass cover and two sides of straining holes.

There is really nothing to dislike.   They are heavy enough, but not too heavy.   Sit perfectly on my gas stove grates.   Have a mirror-quality finish that I will no doubt mess up. I am thrilled with this pan, I have used it several times for various dishes, including making pumpkin butter.

The stockpot's handles, unfortunately, do get hot.  I have also not experienced the lids getting hot, and this pleases me.  I came to , checked out prices and reviews, and decided upon this CuisinArt set.  I have used all of the pots, but none of the skillets at this time.  I am extremely happy with my purchase.  The pots with the long handles do not get hot when you use them. After 15 years, I needed new cookware because I had one pot remaining from my first set. I had to buy another one of these after I stupidly ruined my other one  totally my fault .  I love the post.

The handles are sturdy and stay cool to the touch. High quality cookware.  The lids fit snugly, although the handles are NOT cool to the touch so I recommend a pot holder when removing lid while cooking.  I absolute love this product! It is perfect for everyday cooking.  Still, it is an all around good product.  Very durable and easy to clean. I like that the bottom does not warp.

Bought as a gift. My niece and husband have been cooking using pan and love it.

Lid does get hot but just use a towel to pick it up.   it was glass so I could see through it but whatever.  Pan works great, easy to clean, handle stays cool!My other pans are a mix of Calphalon anodized aluminum that are not good to have at high temps. Needed a gallon sized saucepan with lid to boil water for pasta, nonstick saucepans can not handle the high temps.  This dude is a great addition to my cookware. I needed a sauce pan cover for my very large saucepan and it cost more to buy the lid by itself than this unit of stir fry pan and class cover.

It is nice to actually be able to pick up a pan with the lid on and not feel like it weighed 100 lbs!!. I ordered this Chef's Classic set a month ago and have nothing but good things to say so far.  I also enjoy cooking in it because it is so pretty . they are not glass! I have always used pots and pans with glass lids and did not realize the extra weight of the lid.  Heats up fast, cooks evenly, cleans up very easily! What I like most that I did not think I would is the lids.

Certainly, it is economical.  Cleanup with a paper towel, then gentle handwash. This pan is lightweight, but still has the capacity and even heating that is necessary for cooking French pastries.

This stainless steel set doe not! They are also very easy to clean.  Highly recommend. So far I love my pots and pans set! We have a glass stove top and our calphalon ones would leave marks on the glass.

I wanted a 12 in pan, but wanted a lid.  Also because it is wide and semi shallow water boils very quickly in it ;   I like it a lot, very happy I purchased it.  This pan is GREAT! it is big enough that the handles aern't right over the burner and stay pretty cool. . .  I do not miss it at all. It has been almost three months since I got the set and I can say it is worth for the money.  You can hold on while browning meat, stirring etc.

The bad: Nothing to say here.  All good. Sentence: I will be buying their other products.  Also, the handle does not get hot while you are cooking! This was really surprising to me since it is all metal and it is attached to the pan.  Highly recommended!.   last.

I find I reach for this pot now, before I take out the heavy Le Creuset pot. I bought one of these for myself and after using it a few times, I bought several more for wedding gifts and for other family members. I would highly recommend this pot and WOW, the price can not be beat!.   The pot heats quickly and cooks evenly.  After I came home from summer camp I ordered two more pans for around the year because i was so impressed with them.   It looks great and transfers easily to a serving piece.

The only thing I would LOVE is a 12 inch skillet in the set, but that is in now way going to hurt my rating.  And even the people who claim they do and still have trouble.  well you really do not know how to then. It worked perfectly for making pie fillings! It came with very good instructions on care. This is the perfect “one qt” pot that I have needed for a long time.  Well made and versatile.

Cookware is heavy enough and cleans well.   Pouring out of these pots is very easy  with the rounded edges.   Using an electric range temp control was a little hard at first, but it has worked well.   The lids fit very will. This is a nice cookware set.  I typically hand wash with a stainless cleaner and then wash in the dishwasher for sanitation.   Better yet was the price!.   Heat conductivity was excellent. The perfect little skillet for cooking small amount of eggs or other dish.

They were necessary because I recently purchased a glass topped stove and needed pans with flat bottoms.   I researched the subject and chose Cuisart.   They are attractive and extrememly functional and easy to clean.   I follow the instructions that came with the pans.   Good choice!.   I have had to learn to cook at a lower temperature because of the even heating. I have had the pots and pans for about 3 weeks. I love this pan.   They heat quickly and evenly.

I love this pan.  This is my all time favorite pan.   It allows me to prepare vegetable dishes in large quantities like; fresh kale peppers and onions, vegetable lo mien and fried cabbage.  However, I do now have 3 lids! Only needed one.

Very impressed with quality.  I bought three of these pots in three different sizes to nest  this was the biggest one - the only one with two small handles .  These pots are heavy and strong.  In addition, they can go straight from the stovetop into the oven because they are all steel.  This particular one is a very useful size for me. Neutrals:-Heavy, they do not slide around while cooking.  But, hard to dump out when they are hot and full  if you are 5' and 100 lbs . Negatives:-Not non-stick, using butter fixes that. -Take awhile to heat up on radiant flattop stove; once it does, it heats evenly.  I blame the stove. -With time, there has been some discoloration inside. Overall, this is a great product  especially considering the price . I have had this saucepan for sometime now.

Easy to clean, cooks fantastic on electric stove top. I finally purchased a high quality pan for my annual Thanksgiving dinner and I could not be more pleased with this one.  It held a 22lb turkey with ease and the angled handles made it very easy to put in the oven and pull out.  The clean up was also a breeze, even after my mom made her famous gravy with the drippings over my ceramic burners.  I am so glad I bought this and look forward to using it again.

She loves them! They have held up very well over the past year and a half and still look new. Great pan, quite a bit bigger than I was expecting, and it almost did not fit in the cupboard where I keep my pans.   Heavy bottom conducts heat great, and is nice and flat.   Make sure you use a non stick spray or oil to keep food from sticking.

I just love this pan! It is sturdy and so easy to clean!. Purchased this for grown son to replace mismatched pieces.

Good heat distribution and retention boils water faster than previous pot.  One of the lids came bent, called customer service and was on hold for a little bit, but they were pretty helpful and will be sending me a new one free of charge.

Find myself reaching for this perfectly flat smooth base skillet as it works well with my glass topped stove.  The heat is even & the handle stays cool.  Shinning stainless steel is easy to clean & looks great hanging from pot rack.  It is so well made.  I purchased 2 others, I was so pleased with this one.  This one does not.

My daughter in law and son said they love it. I wanted a new safe pan due lasagna.

5 quart pan, it should work for this too. Love the product.   I only wish it came with a glass lid, but if you already have one for a 1. This is a great pan for the price.

I feel very good about this investment.  She wanted another but I could never find until now.  They are solid and heavy, but not too heavy.  Even though they are not nonstick, they are easy to clean.  I accidentally burned popcorn on the bottom of the pan a few weeks ago, and the burnt spots came off easily after a good soaking and a little Bartender's Friend.  These pans distribute heat very well, which means the lids get hot, so be careful. I have been recommending these pans to my friends and family. I have had these pans for 2 months now, and I am very pleased.

Never a drip, that is exactly what I needed for gravy and other.   This pan is fabulous.   My oven is large enough to accommodate the width, and the handles are designed well.

It is roomy and perfect for a large turkey or large roast.  Excellent product for the reasonable price.  I specifically wanted stainless steel to be sure it would not rust. Love the size, and cleans easily.

Lid makes items cook fast.  My families favorite dinner has become brocoli beef and word spreads fast in the family when we are having it.   This pot is large.   Stays clean and shiny.  I have a 7 member family.   I like having nice stuff. Price has gone down since I bought it.   This is definitely the good stuff.   Whoever said it was not good quality is an outlier and I have really not seen pots made out of better material than this.  This is a fabulous quality item. I purchased this pan with a steamer and double boiler.

I thought I wanted the cast iron version, but am very happy with this one.   I like it very much!  It heats nice & quick and cleans easily as well.   This is a great wok. This pan is massiveLodge Tempered Glass Lid  15 Inch  – Fits Lodge 15 Inch Cast Iron Skillets and 14 Inch Cast Iron Woks fits this pan perfectly.   If you like this style of cooking and are thinking of getting one - get it.

Scale of 1- 10 A 10 and I do not throw 10s around.   So I settled on this 12-quart pot, which was reasonably priced, and which had no mention of rusting in the reviews. No cheap bolts to secure the handles and a perfect glass lid for every pot and pan. the glass lids are not the kind where water collects under the handle you know what i mean. If you like stainless this set is excellent.

I specify pre-cooked tamales because I do not know how long the low pool of water will last.   I use the pasta insert because the steamer basket is too shallow.   Uncooked tamales require hours of steaming and the pasta insert sits very low in the base pot.   It may be enough water to last the entire cooking time; it may not be.   The steamer basket may only be useful for chopped veggies and other low-profile foods.   The set-up does not seem useful for adding water during cooking  probably a two person job if it must be done . Gift for myself.

it is upmost quality, think, even cooking best ever! I just wish they offered a 3/4 strainer with it for lobster and crab, and a 1/2 for steaming artichokes and and whole brocolli!! hint nont and call me me jim 208-267-7883! thank you.  Even though they are not nonstick, they are easy to clean.

Will probably supplement the set one of these days with a bigger pan, but otherwise what I have will take care of pretty much all my needs.  As everyone notes, it looks great.  Really good value for price!.  Low to medium heat is sufficient and cleanup is easy.  Very happy that it is quite lightweight - a big improvement over the La Creuset pots and pans I replaced.  Not overwhelmingly heavy for a stainless steel pan.  More importantly, it cooks great.

You can not go wrong if you need a good oven pan.   The handles are stationery which is another plus.   I can not imagine how I got by so many years without this roaster.  It is also a great value for the money.

The lip of the saucepan is a great design and contents do not drip down the outside.  Very happy with this little pot and I use it almost every day. I love this little pot, it was exactly what I needed, things do not stick and it is easy to clean. just go ahead and do it! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I do not like the teflon because it can be toxic. I like this pan.  I was not expecting to like the stainless steel but I do.  I did use some avocado oil, but I use the oil with non stick pans also.  Nice heavy quality and heats evenly.  I have tried the non toxic nonstick pans and they work twice then are garbage.  I will be buying more sizes.  This size is great, it is a good size for pancakes for two. Seems like a well made good pan so far.

Cleans up nicely and so far no stains. Worth having.  Can set in sink to soak for a little bit and then very easy to clean.   Deglazed on gas surface burners and experienced no warping.   Check your oven to make sure it fits.

It is oven-safe so you can use it for something that requires both stovetop and oven cooking, like poaching fish. I owned one of these and liked it so much that when it got lost during a move, I ordered a new one immediately.  It is even durable enough to survive years of being in a shared student kitchen.  It is versatile -- deep enough to use for reducing a sauce but wide enough to use for pan-frying and sautéing. This roasting pan is high quality.

I use it to make tea and it does not stain or rust like other pots I have. Excellent quality saucepan.  Nice and durable heavy material.

This is a great multi-purpose set up!  I do everything from corn to lobsters in it!!. The pans are excellent but a little over priced.

I love this saucepan.  One of the better ones I have ever had.   I recently discovered making  pasta noodles  from zucchini squash which requires steaming and this pot is perfect for that purpose.

The interior material / brushing is awesome because whatever sticks to the pot usually comes off by just rinsing it! The only drawback - which is not an issue of the product though - is that its bottom is a bit too small to sit stably on the grates of my gas stove, at least at long as there is not much in it.   This is a great wok.

I love these pots and pans.   They are easy to clean and as long as you do not turn up the heat very high the food does not stick or burn.   If you read the pamphlet that comes with the cookware you will see that they tell you NOT to cook on HIGH heat.   Most good quality cookware is like this. It is perfect for brewing Indian tea which is made with milk and black tea leaves.

Used this cooking a 20lb turkey, turned out great - I think cooking bird on the rack helped it turn out as well as it did - along with a chef's touch of course.  Thumbs up !. Product is not too heavy.

Not overwhelmingly heavy for a stainless steel pan. I love this pan.   It heats evenly and only requires low heat for non-stick cooking.   I also have the 8  and 10  non-stick pans which I use all  the time on my glass top electric stove  leaves no marks on glass .   A great product.

Excellent pans!!  Very easy to clean. I love the shape, design and quality of this sauce pan.   I use it sometimes 2-3 times a day and it still looks brand new.   I use it to cook soups for myself.   The soups come out delicious and it cooks quickly.   I do not use it to cook sauce so I can not really vouch for that.   I love it so much that I am about to buy another one.

These are sturdy and very good looking. Ice cooked a lot with stainless pans so I know they are a pain in the butt to get clean.  But I know I can scrub these and be fine vs. .  They cook and clean well, I do not have to worry about things leaching into my family's food. . Great non-stick pans!  They seem to distribute the heat quite well, and due to the quality of the non-stick coating, clean up is SUPER easy!  Even when cooking a sticky sauce, the pans clean right up!  We have had them about 2 months now, and there are a handful of scratches, but that is to be expected, but none of them are anywhere close to being all the way through the coating.  coated pans where some of that coating is bound to come off.

So we were on the hunt for a good stainless set. I love this wok.  If you do it right, everything cooks evenly.  I really appreciate the large capacity.  I can make twice as much stir fry as I was able to make in my skillet.

I would definitely recommend. My first set of stainless steel pans.  I did a lot of research on which good quality pans to buy. Nice size and sturdiness but have not used it yet.  Definitely keep some bar keepers friend around to keep them shiny and new looking.  I can not afford all-clad but these are a good alternative.

Great set.  I grew up using stainless steel on an electric range and had been wanting my own for a long time.  I have a gas stove now, so the only thing that took me a while to get used to was cooking at the right temp on the gas range.  I do not have a dishwasher so I can not comment on how they do there, but they are easy to clean up by hand, even if you stain a bit  just heat up some vinegar and scrub as the care guide suggests .  Will post as I use them more. ?Just right for boiling 2 eggs or making a sauce for the Benedict.

I did notice that the food seem to get stuck to the pan which I am not the best cook but had to scrub and soak the pan to remove the food.  I guess I am use to non stick. I have only use the frying pan.   This is without a doubt the BEST cookware we ave EVER used anywhere !!!  We'd likely NEVER buy anything else in the future.

The  steamer attachment is great for making healthy vegetables. At first I thought the stock pot was too big but, I do not have to worry the water boiling over the side of the pan, or trying to drain the pasta without it falling in the sink.   This is a nice compliment to the 12 piece set I purchased.   This was a good replacement for my well used Calphalon cookware. I have owned many sets of pots and pans over the years and these are the best!! The quality and heat distribution is awesome! Would definitely buy again!.

This is not all clad for sure but a major upgrade . I purchased this fan from  for around $29 I think, I got it and immediately thought it was great.  It is not the best quality, the sides are thin but it works very well for making pasta and sauces.  However I did find it on target for $18, the exact same pan so shop around.

It is very easy to move this skillet from one place toanother because of that helper handle. I like that the pan fit my other collection.

I love this wok.  The wok is easy to clean and does not rust like those carbon steel ones that need to be seasoned after every use.  It has a nice size flat bottom  those words are seldom seen together  that gives it a bigger heating area for my electric flat top stove. I love the fact that it is stainless steel.

I even put a small steamer appliance inside to steam veggies. A perfect size pot for many uses.    Although a 2 quart saucepan would be a nice addition.

Really good heat distribution and very sturdy feel to them.  Perfect for “western” stir fry.

I should have ordered this years ago. Love this pot! I have made two yummy stocks  beef and chicken  and four large batches of soup for the freezer.  Can not speak to disability, since I have had it for only a month, but if easy cleaning and good heat distribution are any indication, I expect it to last a long time.

This is my first set of pots/pans that are not non-stick and I love them.   They are really easy to clean and they come out of the dishwasher shiny and spotless.   I will probably buy another set just so I have more pieces when I am cooking for a holiday. Bought these for our electric glass touch cook top.

I had been using a very old pan with a screw on handle which always came loose. I use this pan for breakfast. This pan has very even heating, the handle stays cool, the nonstick surface is better than expected and the stainless looks great on my stove. I plan on buying more of these pans when my other nonstick pans start to fade away and will be giving this pan as a gift whenever I see an opportunity to do so. I absolutely LOVE this set! If you are on the fence about buying them.

The best thing about this pan is the drip edge which really works to stop grease  or anything  from running down the side and burning on the glass cooktop.   It heats evenly and the handle stays cool.   Like all non-stick pans, plan on replacing it yearly. I use this pan daily.

I get lots of use out of this 4-qt pan.  I have needed this for many years.  It will take a collapsible steamer and actually have room for the veggies.  I have boiled a dozen eggs at a time without breakage.  It made the wait worth it!.  Handle does not heat up much  unless in the oven.

its worked great so far.  its not a several 100 nice one but i can not tell the difference.  my food is cook? i got it for the purpose of searing chicken on one side then flipping it and throwing it into the oven since the handle does not have rubber on it and the chicken has turned out so good that way.  It is easy to clean and sturdy.

This pan is much easier to clean and is easy to pour from.  Love mine! Cleans easily in the dishwasher.   They are about 40 years old and cook allright but food sticks and I have to soak them. This pan is great.

They are easy to clean, and they do heat quickly and distribute the heat nicely. I bought these as a Christmas gift for my mom who LOVES to cook and had been complaining about old worn pots and pans.   I really love this set! I would buy for my bff and all my kids when they are setting up house.  She loves them! They have held up very well over the past year and a half and still look new.

Cleans nicely.   Pasta and stock pot.   What else do you want?  If I lived somewhere with storage space, I would consider getting a larger pot or this pot and something bigger, but for small apartment living, this pot is of good quality and the right size.   I wholeheartedly suggest that this is the one stockpot you need.   They cook great, but clean up quickly too.

I love this pan! Easy for stirfry- deep and has a nice heavy bottom.  As long as you use enough oil, it is easy to clean. Great for soups or boiling homemade ravioli.

It is obvious, upon handling it, that it is well made.   My food became hot when I cooked with it too, so apparently it works!  Measurement lines on the interior of the pan are a nice touch.   I was surprised by this, considering the very low price. We use this pan for vegetables. My initial impression upon receiving this pan is that it is superior in construction and quality.

Never had one for a wok before.  Clean up was easy also.  Who wants that? This wok heated up well, distributed the heat well and my food did not stick at all.  Woks are large and to be expected so storage is an issue sometimes. I used this wok for the first time recently.  But it is worth trying to find a spot for it!.  I love having a lid, too.  The lids fit snugly, although the handles are NOT cool to the touch so I recommend a pot holder when removing lid while cooking.

I have only cooked two meals using this set and have been very pleased.   I make sure that I cook using lower heat compared to my non stick pans and let the pans heat up before using.   I made eggs this morning and they slide right out of the pan.   Sweet potatoes the night before stuck a little bit but nothing major. So far so good.   These were also very easy to clean.   Highly recommended.

Heavy solid core with even heat distribution, excellent finish, stove to oven. This is my second set of these and I have used them on every type of cooktp- halogen flat top, electric burner and commercial gas.  So so SO much better than nonstick!! .  They have upgraded and have measurement lines inside them now- just a plus.  They are perfects.  Another plus to us is the pan is not coated so you know it is not going to peel.

Also the sturdyness of the bottom, my previous pan was thin and would pop up in the middle when I was making pan gravy a splatter on me, this does not do that.  The instructions clearly state   not to cook on high  with these pots, so all the bad reviews with pictures of burnt pots I am sure did not follow instructions. Bought this for the welded Handel's.

Clean up was a breeze. I bought this pan because I wanted one that was large enough to cook a 6 person meal.  I did burn the onions and garlic a bit when I was sauteing.   Later read the instructions which clearly warned against using this pan on med-high to high heat because it gets especially hot and can burn thinly sliced onions.   I have just used it once, to make chicken piccata and am very happy.   I do not find the pan particularly heavy and the extra handle made it quite easy to move around.  Very happy with purchase.   Chicken browned wonderfully. I intend to acquire the entire set! The brand has proven to be the very best!.

It is well constructed without weighing a ton. It is a great set of pots.  I was previously using an old mismatched set of nonstick pots and pans and a few regular pots with wobbly handles.  It was the set I wanted for over a year and have gifted the same set to my brother and cousin.

If you like this style of cooking and are thinking of getting one - get it. So Beautiful!! Shiny and bright!! They replace a big conglomeration of assorted pots and pans that just wore out over the years!! These are so pretty and useful! Love them!!.

Pumpkin takes hours to cook down and this pot did it perfectly.  How lucky I got that I took a chance with pretty and actually got a decent product!.   It cooks evenly, cleans up beautifully and my Mom wants one for Christmas.  And, this fall I processed pumpkin for freezing. Very nice!  LOL!  This morning I filled it with water and placed on my tiled kitchen floor for my cats because I was rushing to get out and did not have time to go to my lower level to change water in their regular units.  I have since cooked pulled pork, roast, cabbage and lentil soup and more.

Handle remains cool, and is very well balanced.   Highly recommend.   They say Barkeeper's Friend will get the pan looking new; I will have to find out about it later.   So far the pan is great:  food will not stick if you start cold and add cooking spray before the food goes in.   Practical, easy to clean.

I ordered the pan for roasting meats -- chicken, beef, pork, and small turkey. It is great for the price and very easy to clean.

But currently it does not entered to oven with hands. The problem is , that hands out of size regular oven size, for my opinion they can be designed in way it comes directly over the roaster and not to go widely on sides. Well designed handles transmit very little heat and a dream to clean by hand not in the dishwasher.  Anyway you take it with protection gloves and so will not be problem that you hands over the hot roaster.

The pans are excellent but a little over priced. They are beautiful, good quality, and I love the different shapes and sizes.  Cooking with stainless steel is an adjustment compared to nonstick pans.  We have burned quite a bit and had to let things soak in order to clean them.  Food really sticks on them even if you use oil.  I reccomend buying a cleaning product called bar keepers friend.

She is very happy with it.  I bought this item 2 years ago at Macys and bought this one for mom as she kept borrowing mine. Perfect size for company.  Perfect for chilis, sauces, anything really.

Wanted stainless steel, got stainless steel for a steal! I caught a great sale on this item and it performs just as advertised. Needed a new skillet, got a new skillet.  My goal is to get the complete set. Great size well made gears well and even.
