Great product to have when your battery dies.
The garage attendants were very concerned about getting her car started and gave her some options that would help. This is the second unit that I have purchased. She walked with them to the vehicle and pulled out her Booster. I did some research and thought that the Genius would be a nice gift gift to her for Christmas. She hooked it to the battery and the car started on the first try. Anyway, shortly after she received the gift her battery died on the 3rd level multi level parking garage. That is when I was convinced that this was something that I needed have. She works in DC and parking is not easy to find. I have a four wheeler with a bad alternator. The first unit was purchase as a Christmas gift for niece after she asked me how they worked.

Works like a Charm
This is one of my favorite purchases of the year. I used it on my 2010 Nissan Altima and a Chevy Volt somehow the battery died and even plugging it in would not charge the battery . Worked perfectly for both cars. I like it, it is handy and compact.

I am glad I got one and I am sure you will be too the very fist time you use it!
The storage bag is a kind of cheesy but you can get a hard case on Amz for $13. We live in Midwest so the temperature in January of 2018 dropped down to -18F and killed my battery. . Luckily, I got one of Noco GB40 for Christmas, just few days before i needed it. it started my 5. 5L engine with no problem whatsoever. Follow the instructions. . . CHARGED WITH MY PHONE CHARGER, HAVENT HAD TO USE IT YET. . . . My SUV did not start at first as the battery was dead, I mean really dead, so i gave it 20 seconds as the instructions said and the vehicle started right up. At that cold weather last thing you need is to mess around with your dead battery and figuring out how to start you vehicle 6:00 o'clock in the morning..

Piece of mind and worth it!
This little power house does its job perfectly!Went out this morning, tried to start my vehicle with no luck. . 30 seconds after I tried to start the vehicle and it fired right up!And. . The font in the book can be a bit small, but it is easy once they see how it works. Pulled out this power house, connected it to the battery..

A must have for your vehicle
Love this jump box, it is compact easy to use. This saved me a couple of times when my Tahoe battery, which has recently been replaced was dead. Although I have only ever used the jump-start feature, I know that having the flashlight and charging port could be super useful should you have power outage. Only negative thing, I wish it came with a case for storage rather than cloth bag.

Charger
This is very compact but very powerful. Easy to carry in your car due to the fact it is very compact. Exactly what I was look ok ng for and reasonably priced. I have tried different jump kids, but this is the first one that has actually worked! Yesterday my car was completely dead, no lights, no clicking when I turn the keys, nothing.

Great idea and product
Started right up and only used a small amount of stored energy in the battery. Easy to use and I had rather have this than a clunky set of cables any day. It started my Ford Hybrid even when the battery was no longer holding a charge. I keep one in the trunk of my vehicles. This is a great engine starting battery.

My Jeep renegade has been dead for a week! I got it today. Charged it for a couple hours and connected it to my car and It started with the FIRST ATTEMPT! Love it. You definitely will not regret your purchase because I do not regret mines ! ???. I guess I should not be all that surprised given the 4.

portable and great quality
Works great definitely recommend people to get this for their cars. I live in an apartment and my bike battery dies with no use after a month, so I got this to jump it off now and again so I do not have to leave my front door open to attempt to charge the dang thing from the wall outlet. Irregardless, I have had jumper batteries before, but this is a great deal for $100. My only complaint is a strange one, the clips they provided are probably "too" good of quality. They are very well made clips and I think they could definitely provide cheaper less manly ones that do not require a weekly hand exercise routine to use. Really love the product, thanks!.

Pleased with Purchase
My only issue was the size of the print for the manual. It was really too small for me to read and I do not need glasses. I bought this to carry in my car in case my car battery dies or someone has the same issue. Easy to carry in your car due to the fact it is very compact.

Each cable is maybe 6 or 8 inches. Do not wait around for someone to jump you off. Not to mention easier to help someone rather than trying to maneuver two car batteries together.

Worth the purchase
I had all my toy batteries decide to quit at the same time. Used this jumper setup to get everything moving and cleaned before replacing the batteries. Always take it on trips out to the dunes just in case. Holds a charge for months and maintains good cranking amps.

It Works
As it turns out, I needed it within a few days of purchasing it and I am glad I had it. I am not knowledgeable when it comes to cars but I bought this based on the prior reviews thinking I should have one readily available for emergencies. It allowed me to be self reliant without the need to flag a random stranger for help. I use it to jump my car.

I love it.
I love this and it has come in handy several times. I can not find my instructions bc it is been lost or stolen along with the charger cord and bag it came in. I wish I could get another bag and charger to replace mine that is lost. The light is very powerful.

It works as described. Easy to use. I do not know where he got this information, but he restarted the car with the Noco and left it attached to the battery, and made it home just as the car died again.

Works every single time!
I needed to use this product 3 times within a month of purchasing which turned out to be a lifesaver. This is the most reliable jump start pack I have ever had. Works every single time and have not charged it in months. Had a different modem before this that did not work consistently or was not able to jump the vehicle if the battery was very low.

Works great.
Luckily she now has this and gas been able to jump her car and make it to work on time instead of waiting for roadside assistance. Definitely recommend these. Got this for my wife because her brand new Rav4 Hybrid is an undependable lemon that has failed to start 4 times in 3 months just my warning to perspective 2020 rav4 buyers . super compact, and charges with USB.

Great Product
It did not last very long before it stop accepting a charge. No such issue with this awesome toy. It takes a charge well and I can easily charge my phone or small electronics. I used to have the LARGE jump starter/compressor from WallyWorld. This thing is compact and very versatile. Love it!!!. That is when I was convinced that this was something that I needed have.

I had this sooner
Highly recommend!. Very handy - my car battery was having issue with the cold and lack of drive time this winter and I was able to get it up and running on my own with this starter box. Great package and after a few hours of charging my car battery is now back working. It was able to jump the battery at least 3 times before I charged it and there was a good amount of charge left.

Great emergency tool
So it ready whenever you need it. Extremely lightweight, compact, and high-quality. It charged 2 family members car battery when it was completely dead. The flashlight is bright and most importantly stays charged for a long time. This is a lifesaver anyone who owns a car should have this.

So great I bought one for my girlfriend.
It came the next day and I was able to charge it and start my car without waiting for someone to rescue me. I also like knowing I can help someone else easily and quickly. I bought this when my battery died and I was not in a hurry to get a jump. I did use it two times on the same charge and both times it did its job.

Have an older car that sometimes needs a jump start. Love that it is portable and take with you anywhere. Did not have to depend on anyone for a jump.

Dummy Proof, Everyone Should Have One
I have a Honda Fit and while my battery is good, my trips are too brief to keep the battery charged, especially in cold weather. I should have bought one of these years ago. We have Twice had a dead battery at the airport, never again. I was able to jump my husband's car alone, in the dark, in below freezing temps, in 10 minutes, with no previous information other than a YouTube video. It was super fast to charge, only took a few hours to charge the entire thing!.

Must add to your vehicle
It allowed us to get started again and make it to where we could get a new battery. Would of liked a larger pack but this one does the trick so far. Has saved our rears several times now on a long road trip when our battery crapped the bed in the middle of nowhere. It always does the job and is easy to use.

No More Worries
Perfectly fits in any storage space within your car. Defiantly gives me peace of mind knowing I can jump a battery whenever necessary. Perfect for when you need a jump and have limited room to pull up another car or no one around to help jump. Second impression: Wow, it has a lot more features than I had expected.

A Life Saver!
Had to charge it up once it got delievered. but read the manual during this time which I have to say is written very well and it is super easy to understand. Once the battery was charged, I ran outside and first time out the car started right up this is on a 5. Decided to pick this up and give it to my parents after I used it to jump start my friends car. 7L motor - no struggling or anything. Now i am debating if should just keep this thing around. I accidentally left the dome lights on over the whole weekened on a friends car while he was away on vacation. . . Dead battery and was too embarassed to bother a neighbor for a jumpstart. I eventually changed my battery and have not used it since but I will check on it to see how my charge it has left over since I recharged it and packed it away.

This is well designed and easy to use
My 08 truck was having battery issues. I carry this on my Harley. It has saved me numerous times and has saved others as well. It is easy to charge, USB, easy to use, install the leads onto your battery, plug it in and jump the bike with ease.

Saved me from having to call for service
It arrived later that weekend, and I used it to get the car started so I could get it to the shop and have the battery replaced. The GB40 worked well at starting my 2. 0 liter turbo Ford Focus, and I managed to jump-start the car three times on one charge. I managed to get home thanks to the help of a friendly passer-by, and I ordered the GB40 1000 amp jump starter when I got home. Hopefully, from now on, I will only need this battery to charge my phone and tablet!. We go for long car trips each year around the holidays so I am very excited to have this in our emergency kit now.

Mini lifesaver
It holds a pretty decent charge, I am able to get about 4 to 5 jumpoffs before having to recharge it. I also keep one in ever car and truck that I own just to be on the safe side. I can not tell you how many times I have had to use this to jump off my Dodge Charger. I am NOT kidding as I was writing this review my 2nd noco was delivered. This is a mini lifesaver for me.

Works as advertised.
This was the first chance to actually use it. Battery completely dead in our car, no interior lights even when you open the doors. Had to depress the override for 3 seconds to turn the unit on for boost. Extremely impressed. If there is not any power in the battery, the GB40 does not get a signal to know if it is connected correctly. Positive to positive, negative to negative. Once I did that, car started right up. The Noco was completely drained after this task, though after a few hours it recharged completely and has been working fine. This is an important item to note. Will definitely be getting a second unit to go into the other car.

Actually Worked
I was a little skeptical how a small thing like this could start your car. It did, and it did it from a completely dead battery. I waited about twenty seconds, and it started my truck right up. My Truck is a 4 cylinder, and I used the 1000A model, if you have anything bigger, I would go with the larger model, but this one works great for me. With one day shipping I got it this afternoon and went out to jump my Wife's car.

the size and power
I just went out to start my 2005 GMC Yukon, That has not been started in 2 weeks. I connected the jumper an d on 1st try, it started. Works great! This is the best thing since sliced bread! It is better than using jumper cables.

NOCO GB40 ~ Excellent quality and Performance
Charged full power in 3 hours, worked immediately on two vehicles which were "social distancing" and needed a jump start. Safe, well made, portable, and reliable. Case is an additional purchase but well made and helps with protection/keeping charging cable/12v adapter and wall plug/ alligator clips all in one case. Well built, easy to use, suggest ordering wall plug as it does not include one. Comes with a fabric pouch if case is not an option for your needs. Some of the standard bulky ones failed to do that in the past.

Already Paid for Itself
My husband's truck would not start because he had left the lights on, and he was out of town at the time. I purchased this in 2017 after reading reviews and doing some research. It started his truck first try; needless to say it has already paid for itself. Well it finally got put to use. My husband was not initially all that impressed with this as my choice for his Christmas present but has now told me on several occasions how glad he was to have it. I had to admit that I was skeptical of it working, but after a towing service came and jump started my car with a similar device I decided to purchase one myself.

A mst have for any man
starts the car like 5 time on one charge. . No need to look for a nice person to stop and help as you wave your jumper cables. . should be standard emergency equipment on every car. . . . You would have to be a real chooch guy no not have one of these in your car, garage, etc. Great product. One amazing product.

Jump box, must have for a bike
The battery was completely dead and I did not want to waste money on a tow. Super compact, keep it in my saddle bag. Cold weather has nothing on this, batter was low from sitting in the cold, hooked it up, started right up. Great accessory to have with you. The case is very nice as well.

Dead on the trails.
even though i read other reviews that say they are able to charge cars after the battery was dead for months. When your off road with no electricity and a wire loosens up on you and your battery goes dead you can jump start your vehicle and drive back to civilization.

Everyone needs one
Took this out of the box put on charger for 30 minutes and hooked it up with 1/2 charge. Bought this after AAA used something similar commercial sized when regular jumper cables would not jump my car. Ended up having more issues with my battery a couple of weeks later, put this on and my car started right up. 2 of my coworkers were outside with me when I hooked it up and they both were impressed by how well it worked. This should be in everyone's trunk.

Works perfectly
Put this on it, had to do manual override and boom, car start. Completely dead, under 2v RAV battery. Worked just like it is advertised. I had a ford truck sitting for a year and went to try to start it and it was completely dead.

Turns out the stranded parent had a bad alternator, but regardless this thing jumped the vehicle without issue several times. Great emergency jump starter, worked just line it ahould when needed.

Actually works where alternatives have failed
She works in DC and parking is not easy to find. Compact design and actually works. A not-so-mechanically-inclined family member was able to use with no help to start a friend's car. The jumper cables are exceptionally short, but adequate. Do not be fooled by the pic that says 23". . it MIGHT be 23" from tip-to-tip, if you add both wires together. Each cable is maybe 6 or 8 inches..

Absolute Must Have
Positively recommend. Like it because it fits in glove box, Used it twice,so far so good. This compact jump starter works fantastic! Its a little pricey but it is well worth it.

4 out of 5 stars Plus 1 for support
In about 2 weeks I received a new one. So I would have normally give 4/5 starts, but they get an extra one for their excellent support. But I am making an exception for this. When I got the GB40 I used it occasionally to jump start my car and recharge a few cell phones and it worked fine until one time I jump started my car and noticed the power went down to 25%. I plugged it in to recharge and it would not hold a charge. I switched usb cables, ac adapters nothing. This jump starter works. They told me to send it in and if it was a defective battery they will replace it. I normally do not give 5 out of 5 stars because that would mean it is perfect and what is really perfect. I emailed support and told them the problem and they were very responsive.

Must have in your vehicle.
9 Cummings , and a 60 HP MF tractor. I was so blown away I bought this little one for my gas car. I have this one and the larger version for diesels - which I have started a completely dead 7. This should be the first item you put in your car for emergency/survival. These are a must have item in your car/truck. Highly recommended. 3 powerstroke, a 5. It starts cars and truck with no issue.

Even if you do not drive often or long distances, I would recommend having it in your trunk. Jump started my neighbors car after it sat in the cold for numerous of days and it started!I love how small it is and not bulky. You may never know when it will come in handy. I do not know how we ever got by without one in the past.

This is the best booster ever made.
It is a no brainer to use. The light is bright so you can see what you need to and the extra boost feature brings life to the dead batteries you thought were gone forever. This booster is the best product I own for battery issues..

Fantastic, self battery charger!
I love this product! Easy to use and a great gift for anyone with a vehicle especially if you do not want to rely on the kindness or maybe not so kind strangers to stop for your wife, girlfriend, daughter etc. Noco STARTS your vehicle with a dead battery, plain and simple!. great tool if you are battery dependent and need an easy way to jump a dead one. Bag it comes with is not that secure, stuff can fall out, so I will buy a better way to store it and transport it. Booster works great-I used it on two 4 wheelers and my side by side same day and still had plenty of power remaining. Is so wonderful and exact for my purpose.

Worked like a charm. I saw a man use this to jump start a car/neighbors and it worked like magic. Compact and powerful, at least to wake up a 2017 Toyota Rav4 battery. I went online as soon as I could and bought this one which was surprisingly running a super sale . I had the occasion to use ours and again, it was amazing. So easy and so painless.

Great Product
Great safety features. I thought I was dead in the water till I remembered one of the features that my booster had and that it had the USB outlet for charging needless to say that was a game changer. The built in light is very helpful for night operation and as a back up. Could use a very carrying case. Easy to use.

I have bought five of these over the past two years. One of them for myself and others as gifts. The GB40 is well built, extremely portable and the controls are intuitive. Best of all it does what it is supposed to do. He said he has used it to jump start his semi before.

Great gadget
I purchased this to jump off my 1968 VW Beetle. especially in the winter time. The small size, excellent power and light all made it much simpler, easy and safe to use. . . Because the battery is under the rear seat it is a challenge to jump with conventional jumper cables. This jump pack is small, easy to use, super compact and starts up my V8 SUV every time. to have an effective jump when the Bug sits too long.

boost feature saves the day
I have an older version which does not have boost functionality and after a few cranks, the battery is completely dead. I learn about the boost feature when a friend came and rescue me with this jump starter and the boost functionality makes a whole lot of difference. Once I did that, car started right up.

Good for even very dead batteries from sedans to SUVs.
Both our cars were completely dead after not using them during lockdown and this brought them both back to life. For the sedan I had to push the safety override button but it worked as designed in the manual. It also does fine with my wife's SUV. When I took my car in for some maintenance recently I also noticed that the mechanic was using this exact model in his garage. It is easy and effective.

Hop inside the car and crank that key!Great purchase! Keep in mind, it does need to be fully charged before using. Works great! I used it on a 2. 7L Toyota Venza. Do not expect to start your car once you receive the package, it is only at 25% capacity. 0 L. If you did not know how to attach the Alligator Clamps to a battery, clamp the black to the negative side and the red to the positive side. You will see a white light stay on, you are good to go. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You will hear a clicking sound every few seconds, that is normal. It works for Gasoline Engines up to 6. Let it charge your battery for a few minutes before starting the car.

Compact jump starter
Do not forget to press the question mark button or you will assume it is junk or it does not work . It works you just have to take one more step. Great jump starter to keep in your vehicle. Used this jumper setup to get everything moving and cleaned before replacing the batteries.

Buy one for every car - it is that good!
very powerful. Bought this as a gift for my Dad, but now I am ordering a lot more. These are amazing. They jump everything. It does work best if your vehicle battery has at least a small amount of juice, but even if you do not there is a way to jump a completely dead battery as well. It is larger than most o the boost packs on the market right now, but it is worth it. It does not feel like some cheap thing that is not going to work. It has some power behind it. You can jump your car or truck several times before you need to recharge it.

Everyone one should have this in their vehicle
I should have gotten this years ago. Well, the days of jump starting your car with jumper cables and needing another vehicle are over. needing this even one time in a year pays for itself. This small device does the job in seconds, with little or no effort. I will now keep this in my vehicle, not just to help me, but now I can easily help another stranded person. . . I just bought two more for my dad and my wife's parents.

I used this booster all the time when I need to jump a vehicle and have used it for my iPhone you can not go wrong with it. Have jumped one battery with this unit…. follow instructions that come with the unit…including waiting 1 minute after initial hook up to attempt a start. Can charge phones of this thing…. and size is amazing versus my CAT portable charger that is 5 times the size….

Hooked it up and started her car in only a few seconds. My daughter left her interior light on in her car and called me to jump the battery. It is nice not having to rely on someone else to give you a jump. So, my first opportunity to use this gadget.

No need to wait for AAA!
It is a great small portable battery jumper that is packed with a lot of punch, i have used it once , worked wonders. I have road service and they are great but when you are ready to do the regular commute within a certain time frame, the last thing you want to deal with is a dead battery. Guessing most of us do not leave home a little early just in case the battery needs a jump. And it gets the job done quick. My car needed a jump and I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Everyone should have it in their car kit!.

Paid for itself in less than a week.
I am now looking to getting one for my mother as well. Due to the pandemic, quarantine, heat of summer, and hardly driving my car along with all of the electronics within my vehicle including a remote start has caused my car to be dead when I went to start it three times over the past few weeks. It is dependable. The directions are straight to the point and the Jump Starter Pack worked like a charm saving me the time to wait on a jump from my insurance carrier's roadside assistance. So the next time my car died I was ready.

Wonderful product
Even after using it 5 times it is still fully charged. I purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and I love it. Excellent product. It was below 0 degrees for 2 weeks and I had to use the Noco 5 times to start vehicles, it worked perfectly. Has saved my tail quiet a few times.

It is so small, I sure do like it.
A young man asked if I had cables. I am 66yrs. He said what is THAT!?! That little thing is not going to do anything. I hooked it up and said, start your car! His car started right away. He said, "WHAT IS THAT!? WHERE DID YOU GET IT?!. I like that you can not hook it up incorrectly - no sparks - no problems.

Works and is small and easy to use!
Love this little thing!. Just got this yesterday because my car was dead as a door nail. This is not the first time this happened to me and I had to barrow a friends. It is the smallest and easiest jump pack. There are a lot of products out there, but I honestly went off of others' reviews and the fact that it is one of the lower-priced items similar in function and I could not be happier with the purchase. Took about a half day to charge fully but after that boom started my car right up. Well worth the money.

A product everyone should have.
Extremely lightweight, compact, and high-quality. Unit charged quickly. Cables and clamps where very high quality. Had a battery issue due to extreme cold. 7 diesel twice, a lawnmower twice, and my side by side twice all on 1 charger. Detached the cables, put the unit in my coat pocket and drove off in 3 minutes or less. Lifted my hood and attached the cables, turned the unit on, reached in the window and started my truck from outside.

Never need to worry about jumper cables again
Every vehicle should have one of these for "the just in case" you need a jump. This product is fantastic. I am up to 12 starts on a single charge and the battery indicator is still over half. Easy to use, and takes up very little space in the trunk. Worth every penny.

Was a Christmas gift for grandson. He really appreciates it. Visited yesterday and told that he had just used it the previous day. Anticipates using it quite often. About the third time I had to call roadside assistance and noticed their little jump start kit.

Manual mode started car!
great power source in an emergency, 12V to go !. Battery read 0. At first it did not seem to do anything, but in the manual it said that if the battery reads less than 2V, then it will not detect the battery. So we put it in manual mode as instructed, and off it went! Was able to start the car no problem. Very nice size, all in one portable jump starter.

Another nice feature this has is it will supply 12v power for as long as you leave it on, so you can power accessories or just charge a device. !This is the best Jump starter I have ever used! I work as a mechanic and we use the jump packs all the time. We also have the larger model that we use and it will start anything you would ever need it to. This model is great for cars and Light duty trucks. Ok so I had to goto work one morning, dead battery.

Amazing product.
It is a lot less bulky than the box it comes in. The only thing I would suggest is longer cables- it is somewhat difficult to maneuver with such short cables. Just bought this item to use on our 3rd vehicle we never drive anywhere Ford Focus Hybrid and it started right up!I would recommend the carrying case which runs around 15 dollars for this.

This thing works.
I charged it on my computer upon receiving it, then threw it in the closet. Then our Mazda CX-5 would not start as it was dead. I put on the NOVO boost and it started right up. Great product. We are very pleased. Little did I know I had need it just a week after buying it. This was the best investment I made all winter.

AMAZING
I do not know how we ever got by without one in the past. 2011 BMW 128I - Completely dead battery. Took this out of the box put on charger for 30 minutes and hooked it up with 1/2 charge. Car started right up without much effort. Great product.

Pleasantly surprised
Got a little finicky connecting the ground to my battery though so play around with where you clip that if it is giving you a connection error - ended up using the chassis and that worked just fine. Well packaged, but type face in instruction book is quite small and for many not easily read. Jumped my 2008 Honda Fit 3 times in a row and had juice for more.

Lots of positive things built in
On down side was the extremely small print instructions-I had to use a magnifying glasss. Finally took a pix w my phone and enlarged it. Hopefully it charges my battery if needed. Loved the size-did not take long to charge . Would buy again!!. I had doubts that it could jump start a car but not anymore I used it 3 times and it has not failed.

One of the best
There are so many of these jump starters on the market these days. I have had this for a while now and i charged it once so far and it still shows full charge even after jump starting a car. You should charge it every few months to prevent battery going dead on you. I have a GB40 and GB150. Both have been performing well so far. This will save me when I need a jump start without any assistance.

You Want Regret It!
I love this product! Easy to use and a great gift for anyone with a vehicle especially if you do not want to rely on the kindness or maybe not so kind strangers to stop for your wife, girlfriend, daughter etc. One of the best investments ever. Completely satisfied! Very convenient. I charge it if I use it a couple times, mainly on yard equipment etc. Doesnt really need a charge that often but I like to keep it at its peak if possible. One of my buddies wanted one as well and is pleased.

Or jumpstart her car. My first time using this booster on her car it was -8 F, and it worked without a hitch. The second time it was -13 F, her car started quickly and we had not even recharged the booster from the first use. This thing is very compact we keep the whole kit in the box it came in and it is maybe the size of a smallish lunch box , the UI is very intuitive, it is dead simple to use and it does what it says it is supposed to. I am a fan. My friend's battery would not start her car due to her leaving on her interior light.

This even chargers your phone and tablets! Highly recommend. This is an excellent compact charger to have in your car in case of emergencies. With this charger you no longer need to call someone to bring their vehicle to jump start your dead battery. . no waiting. He was so impressed he told me to order one for him so I did. Used it the first time today. It is easy and effective. I have had two of these in my wife and I's cars for the last two years. I charge this every six months and still shows that is has enough power to jump off when I plug it in to charge.

Everyone needs a NOCO Boost Plus GB40
I guarantee that you will love it!. Works great! This is the best thing since sliced bread! It is better than using jumper cables. Started my daughter's car with the battery completely dead. After the initial charge, I have been able to jump my car off without any troubles or problems every time that it needed to be. The size is compact enough that it fits conveniently anywhere I need it to and it is powerful enough to jump off a completely dead battery on a cold morning. This one has the power to turn over the big twin like nothing happened.

This noco gb40 does not last!
Arrived partially charged. So ive had this gb40 since November 2020. I have used it for my mower, tractor, jeep. It worked great until july of 2021. It will not last more than 4 mins now. Really not worth the money. I keep it charged and try not to kill it. But it will not take a good charge. Not recomended.

Great product. It works great.
I did not use that feature the first time which was my bad so it did not work, but all is well now that I understand how to use this amazing device. There are many uses, besides jump starting a dead car battery which I did in 3 minutes . The over ride system also turns off the safety features. If the battery is completely drained to less than 2 volts then you have to use the override system whichgives the dead battery an extra boost.

Awesome product
This item performed flawlessly. I absolutely love this product. I am so happy I bought it. Update. It is so much smaller and lighter than my old jump starter. I did not realize she had left the lights on and it still had enough power to start the vehicle. Has never failed me
I have used it to successfully jump easily 75-100 vehicles of varying battery and displacement, including cummins and duramax diesel trucks. This thing even started a 6. I never leave for work without it. I am a tow truck driver, and I bought this to avoid jumpstarting people with the cables attached to the truck. Well worth the money.

This is the best jumpstarter. So light and easy to carry.
So small yet powerful enough to jumpstart trucks and cars like those bigger units. Lightweight and convenient to carry. Purchase the OEM carrying case and the USB wall charger. This only comes with a USB car charger instead. But it is what it is. It also has an emergency light and flasher on it. The USB output is good for charging your phone and other gadgets. This unit can also be charged using your laptop. But since it has a wall charger, i do not want to give my laptop some wear and tear by plugging in this power hungry unit onto it. Anyway, this is a versatile unit. Well worth the price. I carry this on my Harley.

You can also charge a phone/ipad/usb device from the battery pack, but I have not used it for that. I recently bought a Chevy Volt, and love the thing. I have just used it for it is intended purpose - to jump a car - and it worked perfectly. It happened twice since March, and I did not want it happening to my wife and newborn, so I bought this, just in case! Well, just in case ended up saving us once already. It aint cheap, but its cheaper/more convenient than calling tow trucks to jump your battery!. It jumped the car in just a few seconds and we were on our way. The only problem is it is so quiet, that you can forget to turn it off, which in turn drains the 12volt battery. I used this and was able to get to work on time. I like that you can not hook it up incorrectly - no sparks - no problems.

Works great, so much better than the the big jumper box
Not a spark in it. Hooked my friends GB40 up. I laughed and said that little thing might be good for a lawnmower. I had to eat my words, it cranked the truck with no problem. The battery in my GMC truck went out. Made a believer out of me. Went home and ordered my own unit. This is one of my favorite purchases of the year.

Some of the standard bulky ones failed to do that in the past. I love that this one is very portable and easy to charge. I highly recommend this - I just tried mine for the first time today and my car started right away it was almost completely dead . If you have kids that drive, they need this.

We received this sunday charged it and put it in my piece of crap BMW 5 series. i have to trickle charge my battery because its not a design flaw i just dont drive enough in their opinion . . . never buy a BMW product. have to drive a min of 50 miles a day to charge the battery. . . . . ok to make a long story short my trickle charge is not lasting the week anymore and i had to jump start my car by tuesday. . . . . this worked like a champ easy for a woman to manage. . . . . will have it in my car all the time. overpriced crap and they dont even admit their design flaws. . . it only 3hrs to charge. yes you read that right. . As it turns out, I needed it within a few days of purchasing it and I am glad I had it.

Saved Me From Having to Tow My Car
Pushed the emergency mode button for batteries that are REALLY low and BOOM, my car immediately started. This was a lifesaver and saved me from a costly tow. Ordered this item to have on-hand. It arrived this morning and only took a few hours to reach a full charge. HIGHLY recommend to all drivers. My car would not start. BUY THIS! My battery died in my car two ago. Amazing Product for old lady!
I am 73 yo female. I charged for 1 1/2 hours. I was able to watch you tube instructions while it charged. Took it out to my car, hooked it up & it started my car on the first crank! The Hardest part was lifting the hood on my RAV4. . Amazing product. I feel so much safer with the ability to start my own car. . great product.

I have a couple of cars that I have on the side of my house that I am working on. had not started them in a few months so when I went out to move them the batteries had died. This came in very handy as I was able to jump both cars without having to pull another car around and use jumper cables. I have troubles with my ignition switch.

With a feature that boosts output when charge is undetectable, the car starts right away, no muss, no fuss. This is a must for every car owner whose car has been mostly sitting during the pandemic and whose battery does not have enough charge remaining to start. Better to have the brand name 10w they sell than use "any wall plug". No more jockeying a second car close, no more untangling jumper cables, no more waiting while enough charge builds up.

Great Product!
The jump starter on occasion makes a clicking noise. I wrote to the manufacture about it. This jump starter is small and compact. It is very easy to use. They said it is normal. With an outboard motor you get a lot more than 20 cranks with a full charge. They should include a footnote about the clicking noise on their website and user manual. I use this for my boat when I go offshore fishing. It charges with a USB cable. I have had this jumper pack for about a year now and I love this thing, it never let us me down and the GB40 even starts a V8!. I think this is a great product for anyone to have for emergency situations in a car, RV, boat anywhere.

Jump started my 6.2 diesel twice
I figured I had give this a shot with my truck, currently fighting charging problems so I wanted something that would jump start it at least once on a full charge, this was able to do it two consecutive times with my battery at 6 volts, after that the jump pack was drained. Engine is a 6. 2 diesel. As a police officer who drives an older Crown Vic and often has to bail out drivers who've stalled in traffic due to a dead battery, this thing is a life saver.

It worked perfectly on both vehicles. I can not comment on if it is enough power for a larger truck or not. I have jumped multiple cars on a single charge, a KIA Optima and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The flashlight on it is helpful, in order to identify positive/negative battery terminals at night. It is fully charged in about 5 hours, by a micro USB cord. I purchased booster just to have in case of emergency or if someone else ever needed a boost. I bought this and have already had to use it! Jumps my old truck just fine! Very good to have!.

It is super easy to use: red on red, black on black, plug in the cables, turn it on, start the car! I got the problem with my battery fixed, so now I am going to give it to my wife so that if she is ever in a sketchy part of town with our son and her battery dies, she will not have to approach a stranger for a jump. This things makes you a good Samaritan.

Good out the box
At the local store, a clerk said her car will not start, took it out and got it going on first crank. So very happy thus far. Should report after 6-12 months, but did full charge and put in car. Started right up and only used a small amount of stored energy in the battery.

I take it out every few months to check the change and it holds like a rock. Definitely something I recommend for any driver. I have not had to use it, but I am glad I have it and have purchased one for my partner, my daughter, and my son. My car's battery was so dead it did not even click-click-click on start like, silent.

A must have
thought it was kind of like closing the gate after the horses got out but have used it many times on other vehicles. It mow lives in my camper. . Myno ly complaint is that, one day after ordering it the price dropped $35. 00. I got this after being stuck in the snow and a dead battery. . This is a mini lifesaver for me.

Will jump start v-6 with ease. Excellent product to have. Have used the phone charger a lot on camping trips and during power outages. Have used it to jump start 3 v8 pickups on one charge.

Worked great the first time.
Bought this because after researching the capabilities, it had the most protection and it was easy to store and carry. One night I left the car on ACC mode and it drained the battery and luckily I had this guy handy to have the day. After plugging in the leads and turning the unit on, it jump-started the car fine. I also used it to jump two other cars and it worked fine. Update: For those who have not used the Manual Overwide, this should provide more power if the battery is absolutely dead, or on a very cold day where the charge is barely moving. Given this, the jump starter performs as expected but the extra amps needed is something users should be aware of if they do not set it. Not to mention, if someone needs a jump there is no more getting in the right spot to hook up cables.

My car battery died at the gas station today and I kept this device in my glovebox since I opened it and charged it. I used it reluctantly, because I had never jumpstart a car in my life I can not say that after tonight , so I was nervous. I did not want to review this until I used it. I was nervous for nothing, it really was as easy as I saw in Youtube videos on how to use it. I give this product 5 stars because it works as advertised and it got me and my car out of the gas station with no issues, and it really was easy to use. It is very convenient and it is not every time that you will have someone around to give you a jumpstart so it is a lifesaver. I highly recommend it. 2 of my coworkers were outside with me when I hooked it up and they both were impressed by how well it worked.

A good capacitive boost starter, light, durable to carry in your vehicle.
Light and durable, have used it to restart my car, charge phone battery and the combination light flash mode is a good safety feature for dark unlit roads at night. Super compact, ultra powerful.

Great emergency starter for dead battery
The only complaint, wish the cables were a bit longer. It has worked without fail. Cannot say enough about this small vehicle accessory - works great on our big V-8 Nissan Armada. I keep one in one of our cars all the time, and intend to buy one for every vehicle and our pontoon boat.

Powerful little jump starter
It jumpstarted three cars without a recharge and one was completely dead. I am really impressed at the power that this unit has I am just waiting to see how long it holds a charge staying in the car. This is an incredible little unit. The battery in my new vehicle was dead after a minor inconvenient incident and this bridged the gap without a sweat until I could get a new one installed.

Great!
Charged it for a couple hours and connected it to my car and It started with the FIRST ATTEMPT! Love it. Used the charger a few times already and worked everytime when jumping a dead battery. I recommend this unit for the portability and ease of use had to use override because battery was all the way dead . We will see how long this unit will last for, because I have only used it a few times and charged it twice.

Amazing tool
For being a girl it is extremely easy and not clunky. Worth every penny. Started my car for the first time in my life yesterday using this. Safer and easier to use than traditional jump starting. Super handy as it also has a built in flashlight very good flashlight a safety blinking mode. Must have device for both car and Domestic power storage.

NOCO Boost Review
I have end used it to power LED lights while camping. Great product and has multiple uses. The guy in the slip across from us had one and got the boat started right away. I have had success jumping my Volkswagen Van when it sits for too long and I have helped out multiple Diesel Truck owners in the grocery lot.

Best booster I have ever used
Definitely get one and keep in your car. My Jeep renegade has been dead for a week! I got it today. I have bought so many of these boosters before and all of the smaller one tend to stop working after several uses, but this one has lasted much longer and it is easy to carry, no more heavy jumpers or bulky jumpers Cables and hoping someone stop to give you a boost.

Works as intended
There is no unnecessary fancy utility on this thing. It works as a portable jump starter and has a built in light with strobe capabilities. Simple and effective. Once, after I left a dome light on for a week and the battery was so drained I used the emergency override to get it started.

This will jump your car without breaking a sweat
YMMV but its a beast for jumping cars. As a portable battery for charging your phone its not great - look elsewhere for that. Really easy to use and the safety features add to peace of mind when using. Barely gets my iPhone fully charged. The light is a nice feature to have if your phone dies also. thought it was kind of like closing the gate after the horses got out but have used it many times on other vehicles.

Lifesaver in a pinch
The light is crazy bright, which is helpful if your battery dies in an area with little lighting or in the evening. Really should be a staple for any emergency kit, especially if you travel alot or live in rural areas. Portable. And you never have to wait for someone else to jump your car. This is by far the best product that I have ordered. Easy.

Great for my 2010 dodge avenger( 4 cyl.)
The geniuses at dodge put the battery in the fender so you have to take the wheel off and all kinds of stuff just to replace it. . So I bought this little booster to start it up when its been sitting for a while. toyota highlander with it no problem on a single charge! This little booster has plenty of power to turn these engines over as long as the battery in the vehicle you are starting is not completely dead. Great to have when you do not want to ask around for a jump!. It is so convenient, so lightweight.

$50 cheaper than AutoZone!!!. I use this to start my camper!! Works great. They are very well made clips and I think they could definitely provide cheaper less manly ones that do not require a weekly hand exercise routine to use.

No More Jumper Cables
I am rather satisfied so far with this unit. I jumped my sons truck a couple of times as it is having an electrical issue and the battery is bring drained. I put in into bypass mode and it started the truck right up. I am so glad to no longer be dependent upon having my jumper cables with me or an extra vehicle to jump the battery from. Great emergency jump starter, worked just line it ahould when needed.

Great for when you do not have help.
7L V8, which is near the max rating 6. I have used the product several times at least 4 to start my lawn tractor and had not needed to use it on any of my vehicles for a while after purchase. 0L gas for the model that I purchased. I can say I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a compact back up jump starter. The truck has a 5. Clamps feel and look heavy duty, battery unit is also well made.

Started my RAV4 with ease
This was especially convenient since the RAV4 was parked in our garage. I am glad to replace the jumper cables in my roadside assistance kit with this device. Turned out to be a dead battery. I tried jumping but either did it wrong or the cables were defective they were very old . This thing works great, I will be buying another one to keep in another car. Our Toyota RAV4 made a terrible grinding/clicking noise when we pressed the button to start it. Rather than calling AAA, I decided to give this device a try.

An excellent "tool" to keep in your car.
I have used this Noco Plus GB40 more times than i ever thought i would need kids cars, friends, neighbors . My sons alternator died about a mile from our house , i gave him the Noco which started the car but as soon as it was removed the car died. I do not know where he got this information, but he restarted the car with the Noco and left it attached to the battery, and made it home just as the car died again. The Noco was completely drained after this task, though after a few hours it recharged completely and has been working fine. I could not be happier with this! One of my best purchases ever!.

Life saver for pandemic car battery
My car starts immediately once the battery is connected. I purchased 2 of these, one for myself and one for my mom. I do use the override feature to start. It has been a life saver. I live in a high rise and park in a parking structure so trying to jump with another car is impossible. Right out of the box this item performed as it should.

Best money spent
The second time I had to use it, my battery was dead at 6 volts out of 12. The little charger could not start the truck and kept connecting and disconnecting with an overcurrent problem. Rattling around in the trunk for a year, it got me started without breaking a sweat. I decided to let the device do its thing. I kept it on the dead battery for 15 minutes and it finally cranked over and started. It took every drop of juice this little gizmo cold muster and it brought back a battery from the dead safely and automatically and got me unstuck. I use a Genius battery tender so this was the brand I searched for. Best money spent. If it ever dies, I will replace it with the same brand without hesitation. 3 V8.

Essential car accessory
My car would not start. Although luckily it was parked in my garage, I did not want to call for roadside assistance and possible tow to my auto mechanic. Works as advertised. So I took a chance and decided to wait 1 day for delivery of this gadget. Took about an hour to charge, then hooked up the battery cables, powered it on, and my car started. It is like having roadside assistance in your glove department. Finally took a pix w my phone and enlarged it.

A life saver after a long time parked at the airport.
It is quite safe and easy to use. The first time I was away for three months and returned to a dead battery during a curfew at LAX. I ordered this and had it charged and ready. The Item was received by on 8 March 2021 and the Refund was supposed to be made 7 days later. The only thing missing was easy instructions on the charger.

Saved me from getting stranded in the middle of nowhere
As it turns out, I needed it within a few days of purchasing it and I am glad I had it. This jump starter is fantastic! It is compact and performs just as advertised. It started up my Crysler Pacifica on the first try when I found my battery dead after a 2-night backpacking trip. NOCO Plus battery charger
Even though I have not used it in my car yet, it powers up my phone numerous times before having to charge it after a few days. This is an amazing product. My husband bought one last year, charge it and year later, it is still fully charge. He has not used it yet. We have ordered one for each vehicle. Now, I bought one for myself. It holds a lasting charge once you charge it.

Highly recommend. Worked just as every ad descried all function are great and the primary use of being able to jump your own battier or others in seconds is worth this alone no question. Used it to jump a co workers dead battery in 15 seconds. Safer and easier then jumper cabers. and in a solo situation with no one else around you can jump yourself.

Excellent little jumper!
Works great for my slow to start tractor. I ordered this last week and would not you know it, I had to use it today because our son's old car would not start. So following the instructions, I just hooked up the connectors, turned it on, went into the car and it started right up! Very impressed with this little jump starter.

It already paid for itself!
Car started right up with no issues! This saved me leaving me stranded or having to call someone to give me a jumpstart!. Literally needed this the day after it arrived. I had accidentally left the lights on while out . My work van has an inverter that I use frequently and if I forget to shut it off at the end of my shift my battery is dead by morning. Liked mine enough to gift one!
Holds a charge in cold weather, simple to plug and play to use, and has not gotten hot etc. on extended use. We used it while trying to fix/jump a small tractor once and it gave us close to a dozen cranking attempts before quitting. Did not get hot at all. NOTE: I did try once on an engine that is larger than it is rated for and it would not put out enough juice, even with the safety 'off' so I had be sure you get one that is the right size for your needs!. I definitely like this product although not all the accessories came in my package that I Purchase through Purchase through I did not receive the car charger Or the cord to charge the battery.

I also have a Porsche I do not drive often with a 3. Works on my 2003 GMC Sierra with a v8 when it sits and the battery dies. 2 liter v6 and it works to jump the car also. A quality tuner that is easy to use.

They say it will do so for one year. I recently gave this model jump starter to two different relatives. Irregardless, I have had jumper batteries before, but this is a great deal for $100. The other has not needed to. I have owned one for years. It is dependable. It holds a charge for months. One has already used it successfully.

Perfect to keep in your bag while on your motocycle!
I probably need a new battery or I did not drive enough after because it died again, but i think this is a great thing to take with you in the car in case your battery dies. My battery went bad on me while I stopped to gas up my Harley. Luckily, I had this thing charged up and in my little bag I have strapped to my sissy-bar. Popped it on the battery and was able to jump my bike and get home! Lifesaver!.

Three jumps and it still shows 100% ...
Very pleased with this purchase. Yes, my car's engine is small so it does not take a lot to start it. I have a Honda Fit and while my battery is good, my trips are too brief to keep the battery charged, especially in cold weather. While I was happy to have AAA come to my rescue the first time, understanding that it was going to happen again because of my limited driving was inspiration to look for a way to be prepared to take care of myself. Also, it is small and light weight and easy to carry. The only negative is that the carrying bag's draw cord does not have a lock to keep it drawn closed.

This powerful small jump starter keeps a charge,I have not charged it in 2 months and it is still at 100 but thats not following the instructions. I scheduled a mechanic to look at it the next day. It works in all kinds of cold weather. It is a waste until you need it. I live in Michigan so you know it gets cold!This little thing will save your life. Always be prepared. Very good product, everyone should have one
This jump box is surprisingly powerful and can jump your vehicle multiple times on one charge. I recommended this to anyone and everyone to have as a backup for emergencies. This is great!!! I was laid off from work so I was not driving my vehicle that often maybe 2-3 times a week and eventually the battery died out on me because of that and the cold weather. It is so much smaller and lighter than my old jump starter.

I have only had them a couple days but this item is just fine. I used it twice but not on my car. I helped a couple people at work who needed a quick jump ater leaving their lights on and it started both cars just fine. I was a little leery of buying these at first since I have always use stand alone cables. Nice and compact so it saves space in you vehicle and a lot easier to tote around if needed and use without running cables to both cars. This is a must have! I have used this about 16 times now on my car and it works with no problems.

Works on cars and lawnmower
Works great on cars, had a tow truck service use on to help us out. So bought one myself and then used it for my riding mower after it sat for a time. I attached it, turned it on, let it sit for about 30 seconds and the car started up just like normal.

It was easy to use, worked on the first try, and is small enough to keep in a glovebox or trunk. I appreciate not needing to rely on other folks being available if I need to jumpstart my car. Definitely a useful tool for a car emergency kit. Jump a 100% dead battery 4 times on one charge best jump starter I have owned.

Simple and worry free Jump Start! Portability is awesome!I saw some bad reviews about it not charging the battery- its NOT supposed to! High powered jump start for my completely dead battery! I had to have it in Boost Mode cuz the battery was that dead!!! Then driving the vehicle, alternator charged the battery back up to normal! Plus, charging my phone and headphones off of this is a fantastic feature!!!. Tested this at my friend's auto shop on multiple cars with dead batteries, worked like a charm.

Who knew the Battery can go dead in Quarentine?
Battery read 0. I bought this for 2 reasons: I have/like their Batt. Charger unit, and this prod. Yup! 80° and battery's dead! I had a cheaper quality brand jumper that I kept charged--but earlier this year, the LiOn battery bulged and needed to be replaced. Made me look at details before replacing, and you were not supposed to store it at the temp's you see in the car in summer. THIS ONE's SPECS should be fine for years--and it is much simpler to use!.

Fantastic product - it truly is. There are a lot of products out there, but I honestly went off of others' reviews and the fact that it is one of the lower-priced items similar in function and I could not be happier with the purchase. It started my car which was dead from headlights being on for over a week and started right up without a hint of a problem. Also, we have charged the device once - right when it arrived a few months ago and have used it 5 or 6 times between my vehicle and a few others' and it is still at least 75% charged. Given the mediocre fakespot score, I was not sure about this model, but decided to give it a try anyway since a well-known national auto parts store carries it in-store.

It came with all the pieces, was simple to use, and does EXACTLY what it says it will do. 100% happy with this product. Dead battery. Worth every penny. Nothing like getting ready for a day on the lake, launching your boat, then not being able to turn the motor on. I have used this many times on numerous vehicles and it works very well. Started My Car After Two Months Idle
The device feels and looks well-built and the bright LED lights are thoughtfully positioned to assist when attaching clamps. It also comes with a nice little storing bag. Car would not start--battery was completely dead. I would definitely recommend if your vehicle matches the requirements. I was able to start the car on the first attempt. I have not driven my 4-cylinder in 2 months. My daughter left her interior light on in her car and called me to jump the battery. I bought the GB40 and was forced to use manual override.

It works!
I bought it because the battery keeps draining from non-usage. I am tired of driving my other car around to jump it. Used the override button for when the battery is too drained for the Norco to work as normal and my old van started right up. Well worth the money. By chance I had to use it the day I got it and it worked great.

Affordable, Reliable...A lifesaver!
My girls battery died after work she works night shift this thing saved us from having to calL AAA or a tow! It is paid itself off already! Totally recommend!!!. It comes with a car charger, the black & red clamps, a usb charger and a cute pouch to store everything in. what a lifesaver. Love it, have had it for less than 2 months and already put it to work 5x! My work car Ford Explorer did not start 3 days after I purchased this.

Highly recommend. Used to start 2 cars and a truck in winter. Kept in car that needed a new battery to start up. Has started up a car with a completely dead battery in by-pass mode. My battery has a habit of being dead at the most inopportune times.

Compact Peace of Mind
Stows in the glove box or in a rear pocket. The light is very powerful. Gives me more peace of mind than jumper cables as there is no need to rely on a “safe stranger” or wait on friend/family to jumpstart a vehicle. Highly recommend this for anyone, particularly teenage drivers. Charges quickly and easy. We have used it thousands of times and it still holds a charge.

How long does it hold a charge?
I bought this in August of 2018 with a nice carrying case as an add-on at the recommendation of a friend. Today 1/30/2019 -4 degrees outside i brought it into the office in case any co-workers needed to use it. i found that it still had 75% of its charge!would recommend this for everyone!!! save yourself a road service call and the waiting in the cold for them to arrive. do not leave yourself at the mercy of strangers!. Have tried it works great hopefully it lasts seems good qualityOkay update about 6 months later this pack is great I work at a used car lot and jump several cars a day this thing has never failed you can jump three or four in a row with no problem my only hope is it going to last a couple years and I will feel it was a great value anything less than that I had be a little disappointed but for the money this is the one does the job do not hesitate to buy this as it does as it is supposed to.

Used today to start a 4 cylinder ford ranger that has been sitting for a couple of months. I think it was worth buying. Had given it a 4 star as it was only used to start 2 450 quads. Hooked my friends GB40 up.

Works perfectly multiple times
We have a 2002 BMW325xi which is not used much and i have been occasionally jump starting it with cables. Decided to get one of these after a bit of online searching and it performs beautifully. It is also very easy to use. It has started that 6 cyl with the battery in the trunk 4 times without recharging. Have an older car that sometimes needs a jump start.

Noco gives their easily obtainable extra profit back to the consumer through design and thats worth a review. Being a product designer myself it is nice to see my ideals of product first . This product shows its quality in the details . High quality components ,money spent in design areas which would be skipped on lower quality products. You should 100% buy this. Where they could have used readily available low cost options they instead custom designed and manufactured their own with everything from the connectors to the usb cables. With all that says it performs as well as it looks . I dont usually write reviews unless the product really exceeds my own design standards. They went the extra mile in design and it shows.

Even grandma can use it
So easy, even my 70 year old grandma can do it! Her car is old and she drives about 10 miles a week. So her battery tends to die a lot from neglect. I feel so much better knowing that she does not have to ask random strangers for jumps and maybe electrocute herself in the process. Simple set up and super easy and quick to use. If you are getting this as a gift for someone, I recommend walking them through it the 1st time. The font in the book can be a bit small, but it is easy once they see how it works. It started a 4cyl car that was totally dead, a V6 that had a little power but not enough to turn the engine over, and then a V8 truck with a totally dead battery.

Small, powerful
Cheap insurance for camping in the woods. So following the instructions, I just hooked up the connectors, turned it on, went into the car and it started right up! Very impressed with this little jump starter. I keep this in my overland rig because jumper cables are useless when you are by yourself. Smaller than jumper cables.

Provided multiple Jump starts on a single charge.
I figured I had give this a shot with my truck, currently fighting charging problems so I wanted something that would jump start it at least once on a full charge, this was able to do it two consecutive times with my battery at 6 volts, after that the jump pack was drained. Would highly recommend everyone carry one of these in their car. After charging it only once I have been able to jump start cars 3 times without recharging it and it still shows 75% battery life left. It is a nice compact size and comes with everything you need. Also, It feels well built of quality materials and will last a long time.

Saved me more than once!
I love this jump starter. my SUV battery is starting to go. It is fine if I use the vehicle every day or 2, but if I let it sit much longer than that, it does not want to start. Yes I know I need to get a new battery. Twice in the last few months, I have had to use this jump started and it started my SUV right up. It is also super simple to use and I do not have to worry about finding someone to help. One tip: keep it charged. Just like any battery, it will discharge slowly and may not be usable when you need it most. Moreover, the cable are not very long; I measured 13 1/8” from the outlet to the tip.

Jump just about anything
Easier to use than jumper cables, no need to talk to strangers. I rate this in the Top 5 useful car accessories. I bought two; one for my car and one for the wife's. Used this to jump a BMW F82. This thing is great.

Worth every penny
I own a chevy with a 5. 3 v8 and between me jumping my vehicle and multiple others I have used it at least 8 times before it got below 50% battery. Makes life so much easier, I had the chance to help so many people without the complication of jumper cables, and it charges so quickly.

The very next day I went up to my parents place and had to use it to jump start both their lawn mower AND my dad's SUV. My dad had one similar to this and I have wanted to get one for a while. Worked like a charm. Successfully jumped a Honda Element in below freezing temps on the first crank.

Surprisingly impressive.
I was skeptical. I have seen bigger and heavier units fail to crank an engine, but this cranked better than the new battery I ended up putting in after the battery that required this died. Very impressive. The fact that it is compact and can be kept under a seat is awesome. I guess we will see what kind of longevity it has, but so far, I am a fan. UPDATE 7/8/18: I just used this to jump an RV that sat for an entire winter and had a battery so dead that it would not even try to crank. Finally had a reason to use this. This is an E350 chassis with the 6. 8L V10. It hesitated at first, so I let it sit for 30 seconds, and then it started right up like it was nothing. . Cannot say enough about this small vehicle accessory - works great on our big V-8 Nissan Armada.

Great jump starter!!
This is the first portable jump starter that handles firing the car up on the first turn of the key. I did some research on jump starters and this unit was at the top of every list. The battery indicator is clear, and as a bonus it comes with a light that could be used if you had to hook it up to jump start in the dark. It is also very compact. I can see why - I have a Mustang that I do not drive very often so the battery sometimes goes completely dead..

Worked Perfectly when I Needed It
Watch the video on how to use this device. My car was snowed in for over a week before I could move it. Very simple to use. I used this device to start the engine and it saved the day. I may have gone further, but I thought it best to charge it. Unfortunately, the weak battery died and the engine would not turn over.

High quality unit
Hope we do not need it but similar to a fire extinguisher or parachute hood to have when you need it. Purchased this jumper to keep in our vehicle “just in case”. It was able to jump the battery at least 3 times before I charged it and there was a good amount of charge left. Out of the box it seems to be a very high quality unit. Since we have not had the need to use it yet we can not comment on how well it performs.

What a Beast
This thing has been such a life saver. I had my car's battery die several times and this thing was able to restart it at least 4 times before the charge level went on yellow. You would not think it from the size of it, but I totally recommend it and will be buying a second one myself. This charger has worked every time.

Total Success for Jumper cables
Gripping the unit is comfortable and the light helps even when not using as jumpers. Highly recommended to my friends. Took it out to jump my brothers car and started right up with no waiting. Compact size makes it easy to store. All the big boosters I had all failed this one never failed me now I begin to wonder if all the other ones are just one huge piece of plastic with nothing inside. Charged up well.

Love the manual override button
I take out of bag every 3-4 month +/- to check charge level. I am glad that I did. I did have to charge it for about 12 hours before I used it the first time, and I had to use the manual override button which disables the safety features , but then it cranked my 2001 Ford Explorer from a completely dead battery. Note: Instead of a wall charger, it comes with a auto-accessory to USB adapter and a USB cable. I use my mobile phone charger when I have it in the house.

I have been able to help others, too. Such as a coworker who's car would not start & it was after dark when we were leaving work. -- I clearly needed to get to a shop, but would not be able to go for a few days. The flashlight is great in situations like that. & I have used the USB port to charge my phone as well. I only had to use this once & it gave me enough of a jump to hold me over. The size & weight of it is very convenient. I feel very safe and secure knowing I have this with me in the car. This has been one of my best purchases ever! One week, I was having some issues with my car battery, terminals, etc. Over thanksgiving, I showed it to my brother in law & my stepfather, and they were impressed as well with my smart purchase. It is now an added tool in our travel pack and I am glad that it is.

Capable of jumping your car with no issues
I have only had it for 1 day, so I do not know anything about longevity. I used it to jump my car and it worked like a champ, despite my battery being almost completely dead and being incapable of charging. If your main purpose is to start your car when things go wrong, this is for you. I assume it is also good for charging electronics in your car. It has worked perfectly every time time was needed.

Great Product
The battery was completely dead and I did not want to waste money on a tow. Since Ford sold me a lemon, I bought this jump starter so I could drive my car to a repair shop. After reading the instructions and hooking everything up, my car started right up. This is definitely something I want to keep in my car. Make sure you completely charge the jump starter before using. Incredible product! I jump started my neighbors Van that has not moved in 5 months.

Every car needs one!
I could t use one car to jump the other so it was time to test one of these out. I have always wanted on of these but was skeptical. Wow I should have ordered sooner! Such an handy tool. I never liked using jumper cables and do not think I ever will as long as I have one of these. Will be ordering a second one for my wife's car when the time comes to be driving more. Car started on second attempt. Charged peer instructions. Perhaps it would have started on first attempt if she had turned off the radio before trying to start as stated in the instructions,. Next day jumped the battery on my wife's Honda. I have used it twice.

This thing is so epic!!! This is not the giant 30 lb charger your parents had in their garage. My car keeps loosing charge since I have not gone anywhere in the pandemic and this bad boy gives my battery a nice little jump when I switch it to unsafe mode! Life saver, game changer!! No longer need to ask strangers for a jump. It feels good looks good and I used it it works good dead battery put it on booster started right up.

Very powerful jump pack and small.
Its not hard to tell this company cares about quality over margins. Got for my brother to use on his farm. Works great with lots of jumping power. Starts tractor fine and vehicles as well. He jumped a Massey 65 diesel and had to re motor using the jump box for almost 20 minutes straight. It kept power. He also jumped a case diesel tractor and 3 vehicles. The power output was higher than the vehicle/tractor battery when charged. So far no swelling issues with jump box or power retention of jump box. He was impressed with the amount of power out of such a small device. He has not had to charge constantly to keep power up. So far it is really a success.

Must have for every car owner
The jump starter power level was still green. To charge the unit, I connected the included USB cable to an iphone charger USB port and plugged the charger into a 120V outlet. I liked the first one so much that I purchased a second unit for my other vehicle. I bought a dedicated power outlet with USB charger ports and connected the USB charger. It charged beautifully in a coupe of hours. After connecting the product to my dead car battery Ford Explorer 2018 , and started the car, it fired up right away with no hesitation. The unit charged to about 3/4 of its capacity at which point the iphone charger overheated and shorted.

At first I doubted the unit since I did not want to believe a little unit could jump a car. Now I guess little package can pack a punch!!If you get this, you will not be disappointed. My battery was measured around 1v. I had to turn off the safely setting on the unit since the battery volt was too low, hook up the unit, wait about a minute for juice to flow into the dead batter, then attempted to start the car. So far works really well and light weight and very convenient to have. I was amazed this little guy jumped my acura that sat in the garage for a month. And boom in a good way the car came to life.

Essential Kit for VW Westfalia
BIG storm coming in. 50 knots of wind and rain. And Westy would not start. And I was in an area of town where you need aerial flares for anyone to find you. Dread. Over the past year I have used this on all our cars - 2007 & 2013 Ford Escape, 2016 Merecedes C250 & 1969 GTO. It always does the job and is easy to use. I appreciate the well-thought out product design…makes it easy for wife & daughter to use. The light is a nice feature to have if your phone dies also.

Opened package. It is compact enough that I can keep in in my saddlebags and it does not take a ton of room. On a recent road trip, I had the need to use it for the first time, for another rider that had a bad battery. I was impressed at how easy it was to hook up, and within minutes the other rider was off and running. Glad it was not me that needed it, but glad I could help out a fellow rider!.

Awesome. This was the best investment I made all winter. I have used the product several times at least 4 to start my lawn tractor and had not needed to use it on any of my vehicles for a while after purchase. Not only can it start my car did not need that yet but when my home power went out for several hours, this had a super bright light and was able to charge my devices!! Once the power was back on, I realized it was nearly fully charged.

I love it! It is also compact enough to fit under my seat or in a glove box etc. Very pleased with this purchase. It has gotten me out of a couple jams already. It is super easy to use: red on red, black on black, plug in the cables, turn it on, start the car! I got the problem with my battery fixed, so now I am going to give it to my wife so that if she is ever in a sketchy part of town with our son and her battery dies, she will not have to approach a stranger for a jump. My work van has an inverter that I use frequently and if I forget to shut it off at the end of my shift my battery is dead by morning. This thing keeps me from having to jump off of my personal truck. It is also virtually dummy proof when hooking it up due to the warning lights.

First impression: Wow, it is a lot smaller than I had expected. Second impression: Wow, it has a lot more features than I had expected. I did some research, was impressed with everything I saw. . Very simple, only a couple of steps and the car is on. I would be SOL without this very important tool to have in your safety kit. Many. Once charge and multiple uses.

Dead Battery? No Problem.
YES, IT WORKS! It is small and very easy to hook up and use. This thing is great. It jump started the boat when the battery was dead. The guy in the slip across from us had one and got the boat started right away. We bought one for each car and the boat.

Highly Recommend!
The charge lasts a long time. Love this product! It has saved me a couple of times. I usually charge it every 6 months to be safe but even when I charge it it still has a majority of its charge left. I recommend this to anyone and it is a nice to have if you or anyone else around you has a dead battery. This is a very small battery.

What a life saver!
So when my noco 40 came in, a week later it was put to the test as my battery started leaving me stranded BUT noco was here to save the day, each and every day for a total of 7 times on first noco charge. I finally replaced my batter but boy did the noco come through and I still reading about 75% charge and I have not charged up again. My battery apparently was at an end of it life and I did not know it yet. I keep it my console for peace of mind. Picked this up just at the right time.

Works great on boats and motorcycles.
Holds its charge while in storage and surprisingly does not lose much of its charge after jumping. Highly recommend the storage case to keep everything packaged and stored nicely. I am going to give this as a gift for family members. These work great.

i have used it for a few cars
I had a car with a dead battery and there was not enough juice from this pack to jump it. even though i read other reviews that say they are able to charge cars after the battery was dead for months. It needed this and another battery pack from the towing person to get my car running. This was not the case for me. I should have bought one of these years ago.

Works amazing, even after two Arizona summers!
Even after I jumped my car it was still fully charged. I bought this in 2017, and I never needed to use it until late 2019. I have a 4 cylinder Hyundai, so granted I do not need that much power but it works for me! Would not hesitate buying another if it dies. Everyone should have one of these, way better then asking someone for a jump start!. This thing was in my car for two brutal Arizona summers and despite that it worked like a charm 2 years later. Doesnt really need a charge that often but I like to keep it at its peak if possible.

Nice Product
This thing will start the vehicle several times before recharging it. Has worked perfectly and very simple to use. We have a vehicle that has a V8 motor and has a small drain coming from somewhere. My wife use to have to get another vehicle and jumpstart it. Would recommend product. Purchased this for my wife. Great for when jumper cables are not long enough. But not anymore.

Best $100 I have spent
Has worked perfectly and very simple to use. Needing a jump is no longer a chore. My vehicles all have manual headlights so occasionally I will forget them. This thing makes a headache turn into a minor inconvenience. Not to mention, if someone needs a jump there is no more getting in the right spot to hook up cables. I left my lights on and jumped my 08 f-150 V8 with ONE bar left on the jump pack. Can not say enough how nice and convenient this thing is to have.

It works!
Dead Battery on an old van that sat dead for months. Bought this booster in April and charged it. Kept it in car and did not need to use it until September. Took it out, followed directions and car started right away! A lifesaver on a rainy night away from home.

Impressed!
I am very impressed. We had purchased a huge bulky Stanley power station for emergencies. Buying a backup soon. Had to have it towed after all. This week our older Acura would not start after sitting undriven during the pandemic. Worked great. When the time came, it could not jump out vehicle.

Where has this been all my life?!
I had love to be able to bring this on an airplane, but I suspect it may not be allowed - not even in checked baggage - as it is a large lithium battery. Still, for about a hundred bucks, this thing rocks. The lithium battery keeps a heavy amount of juice and the parts feel well made. MUCH smaller, lighter and better performing than the heavy non-lithium versions from just a few years ago. I keep this in the trunk to start my car in the event it will not fire up after not driving it for a few months. I keep it my console for peace of mind. Will probably work with Apple though it does not come with a lightning connector.

Worked perfectly
I like it because of the small size it is easy to take on my boat and that helps me with a lot of worries since grandkids LOVE running the radio and phones with motor off. But after having this for several months and not needing it, which is a good thing , we had a car battery to die. I hooked it up and the car started instantly, NO problems at all. Nice product. Before I had a chance to recharge my neighbors car battery died so I hooked it up and right away started again.

Best boost pack I have used
It was about 5 degrees out side too and I was impressed that this tiny boost pack was able to start the dead van up so easily and after it still had 75% battery also. Great product I got to test mine out for the first time couple days ago at a buddies house and I hooked it up to his dodge van that has been sitting for months dead. Great product my boss bought the 4000 amp one for work and that one is a beast we have been using it for a couple weeks now and jumped over 20 cars with it with no problem and I really like how it has the volt meter so you can see the alternater kick on which is a nice feature. I hook up this boost pack to it and it finally fired up after a couple mins of cranking. Key just clicked so I told him to grab the box.

Worked as claimed
I did not have very high expectations when ordering but decided to give it a try, my E350 Bluetech has been garaged since covid started and the battery was completely dead so I had to manually override because the voltage was too low for it to register. I let it sit for about 2-3 min and on my 2nd attempt on cranking the engine fired up. Not sure if its normal but the charge on my GB40 dropped down to a single bar after starting up. It is great and it does not take up much room.

Pleasantly Surprised
I am used to the old giant “jump boxes” that shops carried around. I was not sure how good such a tiny box would be. We had a chance to try it with a car we had sitting over the winter. Key just clicked so I told him to grab the box. I got this on a Black Friday sale. I was kinda nervous that it would not work or slow crank but I will be darned, turned it right over! Car was a 2000 Subaru so not the biggest engine but totally happy with it. This is a nice tool all the way around.

Great jump box!
Great little jump box!! After staying inside for months due to being high risk for COVID I discovered my truck battery had died so I purchased this to be able to move my truck. It charged fully in about 2 hours, and upon being hooked to my battery started my truck instantly! My fiancé suggested we recharge it before leaving it in the truck but we were surprised to discover it was still FULLY charged after jumping my full sized suburban! Fantastic purchase!. I bought it because the battery keeps draining from non-usage.

Freaking awesome
I have used this over 50 times since I bought it, starts my truck like a dream! I have jumped friends, family, co-workers, and strangers with no effort and everyone wants to know where they can get one. has great pricing even when not on sale compared to brick and mortar. I am going to pickup some more next year as Christmas gifts for family. I have not thrown away my jumper cables just in case but I never reach for them anymore. Even though I have not used it in my car yet, it powers up my phone numerous times before having to charge it after a few days. My husband was not initially all that impressed with this as my choice for his Christmas present but has now told me on several occasions how glad he was to have it. Amazing Product
My Nissan Maxima 2016 battery died couple of days ago and the tow company guy had this product which gave life to my car. So happy with my purchase. Saved my Bacon! It works.
Personally, I have roadside assistance, but why wait 20-40 minutes for a jump when you can do it yourself in less than 5 minutes. I had a bad battery due to stagnation and hot weather conditions. It was easier to order this guy from one day delivery then it was to wait for a day off of work to get a replacement battery. Santa will be delivering one for each of my family members this Christmas.

Make sure it is CHARGED for use
Works like a charm!!! Dead battery & this item came to the rescue!!!! This is a necessary for any female that travels in her vehicle or actually anyone the drives. Update as of 12. Dead batteries are bummers. Get this item and you wont be disappointed. But make sure it is charged up and ready for use. I pulled my device out to use it, it was not charged up enough for use. Super easy to use! No sparks! I am buying another so that I have one of these in each car! I hooked it up to the battery and turned it on and the car started immediately.

I was surprised that it uses a standard USB charger not included but it charges as fast as my old battery pack. Small and light but still powerful. High quality components ,money spent in design areas which would be skipped on lower quality products. I use it to power a macerator on my RV.

A must for a boat owner!! Please read my review if yours is not jumping also
As long as the battery you are jumping is not completely dead under 2v? It will start most anything. This thing is a must have for a boat owner. Saved me twice now. It is a fairly small unit with heavy duty jumpers. Smaller jumper with big lithium power. Just learned this. I thought mine was not working. I put testers on it and nothing. When I took my car in for some maintenance recently I also noticed that the mechanic was using this exact model in his garage. Very important! It has a feature that detects a battery in order to work! If your battery is too dead you must use the manual override for it to work!! On my gb40 you hold down red exclamation mark for 3 seconds to override the battery detect feature. Override and testers came alive.

Great product - an easy and inexpensive alternative to jumping your car
Great product and I am going to buy a second one to keep in the main car. Does what is expected and small enough not to take up a lot of space in the trunk. I saw other reviews and decided to try Noco out, instead of having to jump the car in the traditional way. It really is simple and safe. I connected the cables and turned on the charging function - 30 seconds later, I was driving around for the recommended 30 mins after a jump . I rarely ever post a review, but this thing is amazing.

Just what I needed
Had an occasion to use it after only a couple of weeks and it boosted the car battery in seconds, allowing me to get on my way quickly. Highly recommend that every car have one of these!. So easy to keep in my trunk to have when needed. Each cable is maybe 6 or 8 inches. Clear instructions for charging and use.

Finally, One That Works!!!
My 2014 ford fiesta has an electrical issue, ford can not figure out and my radio starts to blip every 6 months, the volume does not work and then inevitably, I come out to my car a few days to weeks later and then my car is dead. I have tried different jump kids, but this is the first one that has actually worked! Yesterday my car was completely dead, no lights, no clicking when I turn the keys, nothing. This one I did have to use the override but that allowed it to work and crank after about 30 seconds. This thing is so epic!!! This is not the giant 30 lb charger your parents had in their garage.

So convenient and easy to use
I used this today on my 2006 Lexus RX 330 and it worked! So easy to use. I tried this on my 1996 Geo Metro and it did not work, I think because the battery was 100 % drained. I had to replace the battery. Seriously ; how cool is this ! Nope not a question.

Great item does the job and then some!
I keep it in my car and I have jumped off about 6 people now on one full charge and there is still a little left in it. I would recommend this to anyone needed to help someone out with a jump!This thing is well worth what I paid for it!. I have a Lexus that sat for 4 months and I ordered this and it started it right up. There was no sign of life and this starter got it going with the super- charge setting. This machine is small but packs a huge load of energy.

Like gangbusters
But this jumper made a great first impression, and I am confident it will work just as well when/if needed again. My car's battery was so dead it did not even click-click-click on start like, silent . It is so easy to use, even my wife who has only the bare minimum of experience jump starting cars was able to use it. Fortunately I have not had to jump it since. After charging this thing to 100%, and needing to use its emergency override feature cause the battery was completely dead, my car started easily on first try.

Real Winner that works
Great Travel Asset to keep in your vehicle for trips. I used this gizmo on a dead battery that was replaced asap The posts were clean and battery looked good, clean and not bulged. Headlights would not illuminate and a weak click from the solenoid. There was no wait time, hooked up direct to the battery posts and started engine.

The best thing I ever purchased!
Let us say they did not listen to me the elderly 60+ woman. They replaced the battery, again I told them nothing is wrong with the battery. $500 later I paid for diagnosis, new battery and went to bay for my truck. Told the #LouFuze auto dealer about my thoughts. Key was stuck again. And again. I would to charge it every time. UNTIL I found this charger on . I can charge my always dead new battery quickly, easily and never have to ask for a jump. Making it easy safe and awesome!. I had to use this twice TODAY.

Small package, Huge performer

Awesome
It has almost been one month since you received the item. I started having battery issues so a friend let me use one of these, just a smaller unit, and it was great not having to get a jump from another vehicle. So after that I decided to grab one for myself. I have now used it a bunch of times after going through some battery issues again. This thing has saved me a tons of time and I have a peace of mind if I do get stuck I can break this out and jump my 2003 Pathfinder with ease.

The charge lasts for awhile
Definitely will not go anywhere without one of these in the safety bag. I bought this for my lawnmower that was dead and hopefully can use it for my car WHEN the battery goes dead. It worked great for the mower and its been about a month and it is still 3/4 charged. So I will keep it in my glove box just in case.

Great tool to have in your car!!
Great thing to have in your car. The light is way bright and comes in handy. I was able to help a few people so far. Using it as a charger for my kids phones as you all know they are great at keeping their phones charged, not to mention on long road trips. Also on how small and compact it is, it fits in the center console or the glove box. I was able to get my company to pick up a few of these units and they love it! Would be nice if all the major gas stations had something like this on hand. I have had this item for almost a year and I must say this thing is awesome. . It started up my Crysler Pacifica on the first try when I found my battery dead after a 2-night backpacking trip.

Very handy
Worked like a charm, the car started within about one minute! The portable size is a big plus also. It is great and it does not take up much room. Very happy and feel confident that in the winter time if we were to get stuck somewhere we would be able to get home. I do recommend that you order a case to keep it in one location and protected.

Small but powerful
Worth the price. It is easy to use. Light comes in handy when it is dark out, the size makes it fantastic to carry around since it does not take up a lot of space unlike some bulky starters that are the size of boom boxes. Fantastic device, jump started my 2019 Altima when it was having battery problems.

Little Beast
Until today I had only used it as a power brick for my phone during son's soccer practices. But whenever i do use it, I always ensure to top it off before putting it back in my bag. Have had the GB40 for a number of months. Today when I picked up my son from after school care I saw a stranded parent with his hood open on a 2014 Dodge SUV. Turns out the stranded parent had a bad alternator, but regardless this thing jumped the vehicle without issue several times. It is the sort of thing you never want to use, but really glad you have it when needed. I have not used the USB charge port for cell phones, etc.

Sleek compact and saved the day a few times. It took a while to realize that most of the time you really need to let it charge the dead battery for 30-60 seconds before trying to start the vehicle despite what the directions say, but after doing that I have had great success.

A Life Savor!!!
I highly recommend it. . . Bought this product and have already used it twice and it is been a life savor. I am the most non-mechanic person and can barely figure out how to open my car hood LOL , but this gadget is extremely easy to use for the most novice mechanical person. Charges phone. Saved the day
I hooked the jump starter up and it fired right up. I thought I had left a light on so I went ahead and drove about 45 minutes. Connected the jump starter and again it started right away. I have had this for several months just sitting in my truck. The battery in my 2015 F150 had died. New battery and I am good to go. Today my truck would not start. I am now ordering another one for my wife's van. It feels good looks good and I used it it works good dead battery put it on booster started right up.

Affordable Safety
I purchased this super compact, portable, built in light battery jumper/starter. This is by far the best product that I have ordered. I am super happy with this purchase. I vowed that day that this will never happen again. Now I am ready for anything. In the beginning of this year my car battery died due to my negligence. Super impressive.

Reliability!!
Compact, easy to use and effective. I am a contractor so I have lots of drill battery's. Usually when my battery died I would take 2 wires and jam them into my drill battery and I would jump start my truck with that. This is definitely easier and it will start my truck even when the battery is fully drsined.

Super easy to use!
Comes in so handy, no need for another vehicle to jump you great when your car is parked and dead in the garage . I am getting one for each of my kids for the holidays!. This is one of my favorite purchases. I had all my toy batteries decide to quit at the same time.

Great purchase chase
We have a 2011 Ford Ranger and have used it to jump start 4 times and I am still in the green. Love this!!!!!. I also used it to help a stranger at a parking lot once.

Awesome jump-starter
This review is for the GB40 1000 amp. Well here was my chance to test this unit out i hooked up the cables and proceeded to start the vehicle, nothing. Rechecked my connections. Then I remembered the boost button on the device, pressed that this time and tried again to restart my vehicle. This time my engine fired right up. The temperature was below zero and the battery was completely dead but this device had no problem starting my V8. And it still had a full charge left. I highly recommend this device. Battery went dead in cold weather, glad I had it.

did not think it would work
I still do not know how something this size can crank up a car, but it does. After the car started, I gave my neighbor the information to order one for herself! Hey ! How about a little something for the effort? lol. Like everyone else, I watched videos on Youtube to see if it actually worked. Well, I received it a few days ago and had the opportunity to help a neighbor. BIG storm coming in. I had been thinking about something like this for a while. YES, IT WORKS! It is small and very easy to hook up and use.

Great jump pack....updated review
I went online to confirm how to charge the device after my purchase. Have tried it works great hopefully it lasts seems good qualityOkay update about 6 months later this pack is great I work at a used car lot and jump several cars a day this thing has never failed you can jump three or four in a row with no problem my only hope is it going to last a couple years and I will feel it was a great value anything less than that I had be a little disappointed but for the money this is the one does the job do not hesitate to buy this as it does as it is supposed to.

A “must have” safety item
I could list so many great features - it is very well thought out. Wow-I did not expect to need it so soon. Suffice it to say…simple, small fits under my car seat and very effective!. There are many uses, besides jump starting a dead car battery which I did in 3 minutes . great power source in an emergency, 12V to go !.

I have used it a couple times now off one charge and so far it is just worked
Charge has at least held 2 weeks with no issues. Saved me a tow bill so definitely paid for itself. Even though I have not used it in my car yet, it powers up my phone numerous times before having to charge it after a few days. I have jumped two 4 cyl engines off one charge and both times it was powerful enough to turn over with no issues.

Charger working well for 2 weeks
Ordered this unit after having to send a charger from another supplier back because it did not work. This charger is easy to use and has worked perfectly for the past few weeks. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a faulty electrical system that drains the battery. I am not sure how many starts it will last on one charge because we keep it topped off. The instructions are pretty minimal but the operation is pretty straight forward. A week later I was running late and went out to a dead battery from leaving light on in my car.

A Must Have Tool for Everyone
Highly Recommend product!. I am in love with this device. The directions are straight to the point and the Jump Starter Pack worked like a charm saving me the time to wait on a jump from my insurance carrier's roadside assistance. The included short protection ensures there are no sparks either, which is nice. I do not know how we ever got by without one in the past.

Wow - It Works
I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical that this device would actually do what it claimed to be able to do. Well, I pulled it out of my car's trunk and connected it to my friend's battery, which required about 30 seconds, turned in on -- and my friend started his car instantly. I was super impressed and so was he. He took a photo of it so that he could order his own. That opportunity came today when a friend's car would not start. I am no longer a skeptic. Great product. Started my V10 engine with no drama.

bought a second
I am off road a lot and this is the key to quick battery power when needed. Case is an additional purchase but well made and helps with protection/keeping charging cable/12v adapter and wall plug/ alligator clips all in one case. I have used this multiple times and each time it was quick and easy with a fast engine jump.

The Perfect Gift To All Car Owners
We have used it thousands of times and it still holds a charge. This is what it should look like when fully charged. Well worth the money. If the green is pulsating or blinking, it is almost done. It comes with a cigarette lighter plug so you can charge it in your car after jump starting it. I have had this jumper pack for about a year now and I love this thing, it never let us me down and the GB40 even starts a V8!. Solid green. Win-win!I have not tested mine yet but we have one in the shop.

Great Product
To put it through a real life test, I removed the battery from my Outback and started it 4 times with the GB40. At that point the charge was still 100%. I am a recently retired broadcast engineer who is very familiar with electronics and technology, in general. I feel confident that this device will perform as advertised when I really need it. I bought this device because I wanted a backup for when I drive to remote locations to hike and fish. Great jump starter & back up power source. Operation is easy.

Dead Battery on an old van that sat dead for months. I attached the jumper cables, set the power to the suggested maximum for batteries that have <2amps, and it started right up. super compact, and charges with USB. My Jeep renegade has been dead for a week! I got it today.

Great Product
I highly recommend the product. Last night my Wife's car would not start. She was at a local pharmacy. IT WORKS!!!!!!. When I got there I realized neither of us had our jumper cables. As I was trying to call my son, a guy came up to us and asked if he could help. He had one of these portable jumpers. I asked where he got that thing. He said . I wrote down the name of the jumper and when I got home I immediately got on to and ordered one. Well packaged, but type face in instruction book is quite small and for many not easily read. I started up right away. We drove to our local repair shop to have the car looked at. I told my Wife that it had already paid for itself. It is a great product. She called me to come and jump the car. With one day shipping I got it this afternoon and went out to jump my Wife's car.

Which means it is probably due for replacement . OMG. I am keeping this one in my saddlebag and getting another for my truck. My motorcycle battery was nearly dead. I received this last night and plugged it in to charge. A hundred bucks to never have to wait for a jump is a steal. That is all I can say. I have end used it to power LED lights while camping. Went out this AM, hooked it up to my bike battery and it fired up faster then it ever did with my battery.

Great device absolutely worth having gives you peace of mind knowing you can jump yourself or a friend in need anytime you have to. Got this little jump box just about two weeks ago and have used it four times since. After jumping it four times it is still at full charge. Light comes in handy when it is dark out, the size makes it fantastic to carry around since it does not take up a lot of space unlike some bulky starters that are the size of boom boxes. One thing I find it makes it easier to connect for me, I put the clamps on the battery poles first and then I plug the jump cord into the jump box. Amazing little jump box absolutely worth the money excellent kit small light easy to store.

Great product
It was very handy when an elderly lady was stranded in our drive-through at work. . I had to wait hours for someone to come rescue me. I highly recommend This product as it is very easy to use. I keep it charged and in my car at all times. I found my car battery dead one morning when I was going to work. My battery has recently decided it does not want to work and I can not afford to get a new one yet. I decided then that I would never be in that situation again.

WOW, what a great thing to have for peace of mind in any vehicle.
I will be purchasing another one for my truck. No hassle, no problem, and most important, no jumper cables. It has saved me 4 times this winter. Lifesaver when the car leaves you stranded
Jumped a 2016 Corolla, a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2004 Toyota Sequoia. I have been carrying this for a year and it is so far helped me personally twice and once for my friend. But this jumper made a great first impression, and I am confident it will work just as well when/if needed again. You never know when you will need a jump start and this has worked flawlessly for me.

Nice jump starter
If you decide to purchase this jump starter get the case that goes with it. I went back and brought it later. I have jump started my car,friend car and family cars. Also it holds a charge for at least a couple of months. It has not let me down. Safer and easier to use than traditional jump starting. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

easy to use good for travel
I bought it after we had to pay $60 to jump my husband's car from dead battery. A week later I was running late and went out to a dead battery from leaving light on in my car. I do not know anything about cars or jumping cars and even I was able to successfully use this. I used this and was able to get to work on time. It was worth every penny just to prevent me from having that inconvenience that one time. Have not had to use it since. Also, the car guy who came to jump my husband's car had something basically just like this. Quick and easy.

Works as advertised
I was skeptical at first, however this product uses up to date battery technology, as opposed to other charger/starters still using Lead Acid or AGM batteries. Light weight, USB chargeable, and ultra portable make this my go to backup system. I will definitely be buying another, as well as many of the accessories. You may never know when it will come in handy.

Wait for the occasional sale
It has been in the behind seat storage of my truck for about 2 hot months and thankfully I have had no issues with expansion, fire or explosion. Jump started my neighbors car after it sat in the cold for numerous of days and it started!I love how small it is and not bulky. It starts cars and truck with no issue. Light is nice and it seems well built. I like it, it is handy and compact.

Well I am very happy to report that not only does it perform as advertised but is a breeze to operate. One neat feature is that it does not need a specific charger as it charges via micro USB. My experience with vehicle jump boxes goes back to the 40 pounders that took forever to charge and were almost always dead when they would actually be of use. We keep it in my wife's Explorer and use her car charger to keep it topped off just in case it is needed. I honestly had very low expectations when we purchased this little guy. Very convenient to have. So I figured this one would be even worse because it is so small.

Hot shot for dead battery.
Once this lithium battery is charged up, it lasts for at least half a dozen quick starts. Get one for each vehicle. Holds the charge until needed, but check it once every few months. Lets see if by year two or three I can say the same thing.

Peace of mind always charged up and ready
I like that is compact easy to use and very versatile. Love the peace of mind knowing my wife will always be able to start her car if there was an emergency and I was not there. it fits in the glove box and I have been checking it over the last few months and still says full charge looks to be very good.

Wohw Jam packed with lost of features
This one is more convenient. The battery lasts a really long time I have used it about 10 to 20 times and it has not dropped below 50 % I thought "there must be something wrong" and charged it anyways but again it still has not dropped below 50%. And it has reverse polarity detection and I believe it switches we had one from a big bulky one that went by watts and it was a hassle. Maybey 5he battery readout is defective. . But really awesome Jump-pack. I like that it can jumpstart a V8 full sized GMC Yukon. . I Returned the Product because it was not powerful enough for me.

Do not hesitate, just buy it!
It was a hot summer day, 100 degrees. No one was around to even get a jump from. 10 minutes later, we were off. This saved me! We have one in each car. Buy it. It is worth the saved frustrations and peace of mind. Took my kids to the park, came back to my van to discover a dead battery. I Returned the Product because it was not powerful enough for me.

I highly recommend this item!. it worked on my 2012 dodge charger!!! I was skeptical because of all the fake negative reviews but decided to purchase anyway and man this already paid for itself since jump starts are pricey if you do not have roadside assistance not to mention how long it takes to have a tow truck sent out. I love this product! Easy to use and a great gift for anyone with a vehicle especially if you do not want to rely on the kindness or maybe not so kind strangers to stop for your wife, girlfriend, daughter etc.

Very efficient unit
Will keep one in all my cars. I love the size of this unit and the ease with which you can use it on your vehicle. I even recommended it to a mechanic I use who, because of extremely cold temperatures this past winter, had trouble with his personal car when it had sat for more than a day. That I can charge it in the house as I do my cell phone, as well as in the car when I am driving around, is definitely a plus to get this unit. Paired with the carrying case it is easy to keep in your car ready at a moment's need to get you back on the road.

Great product - compact and easy to use
It will be a bit expensive to have it replaced because it is difficult to get to the battery. So this device is been a great help in jumping the battery each time I get into it, until I can put the finance is a way to have the battery swapped out. It is nice and compact it very easy to use. I have not thrown away my jumper cables just in case but I never reach for them anymore.

Plenty power and holds charge.
I waited a few minutes saw they were not having any luck and pulled my Noco out and offered to try it. Works great. Guys truck started right up on first boost. I could not believe and I know they could not either. Both guys said they were going to buy one. Nice and compact so i tuck it under my front seat. First week I had it a gentlemen was helping a younger guy try to jump start his truck with battery cables at my local store. Well worth buying, I use it on all my stuff that has sat for awhile. No more cables, extension cords with portable charges etc. . Great product, needed to use in on dead battery two days after we received it.

Dead battery back to life and safe
I have a 2004 Lexus ES330. I hooked this thing up to my car battery following the instructions. No fear of getting shocked. No hassle. Car battery came right back to life and the car was jump starter. Great easy product to use. Wow! Excellent product. Within a few days after charging it up, I got a call from my neighbor to give him a jump. He thought he left a light on and drained the battery. He did not know that I had this little jewel. He open the hood to his Ford Rapture with a 6. 2 liter engine. Hooked this charger up and it started right away. Without even charging this device from the previous day I hooked it back up and his truck it started immediately and the meter still showed in the green even after 2 jumps. Forks, this is well worth the money and an excellent product. Peace of mind carrying in the car no need to find someone to jumpstart your car with cablesThe product does it all by yourself.

Amazing Product
This thing works. I have a 2007 Infiniti FX35 and the battery is pretty old and during the cold Minnesota days, it just would not start. After adding the Heet gas additive and jump starting with this jump starter, on a dead battery, the car started. This jump starter works. I have had this for a while now and i charged it once so far and it still shows full charge even after jump starting a car.

A must have if you do not want to get stranded or you have multiple vehicles. It started up my Crysler Pacifica on the first try when I found my battery dead after a 2-night backpacking trip. 7 diesel twice, a lawnmower twice, and my side by side twice all on 1 charger. Simply works!
And going where there is no power but need to charge a phone or other devices, no issues and it is light for what it is. One of the things I appreciate most about it is it is simplicity and how it simply works. Being stuck with a car or truck is a crappy enough situation as it is - add some rain and you are in for a very bad day - in these situations where you do not think clearly and blame the whole world a super simple plug and turn on utility brings back the balance between the good and evil in the world ; it simply works :D.

Best purchase - has saved me time and $$$
I highly recommend it! Way faster and easier than roadside assistance!. Since buying this last January I have only charged it 1x, but have jumped my 05 Taurus multiple times from it without fail. I have also used the flashlight feature a few times which equally comes in handy. I am buying 2 more of these for my kids to keep in their car. It has been extremely reliable, and has saved me in a pinch several times. I keep it around in my car just in case I see a stranded motorist, or need it for a flashlight, but it offers additional features, for example you can charge your usb devices from it.

Feature packed booster that is small, easy to use, and powerful
I also like the tote bag that it comes with, but I have preferred to leave mine in the original box, and simply keep that in my supplies box in the vehicle. This is the best battery booster I have ever seen. It can charge your phone. You can use your car to recharge it while you are driving after you get the car started. This jumper is amazing, it will start a harley 7-8 times before needing recharging and working in a bike shop it is nice and light weight and the clamps are perfect for getting into smaller places. I really like all the options for lights on it as well. I think this is an essential vehicle safety and simply everyday use appliance. It will boost your vehicle no problem.

I was a little skeptical at first but made the purchase anyway after looking over reviews. This product charges cars, phones, and other chargeable items, with light included to help during emergency. I had two dead batteries in two cars that had set for over a month due to the pandemic. Excellent directions made it a no brainer. The charger arrived almost fully charged and I placed on charger to complete charge.

i decided to buy this one, used it one time so far and it did what it is supposed to do, nice that its not big and bulky and it comes with a nice carry bag that will fit in a glove box or any decent size storage area in you vehicle, i would recommend this model to anyone who cant decide on which one to buy. with all the options you have with different makes of jump packs . Worked just like it is advertised.

So, worth the money! I love it!
This thing is amazing! It is every bit as good as advertised if not better! I jumped of a car battery that had been dead for over 7 months and it started up within a few seconds! Yesterday, 6/12/2020 there was this old lady in the parking lot whose battery was dead, she asked if I had some jumper cables, I said no, I have something much better! Started her car in seconds!. I connected the jumper an d on 1st try, it started.

Every person needs one
The last thing my frazzled self wants to do when my car is not working is ask a stranger for help jump starting my car. With this product, you can bypass needing another person and get your car back on the road or moving on the road within a minute--TOTAL. If you have kids that drive, they need this. As a mechanic I frequent have to jump start towed in vehicles.

It is like always having a middle finger ready for Murphy's law
It has saved me from a stress induced day many times. My battery has a habit of being dead at the most inopportune times. It has failed me when I was a groomsmann, when picking up my sick daughter and most recently today on Christmas Eve when I had to go do some last minute shopping. All you have to do is clip onto your terminals, press the power button on the unit and then the car should start right up. The whole thing takes maybe 60 seconds, so much easier than looking for someone to give you a jump. I carry one in my car no matter where I am going, and I bring it with me when I am going on a trip in my friends in their vehicles.

Works great!!
7 star rating from the 45,000+ reviews. It is a lot smaller than I was expecting, so I was a bit skeptical whether or not it would actually work. Tried it out on a dead battery and the car started as you would expect. I have not used the USB charge port for cell phones, etc. I guess I should not be all that surprised given the 4.

Best money I ever spent
So cute and small take it in and out the car at 1st took me a couple days to learn to use it but finally got it was soo worth it. I love it. Also servers as a portable power bank with usb charging and is built like a tank.

Worked after months of storage
Stared my truck after several months in the vehicle. So much easier to use than jumper cables, and you dont need another car. Great little jump starter. Comfortable knowing I have it in the truck. It is the sort of thing you never want to use, but really glad you have it when needed.

Reliable
I bought one of these to have with me at camp or when I was out hunting in order to make sure I could start my car or machines or keep my phone or tablets charged. Worked great. What a second one to keep in my other car at all times!. It is great because we do not need to bother someone else to jump a car in the case of a dead battery, we can do it ourselves.

Great product, read review important info
I used it twice but not on my car. You do this by pressing the explanation mark on it. The reason you must put it into overdrive mode is because it does not sense there is a battery there if it is under 4volts. Amazing product, easy to use.

comes in handy when battery is dead
Battery read 0. I used this 5 or 6 times new out of box before charging for a quick jump and it handled it like a champ. The battery in my new vehicle was dead after a minor inconvenient incident and this bridged the gap without a sweat until I could get a new one installed.

Love this thing!
Power lights still indicated a full charge afterwards so I am confident it could have started several other cars if needed. I purchased three months ago. I recharged it anyway - the large green light pulsed for about twenty minutes then turned solid green. This thing worked like a charm! Started right up. I am a believer now. My wife's battery was dead as a door nail this morning. Lets see if by year two or three I can say the same thing.

Great product
I liked the first one so much that I purchased a second unit for my other vehicle. I keep one in the trunk of my vehicles. I do recharge the item every 60 days just to make sure it is ready to go when I need it. Anyways finally got to test it out on many occasions and it works like a dream.

Replace your traditional cables and buy this!!
Power on the device, hook it up and start your car. Do not let this little machine fool you! I own an auto repair shop and have had several jumper boxes that have cost me hundreds of dollars. It is that easy. One person can do this on their own with little effort. I jumped my boat 3 times and several cars before the battery gauge moved to 75%. If I could give it 10 stars I would!. You will never need to find a second car or ask anyone for help. This little jumper is super easy to transport and setup. Easy to use! Great value for your money!. This is a MUST have in place of jumper cables.

This works
When it turns over slow hook up this booster and it is almost as good as summertime. I can get at least 6 starts on a charge I only let it get to 1/2 charge I am sure satisfied with this it beats jumper cables. This helps to jumpstart my bulldozer when it is cold and my battery is weak. I was skeptical.

Worth the money if you only have to use it once.
I connected the cable with the clips to the unit, connected the cables, pressed the button that checks whether the connection is correct and started the car. No waiting for a full charge, a tow truck, or for someone to come by with jumper cables. I have a Chevy Avalanche w/a 5. 3Liter V-8 and it was no problem. I finally had to use the GB40 today, because the car would not start. Turns out it was the battery, which was 6+ years old. It saved me a lot of time getting going. I bought this in May after having to recharge my battery because I left a GPS unit plugged into the cigarette lighter socket for 3 days, and it drained the battery. I find it well worth the cost. I rarely ever post a review, but this thing is amazing.

Sturdy and compact
So this product actually saved our lives and trips several times. Today is the third time I have jumped someone else. I worried if the battery would be able to work well after it stay in the trunk for a while. Very happy with it.

Lifesaver
This is worth every penny I paid for it. It is so easy to use and very safe. We had a friend who's battery died and they were trying to get a jump from another car which had a newer battery but it was unsuccessful. We got the booster out to help, which they were skeptical of, and it worked. We would highly recommend this booster!.

Great little tool
It can be used as a charger for a phone and comes with a pretty bright flashlight that has like 5 modes blinking, flashing, stationary etc . This thing is amazing. I had a ford truck sitting for a year and went to try to start it and it was completely dead. The price is fair. To get it working I had trouble as I didnt read the manual. But you have to turn it on and then press the ! button to start letting the power flow through the coords. Hooked this thing up to it and within 2 seconds it had enough power to turn on.

Then I saw it in action and this is probably one of the best things I bought from yet. Was a bit hesitant when I opened up the box and saw how small it was. I had all my toy batteries decide to quit at the same time.

I bought this item Mainly for winter time in case battery needs a boost. I like that is compact easy to use and very versatile. We use them at work but it is the larger ones they work great which is why I bought this brand.

Excellent, multipurpose jump-starter
It can store for very long periods of time without losing it is charge! I made sure my adult children has one also! I am a big fan!. I was amazed this little guy jumped my acura that sat in the garage for a month. This device does many things beside jump starting cars/trucks/boats! It will charge your phones/tablets via the USB port! It also has a very bright flashlight/strobe too! It is very portable/storeable too.

I purchased it for space saving and backup on my boat, and it is fantastic. I think it boasts 1,000 jumps? I am not sure about that, but it gets the job done. I will be buying one for each vehicle, and the brother in law definitely bought one after I brought it onto his boat and saved us. What! I feel like a superhero with this thing! I have jumped so many people. He did not even realize I had it, but I never leave without it being in my backpack boat/motorcycle/road trips . I have used it quite a few times for myself, too. Love the peace of mind knowing my wife will always be able to start her car if there was an emergency and I was not there.

Best portable jump pack I have used
5 years from the date of purchase, the battery got weak enough where it struggled to jump a vehicle even with the noco boost fully charged. I have been using it usually at least once a week for the past 1-2 years. . Update: after 2. Cable clamps may be a little hard to fit on battery posts with little room.

Compact size, and it works.
So in my opinion, no vehicle owner should be without a jump pack. This model is a good, manageable size for someone not particularly strong. And most importantly, it works well. I own jumper cables of course, but you can not always count on another vehicle to be handy in an emergency. I have only had to use it once so far, but it fired my car right up. Both times it worked like a charm.

Very compact and durable
5 secs with ease. I was looking for a compact jump starter and I have found it. It is compact and light. It is worth every penny. I received it today and have just played around with the flashlight and usb charging, but I can not wait to see how it does whenever I will have to use it. I recommend also buying the protective case. Thanks Noco for a great product!. Thankfully I had my GB40 fully charged and ready to. Car started in what felt like 1. I works as intended if you know how to. Update: So today was that dreadful day that the car battery died on my ‘14 wrx. It is also made with very good and durable materials.

Small in size BIG in performance
Works great, after being stranded with a flat battery and no one around to help me with a jump start I decided it was time to try one of these types of portable jump starters. Have used it several times once with a completely dead battery and it works! Do not let the small size and weight fool you it had plenty of juice and oomph to kick over the engine. It even has a nice built in light feature because nothing is more fun than trying to work on a car at night without a light. It has saved my bacon several times. Super easy to use! No sparks! I am buying another so that I have one of these in each car! I hooked it up to the battery and turned it on and the car started immediately.

Very handy device to have
USB charging port is nice too. I have charged it up using my computer at work. My Ford Expedition battery dies when it is cold outside so about twice a week I need a jump start. I keep it charged in the console and it has been a lifesaver many times. I just bought two more for my dad and my wife's parents. It is very compact and easy to manage. It is a great device to have just in case. I have had this for 12 months and used it many times. Also, I can charge my phone on it using the USB out port. It has a boost setting if the vehicle battery is totally dead. Received this for Christmas after I had left my lights on and killed my battery. I have also used it to help out other motorists with dead batteries.

This Product Works !!
I am not mechanically minded and it was both easy to use and effective. I do not know how much better to say it !!. I am mostly blind and I was able to use this correctly and get the battery on my wife's car started from just lights and not cranking to running in less than one minute on my first use of it. Started my V10 engine with no drama. It was easy to use even for me.

Do not buy as a gift for the elderly.
Do not buy if you expect it to ease their fear of being stranded. We purchased for our father's 91st birthday 6 months ago so he would not have to lug a giant charger around. It is only temporary. AAA again. Now it is an ugly door stop because it is crapped out. We were so impressed with how this worked we bought 2 more for our sons.

Nice quality lithium jump starters
Have not had to use them yet but they seem to be built well. Charges with micro usb. Has a dead battery option where you can override the safety feature that detects the battery and polarity which is very important if you are trying to jump a completely dead battery, then this will jump it granted have to leave it sit and charge the battery for a bit . I have reminders to charge these about once a month so they do not drop and ruin the batteries. I managed to get home thanks to the help of a friendly passer-by, and I ordered the GB40 1000 amp jump starter when I got home.

We were so impressed with how this worked we bought 2 more for our sons. We do not drive one of our car very often so when we went to start it the 1 year old battery was dead. We purchased this item and the car started right up with no problem. The car is a Toyota Highlander with a 12 v battery. We have told everyone to get this battery jumper.

I call this amazing portable powerhouse my little “Battery Buddy”.
I could not believe that little booster could deliver such power in only a few seconds time! Ran errands. This week my Toyota Sienna battery was Dead-Dead! Not an ounce of power: totally drained. Stopped and started the van 6-8 times today and never any hesitation on starting. So I read the instructions, made the proper battery connections directly to each post, turned it on for normal boost. Gave it a second boost. And even more astounding is the fact that this unit still shows it has a full charge level remaining. OK, got serious and selected the full power boost mode. Jumped in my van, turned on the key and WOW the engine fired up with zest. Roger Lindstrom. This was going to be the moment of truth whether my new Noco GB-40 could breathe life back into a really dead battery. still no sign of life from my ailing battery. Cannot say enough about this small vehicle accessory - works great on our big V-8 Nissan Armada. It was amazing.

The product worked perfectly as described.
I think the packaging, components and instructions are the best that I have seen in many years. The multi language instructions were supplied in a brilliant manner. I needed to use the product two days after receiving it and it worked perfectly on my 3. 5L Ford Explorer. The unit stores easily beneath my driver's seat. Works just like it supposed to very nice not to have to use a another car to jump start a car at a parking lot.

From tiny Ford focuses to Chevy Silverados with a 6.0L v8, this thing just works!
It does not get to be much harsher of a job for a jump starter. Using it at a car dealership in Fargo, ND. This little guy has been handier than a pocket on a shirt as my grandpa used to say. We have jumped 20-30 cars/trucks, and its worked great every time. Some of them were so dead, that you had to use the bypass mode since the jumper did not think it was even connected to a battery. Still jumped it just fine though. 0L v8, this thing just works! Great product!. I live in a high rise and park in a parking structure so trying to jump with another car is impossible.

Very convenient to have. Incredible product! I jump started my neighbors Van that has not moved in 5 months. Started the Van on the first try. I started another car that has not started in over a year and it also started on first try. Purchased one for all my cars.

Portable and an AMAZING Product
Well it finally got put to use. I think my only issue is that the manual was printed so tiny, I had a hard time reading it but this unit worked great when my truck had a "dead" battery. I was thrilled with how easy it was to use. I liked it so much, I bought one for my dad and son-in-law.

Portable, easy to use and hold charge a long time
My car is 15 years old now. I have been having issues with my battery. I replaced the battery, but continues to not hold charge all that well. I got tired of calling roadside assistance. It is easy to use. Hold charge well and is super portable. Cue the day when my old truck with a completely dead battery was jump started in just a minute after I hooked it up.

Cold cranks a ford f-150 with a v8 in seconds.
We were both quite impressed. This is a new must for my car emergency kit. GB40-1000A will totally crank a f-series pickup with a v8. Hooked it up, turned it on, waited ten seconds, and it cranked without a problem. I decided then that I would never be in that situation again. I bought it for my small scion frs, but I used it for the first time when i helped a neighbor jump a truck that had been sitting for months and had a flat battery.

Good guide for the unfamiliar
I am not a car person and the idea of jumping a car on my own was intimidating, but this is very easy to use and had light up indicators that made me pretty comfortable after a couple of uses!. I bought this after having some issues with my car not starting when the weather was changing. Works as expected, very happy with my purchase, recommended.

If you live in a rural area you NEED this. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. I love this and it has come in handy several times. The battery was beyond dead and I hooked up the GB40 and it gave the battery enough charge to start the truck. I have a 454 cubic inch engine.

Started my jeep from completely dead
I work from home and with COVID managed to kill my battery staying home so much. There was no sign of life and this starter got it going with the super- charge setting. You can try it a few times in a row, then you have to let it rest and try again to accomplish this, apparently. I probably need a new battery or I did not drive enough after because it died again, but i think this is a great thing to take with you in the car in case your battery dies. Santa will be delivering one for each of my family members this Christmas.

Unbelievable Power !!
This booster is incredible! First use was in starting my 2011 Expedition EL Limited that I had in storage, vehicle battery was completely dead and this 1000 amp booster started the 5. 4L V8 in less than 2 seconds!!!INCREDIBLE!! Ease of use is EXCELLENT!!. Let us see how that charge holds, is the only question that remains.

This unit really packs a punch.
I never had to mess around with lifting, juggling and securing a larger unit, then trying several times, dancing back and forth to secure the cables then hopping back into my car. I have always had battery problems with my car on extremely cold days, the deadly cricket sound. Oh my gosh, what a relief this was in 2 degree weather. I bought this little guy with a bit of apprehension because bigger is better, right?Wrong! This is compact, lightweight and so darn easy to use. No more frozen hurting hands or slip sliding around. I had another brand jump starter that was a bit cumbersome and it finally bit the dust. Otherwise he would have had to call a tow truck to come and jump start him. I hooked it up in a minute, jumped back into my car, turned the key and BAM! It started right up.

I had a car sitting outside for 5 months in all types of weather the battery was completely dead I got it yesterday it only had 25% charge so I charged it up to 100% it took 3 hours I went outside at 11 o'clock at night I hooked it up to the car and a whole car lit up like a Christmas tree inside I turn to key and she fired right on up I recommend this for anybody I have gotten a thousand watt amp this is perfect for anybody if you are stranded out by yourself and you know people are scared now days to give someone a jump and this is good to for women or your daughters where they do not have to ask a stranger for a jump it is easy to use and the car that a had to start was a Buick Roadmaster 1992 8 cylinder 5. The GB40 came through with flying colors and my wife was able to provide assistance without trying boost with cables and hooking up her car in the middle of the night.

Everyone needs one of these in their vehicle for emergencies
I much prefer having this in my car in the event it may happen again or if I need to help someone else. I was looking for a compact jump starter and I have found it. Have not had to use yet, but a friend helped jump my car with this when I was stranded.

Lifesaver
I am so glad they did! I no longer have to call roadside assistance I just use this little jump starter and a way I go!. This little thing is a lifesaver! I live up where it snows a lot and I do not drive very often so more often than not when I go out to start my car the battery is dead. I much prefer having this in my car in the event it may happen again or if I need to help someone else. I asked him where I could get one of those and they pointed me to . About the third time I had to call roadside assistance and noticed their little jump start kit.

Saved once when my car's battery was dead
Great product!. I drive a Volvo SUV hybrid and experiment with its head unit and time to time it does not work properly and drains the battery. Worked perfectly. It was easy to use: just connected, pressed power button and after 30 seconds or so my car was on. This small charger once saved me from getting stuck.

Battery booster
Awesome! Used it to jump marine Diesel engineWorked perfectly-no hesitation!. This jumper is amazing, it will start a harley 7-8 times before needing recharging and working in a bike shop it is nice and light weight and the clamps are perfect for getting into smaller places.

A bit pricey but well worth the investment if you need it.
Works great for what I need it do. As a police officer who drives an older Crown Vic and often has to bail out drivers who've stalled in traffic due to a dead battery, this thing is a life saver. It can charge in-car off a cigarette lighter adapter for a USB cable and easily fits into my duty bag. I have jumped three cars so far and have not seen a decrease from the 100% marker. A bit pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion, especially if you live by yourself and have to deal with an older car that has battery/starter or are in a position where you need to help other folks out.

A must-have for anyone who drives!
Well worth the price!!. Safer and easier then jumper cabers. Have had some issues with keyless start, and I have used this with great success to get the beast started. Cannot say enough about this small vehicle accessory - works great on our big V-8 Nissan Armada.

It started my 5.4L F150 right up.
I just got it today so if anything changes I will have to update this review. Also people, do not leave this thing in a hot car. I charged it up then connected it to my truck battery and my truck started right up with the remote start. The heat destroys lithium batteries. I bought this because it was same day delivery and my F150 was dead in the driveway. Finally took a pix w my phone and enlarged it.

Manual Override makes this work.
The car battery is a LifePo4, and has an internal management system, including undervolt protection UVP . Using this product's normal mode will not work, as it will not detect any voltage at the terminals since the UVP is on. Used this to jump a BMW F82. You need to switch it to manual override, so you can get 12V at the clips. The manual says it is for normal batteries only, but electricity is electricity. Worked like a charm. I still do not know how something this size can crank up a car, but it does.

I finally got a chance to use this, and worked PERFECTLY!!!
My son's car went dead and needed a jump. . . I pulled this out, it was still reading 100%, and worked the first time with literally no effort! What an absolute pleasure as compared to using my car to jump his! After using it, it registered 75% charged, so was still good to jump again without recharge. . I am so happy. All the big boosters I had all failed this one never failed me now I begin to wonder if all the other ones are just one huge piece of plastic with nothing inside. I bought this 9 months ago and charged it, its been sitting around since in my car, I did not recharge since then.

So easy to use!
This is worth every penny I paid for it. One night at soccer practice my battery died. We tried to jump start it with 2 different cars with out success. Then a man shows up with this and I had little faith but did not want to wait an hour AAA. He hooked it up and BAM, started first try. Easy to use if you read directions. I have used it 3 times for different cars and it has worked first try every time. Even on a battery that has been sitting dead for a few months. It is So easy to hook up and use. I took a picture of it and purchased one the next day.

Best purchase I have made in a long time!
It is easy to use. It holds a charge for a good amount of time. Strong enough to start my suv in sub zero weather. This has saved me a half dozen times since I bought it a few months ago. I went into the cab and turned the key and it turned over instantly.

A must for your teenagers safety kit
As someone who fears the same thing at the age of 34, I will only use this to jump a car. Winter is pretty but it drains out our car battery. Get this product so they will not be scared if sparks fly when using jumper cables. This is a must for your teenage son or daughter.

periodically stops to tell me what a great gift this has been for her
She also takes it with her to athletic events that go on and on all day. I bought this as a gift for my wife. She can plug her mobile devices into this and never run out of juice on her phone. Too often one of the kids will leave a dome light on in the car, and she ends up somewhere with a dead battery. She still, months later, periodically stops to tell me what a great gift this has been for her. This comes out of the back of the car, and in a couple of minutes the car is running again. I am sorry that I can only offer five stars. No problem. Granted it was not instant but after about 30 sec to a minute of connecting the car started right up and was good. This has saved my wife so many times.

trunk must-have
would recommend to keep in the car for emergencies as the battery is super strong and discrete. it works on drained* not dead batteries. i used it on my nissan sentra 2013 for a week until i could get a new battery because my battery has eroded and it worked well effectively and quickly. Ordered this item to have on-hand. i am a woman and i have acrylics so it the prongs were not difficult to open or apply.

I recommend buying this product. I am a handicap veteran & I appreciate how quick & easy it is to use. . Now, I do not have to search for someone to help me start the battery. So far, I have only used it for my van's battery but, I will try using it for devices as well. . I hooked this up to the jump terminals under the hood, and turned the device on and let it sit for about 10 seconds.

Back on the road in less than 5 min.
I have gone out twice and as soon as I got in the car knew it was Dead took all of 5 min and with no help from anyone I was mobile. So far so good. With the money to not have to wait for AAA or a neighbor to jump start my car!. My battery is not holding a charge but not too many places are open to get a new one installed due to lock down. This should be a must to carry in every vehicle.

Great and very portable emergency jumper
Wanted something portable that fits under my seat. Had to use this twice on a 2012 highlander and 2014 audi q4 and worked great for both ona single charge. So much easier than my older booster battery. I recommend this as a great safety tool. HORRIBLE!! The battery life is the worst.

I definitely like this product although not all the accessories came in my package that I Purchase through Purchase through I did not receive the car charger Or the cord to charge the battery. Battery went dead in cold weather, glad I had it.

Thing is great
Dependable. Saved my butt when motorcycle would not start. Makes life so much easier, I had the chance to help so many people without the complication of jumper cables, and it charges so quickly. Great product. Its helped me keep my gear charged when wires fail and I have jumped otuer bikers as well.

Overheated
I love this device as it started my car multiple times but today was just not all that good. I wanted to jump start a dead battery from my work truck v6 motor and I saw some smoke coming out from the device. I unplugged it and try to start it just to see the percentage and it shows 50 and then 20 and it will start blinking on the ! Icon. I also noticed it kept on getting hotter and I checked the temperature with my thermometer laser gun and it went up to 113° F. I asked him where I could get one of those and they pointed me to.

Small but mighty!
In fact, I was able to get 4 jumps out of this pack before having to charge it again. I am impressed!. I have an older car that uses a HUGE 850CCA battery and those other packs could never start it. My battery went bad on me while I stopped to gas up my Harley. I was skeptical when getting this as I had bought several other small jump packs before that didnt work so well.

Tiny but powerful!
Best jumper i ever had so far! With one charge you can jump at least 7-8 car! For this size of jumper its awesome. It is a great small portable battery jumper that is packed with a lot of punch, i have used it once , worked wonders.

What a cool tool!
Worked like a charm! Just remember to use the Manual Override Button if your battery is stone cold dead. Even if you do not drive often or long distances, I would recommend having it in your trunk. Something is draining it and we can not determine what. I have had AAA to the house four times to jump a AAA battery that is new.

Worth every dollar!
Awesome product, money well spent. I also love the safety features such as the polarity protection in case you mix the + and -. Saved me tonight. I bought it on sale for $80 a few weeks ago. Used it tonight for the first time to Jump Start my Jeep Wrangler.

They make these in several amperage ranges, be sure to select the one that meets your intended use. Exactly what I have been looking for. The 1,000 is good for cars and SUVs with gasoline six and eight cylinder engines and small diesel engines. I was originally interested in a much smaller unit available at COSTCO but my experience with Lithium batteries convinced me they could not pack that much power into the small cells they offered, and the cables were like 18 gauge really quite small for the amperage used to jump a car Anyway this unit is well designed and looks like its construction is meant for business. . Talked with my local battery shop and then pulled one out from behind the counter and said, this is what we use to jump start cars when we get the call. Worth every penny.

A must have rescue and convenience item
After identifying that I may have occassional use for this item, I justified the cost of the Day deal. With having 5 vehicles and a couple of garden tractors, it is not unusual to have one or other to be left standing a little too long and needing a little help when starting. Normally I had have to drag out the boost starter and a long extension lead and then wrap it all up again. If remote, I had have to jump start from another battery or the rescue car. This thing is so convenient and literally takes seconds to hook up and start the car. I used it three times in the first few months and it worked flawlessly. So glad I invested. got this battery jumper 2months、i dont know nothing about car、so this battery jumper is super easy to use、and when your batter is dead、it only take 5mins to restart your battery back Again！great product！.

Period. Compact. I have done car-to-car jumps many times. This is so easy. I did run into a small challenge in that the batteries were both fully drained lack of use during COVID times . The available video on YouTube advised on the safety bypass. How awesome to be able to jump without another vehicle, particularly with a car parked head-in the garage.

This is a must for older vehicles, midsize to small.
Its small and compact. My 08 truck was having battery issues. I can slip it into my large jacket pocket. I brought two of them. This very portable device jumped my midsize truck 3 times on a single charge!!! That is amazing, not to mention you can charge other devices also. This is the most amazing purchase I have ever made.

May be the best thing to have in your car
Then put it in the trunk with the sack it comes with and you are saved. Ok so I had to goto work one morning, dead battery. It worked every time for the span of about 5 days. Better than calling AAA, trust me.

holds a charge. . . . . . . I keep mine in my car during the winter months "just in case" I need my battery jumped. . It will work on most 4, 6, and 8 cyl. Just want we needed
Our Fiat's battery connection keeps having issues and without a second car, we were going to have to ask our neighbors to constantly give us jumps. With this, we can jump ourselves, and we literally use this a couple of times a day right now - without issue!. The directions are straight to the point and the Jump Starter Pack worked like a charm saving me the time to wait on a jump from my insurance carrier's roadside assistance.

Unit lasted a little over a year
Keep in house for possible dead car battery. I take out of bag every 3-4 month +/- to check charge level. Checked when received and charged to 100%, 05/2019 75% charge Charged to 100% , 09/2019 75% charge Charged to 100% , 01/2020 25% charge Charged to 100% , 06/2020 flashing red, light would work for a minute, recharged to 100%, 07/2020, will not charge. I would conclude defective. Well packaged, but type face in instruction book is quite small and for many not easily read.

Happy customer
This week I helped a stranded lady jump her car with this when a weaker device failed. Mine has held a charge for months sitting in my trunk. Very easy to use. Can not say enough good things about this product. A bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this works exactly how it is supposed to and has saved me multiple times. This is a new must for my car emergency kit.

This product arrived today. Upon taking it from the packaging, the first thing I noticed was the weight of this device. It is very sturdy and well built. Even the cables have a noticeable weight. I opened the battery and charged it. Coincidentally, my father in law called as I was taking the jumper off the charger to see if I could jump his v6 Pontiac Bonneville. This vehicle has been parked in his driveway for over 2 months without being started. It is very cold today, approximately 18 degrees or so at the time of the jump. The battery was completely dead and I needed to use the safety override feature in the jumper because it could not detect the battery due to it being completely dead. I hooked the battery up, waited 30 seconds and his vehicle fired right up. I connected the jumper an d on 1st try, it started.

Definitely Recommend!
This product seems perfect for any situation like for us hurricane evacuations and camping tips far from help; small size makes it easy to toss in an evacuation bag or car trunk; charges easily via a USB port; come with short cables. So contacted the company and they advised to give me a full refund and send the product back for another one. We were both super disappointed as he was excited to use it. After we got another one he has used it several time and works amazingly! My husband loves it, and I loved how well customer service handled the situation. Absolutely great! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone whether it be just for precautions or daily use!.

Works everytime!
My alternator had died, 02 nissan altima and I was able to jump start it and drive it 3. 5 miles home, and it still had 75% battery left! Another time last year, I had the same alternator issue, and was able to drive it to and from work 2 miles round-trip everyday for two weeks till I could afford to replace it. Amazing battery pack and definitely worth the money. I had all my toy batteries decide to quit at the same time.

Handy product to have.
I love the convenience of its size in order to carry in my car. I needed to use this product 3 times within a month of purchasing which turned out to be a lifesaver. The only thing I would suggest is longer cables- it is somewhat difficult to maneuver with such short cables. My battery is not holding a charge but not too many places are open to get a new one installed due to lock down.

Works great for jump starting small cars.
It is compact size and portability let me hook it up and start the car in less than a minute. I have got several cars, including a couple that rarely get driven. Update: I have had this for a year now and during the pandemic have had to use it more frequently. Since we are not driving I try to run each car for 30 minutes a week which is not enough to keep the batteries topped up, hence more jumps. Each time I take those out I typically have to jump them and the Noco Boost is perfect. The Noco has become essential and is working great. Not sure if its normal but the charge on my GB40 dropped down to a single bar after starting up.

A MUST for every car
So impressed I bought another for my better half. What a life saver!Easy to use, holds a charge for a LONG time, fired my dead battery back up in 2 seconds. Light, portable, easy to use confidently. I have had the GB70 slightly larger capacity for almost two years, never let me down. I purchased this one to send as a gift overseas, and boy did they love it, where they live, all they have are those big heavy bulky batteries, or poorly built over-priced Chinese versions.

This was much easier then what I normally had to go through. I will never not have one of these around. The battery had been dead for a few months, simply hooked this up, and it was up and going. Working shift work. Started up my forever dead battery on my 6 liter GTO right away.

The Item was received by on 8 March 2021 and the Refund was supposed to be made 7 days later. It has almost been one month since you received the item. I Returned the Product because it was not powerful enough for me. Where is My Refund??? What is the Hold up???. I charged it up then connected it to my truck battery and my truck started right up with the remote start.

My car battery even got under 2. 0 voltage so I had to use the manual override and it worked flawlessly. I have also used the lights while working on my car, had to put in thermostat actuator. It even started up my car while it only had 2 bars! Great product and a must have!!!. Works great definitely recommend people to get this for their cars.

Started my lawn tractor which had a dead battery. I had charged it up 6 months ago and it still had enough to do the job. Worked perfectly. Took maybe 30 minutes to recharge via usb to full strength. I have not had any problems. Great buy and eases your worries for under $100. Happened to me twice this tear and I successfully jumped my SUV each time with no problems. In researching product. So far works really well and light weight and very convenient to have. Biggest fear is a SUV battery that does not start. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews.

Proved itself the first day
We purchased for our father's 91st birthday 6 months ago so he would not have to lug a giant charger around. The day I received this jump starter in the mail my battery died on my way to work. Took 20 seconds to setup and get my car started. great product.

A life saver!
I highly recommend this product. I bought this for my car since I have been having battery issues off and on for a couple of years. I will look into the battery charger/conditioner since I travel regularly and leave my car down for a week or so at regular intervals. As the instructions indicate, I charged it to full capacity before I used it and I was able to jump start my car numerous times from that single charge cycle. I eventually changed my battery and have not used it since but I will check on it to see how my charge it has left over since I recharged it and packed it away. I also like knowing I can help someone else easily and quickly. It worked flawlessly.

Easy to use and works great!
We were not able to use traditional jumper cables due to the spot it was parked in, so we bought this and it worked like a charm! We actually ended up needing to use the override feature since my battery was so low and it worked instantly; we were up and running in just a couple minutes. I have not driven my can since stay at home orders were implemented several months ago, so no surprise that my car battery was dead. We go for long car trips each year around the holidays so I am very excited to have this in our emergency kit now. I have used it twice.

Impressively powerful
I did not think this would work and it was absolutely flawless. Impressively powerful! I was able to jump a completely dead/drained 2018 Ford Transit 350 HD. This is probably one of the most 'worst case scenarios' as they are 2 giant RV size batteries and it had no trouble at all. I hooked this up to the jump terminals under the hood, and turned the device on and let it sit for about 10 seconds. I will be buying another one to keep in my other car!. For those of you who may now know, the Transit 350 HD actually has 2 batteries to accommodate heady usage, and both batteries were 100% dead. I bought this and have already had to use it! Jumps my old truck just fine! Very good to have!. I went into the cab and turned the key and it turned over instantly.

works great!
I tried cheaper units to try to save money and none of them worked. Works great. My car sits in my driveway too long stupid Covid and the battery dies after a week. I tested the battery and it was completely drained and my first attempt worked perfectly. I am buying 2 more of these for my kids to keep in their car. Easy to use also. Supplied about 10 jump starts to my car with a completely dead battery on a single change.

Hand when you need it
I have used it once successfully after I bought it last month. Battery went dead in cold weather, glad I had it. This thing is amazing! It is every bit as good as advertised if not better! I jumped of a car battery that had been dead for over 7 months and it started up within a few seconds! Yesterday, 6/12/2020 there was this old lady in the parking lot whose battery was dead, she asked if I had some jumper cables, I said no, I have something much better! Started her car in seconds!.

Got me out of the woods (literally)
I have not needed it on our big vehicles, but I used it on my 30 hp diesel tractor 1. 4 liter , and it got me going right away. Also, I was in the woods working hunting areas using my quad battery with an inverter for electric tools. Needless to say, I drained my battery. I had this in my storage box, hooked it up, and the quad started immediately. Definitely recommend. It was easy to use, worked on the first try, and is small enough to keep in a glovebox or trunk.

GB40 to the Rescue
Luckily, I had this thing charged up and in my little bag I have strapped to my sissy-bar. Well I do not have a frozen parking lot of cars with dead batteries but I do have a wife that works late at times and co-workers that leave their lights on. The GB40 came through with flying colors and my wife was able to provide assistance without trying boost with cables and hooking up her car in the middle of the night. I bought the GB40 for times like this and this is not the first time that she walked out late and saw a co-worker with her hood raised. After the first time I ordered the GB40 through and it has already saved the day. It is now an added tool in our travel pack and I am glad that it is.

Easy Set up
Next thing you know with the cold recently happening my battery died in the parking lot of a shopping Mall. My son recommended it to me, so I bought one just in case for my 5 years old car. . . Everyone should have one of these in their trunk.

Could not be happier!
This has done wonders for me! I have had trouble with my vehicle starting if left sitting for a couple days and this always starts it right up! Also jumped my riding mower. Charges phone. This is one of my best buys! Could not be happier. I have jumped several cars and one 6 liter truck on one charge.

Peace of Mind
I have had this for a little over a year now. I have jumped several different vehicles off with just the initial charge from day one. No complaints. Works exactly like I wanted. I honestly had very low expectations when we purchased this little guy.

Go ahead and get it
Can jump a car multiple times on one charge. Has a light if needed. Starts the car right up with almost no waiting to charge. nothing crazy but plenty for what you would need it for. Just an overall good product. This thing is perfect. . I had to jump my car 5 times on the way to get a new battery and it is still showing as being fully charged.

This thing is solid
BUT this sits in my car, I have only used it a hand full of times maybe 2 or 3 time a year . The battery life has deteriorated very little. Almost 2 years since I have purchased this and it works like new. Awesome! Used it to jump marine Diesel engineWorked perfectly-no hesitation!.

Very Impressed
I am very impressed with this product. Very handy to have around and beats using the long jumpers where you need another vehicle. This product is very light with a lot of bang for the buck. With this baby it is you, your vehicle and Noco. It has a light if you need it and will also charge your cellphone. I forgot to say I purchased the carrying case and the piece that hooks on end of your cellphone cord for the wall socket. My battery on my Honda was dead and on my 1st try she started. I think my only issue is that the manual was printed so tiny, I had a hard time reading it but this unit worked great when my truck had a "dead" battery. I normally do not leave reviews but on this product Noco Boost Plus I just had to leave one.

An Essential Car Assessory
The unit charges fairly quickly & my charge is still at full charge after a month in storage. I have tried different jump kids, but this is the first one that has actually worked! Yesterday my car was completely dead, no lights, no clicking when I turn the keys, nothing. The error LED red light is very useful in detecting reverse polarity or high battery temperature. The product is extremely well constructed & highly portable. My car's battery was completely dead, the Nocona Boost Plus manual override button started my battery effortlessly.

Never let us me down
I have had this jumper pack for about a year now and I love this thing, it never let us me down and the GB40 even starts a V8!. And going where there is no power but need to charge a phone or other devices, no issues and it is light for what it is.

Best thing I could have bought
Has lots of compartments fits lots of items works for what I bought it for. This came in very handy as I was able to jump both cars without having to pull another car around and use jumper cables.

Compact easy to use
Compact easy to use, Occasionally I forget to shut my lights off in the winter time, this works great easy to use. Supplied about 10 jump starts to my car with a completely dead battery on a single change.

Does exactly what it says!
I let the car run for a couple hours to let the alternator charge the battery. During COVID19, I have two cars and 1 sat for literally months. Going to keep it in the car, but drive my cars every couple days. Started right away. I got this in the mail last month, unpacked it and charged it straight away. Took it outside connected it, boom.

Lifesaver!
Life saver to say the least! It even worked on my electric Nissan Leaf, which surprised me. You can charge your phone and it has a light, but I am only interested in keeping it charged and in my car for emergencies. I bought one of these after my battery died when my wife and I were at the drive in and the business had one and used it. I give this product 5 stars because it works as advertised and it got me and my car out of the gas station with no issues, and it really was easy to use.

Will Save Your Ass
Worth Every Penny. 7L motor - no struggling or anything. When I do drive somewhere I need to really be there or I have no other means of getting there. I just hooked it up, and was kind of skeptical because it is not that big. 30 seconds later it started right up. no problem, no stress. Listen; I can not really say how well this will do in the long term, but for me someone like me who does dumb shit like leave a light on, and does not drive their car for a week because they live in a city; this will save your ass.

Works great on numerous cars
It took a while to realize that most of the time you really need to let it charge the dead battery for 30-60 seconds before trying to start the vehicle despite what the directions say, but after doing that I have had great success. Going to keep it in the car, but drive my cars every couple days. I have used this many times on numerous vehicles and it works very well.

This product is amazing! Unfortunately, my battery has died several times and I have had to use this pack three times since I have had it. It keeps a great charge, its compact enough to fit in my glove box, and it is very easy to use! The flashlight is bright and it is great as a phone charger as well! I highly recommend!!.

We got one for all our cars
I had to admit that I was skeptical of it working, but after a towing service came and jump started my car with a similar device I decided to purchase one myself. Fortunately we have not had to use these very often, but we have one for each of our cars. They are small so they do not take too much space and every time we have needed to jump start a car ours or someone else this has worked. It is great because we do not need to bother someone else to jump a car in the case of a dead battery, we can do it ourselves. That makes it much better than a set of jumper cables and it is smaller. We love them so much we have them in all our cars now in place of conventional jumper cables.

dependable product
I have to drive 10 miles daily or it will not start. This portable starter has been a life-saver! It has been used dozens of times to get me out of a jam. Last year I was the unfortunate recipient of a 2015 Chevy Spark that has a parasitic drain on the battery. I am 70 years old and have no problem hooking it up and using it. It works always when you need it.

worked like a charm
Under stay at home orders and working from home during COVID-19, both my car batteries went flat from not being driven. Although it is expensive, I am finally not worried about my battery dying on me while I am listening to music with the engine off. Tested this at my friend's auto shop on multiple cars with dead batteries, worked like a charm. Btw, you do not need to use 'boost' unless the battery is so dead that it can not detect anything. Clamp it on, start the car, that simple. I read the reviews here and it looks like some people gets discount or got their GB40 for free in exchange for unbiased reviews. Well, I have been watching this item long before it was released and I paid for this. If you are on the fence, FYI there is not another 1000A smart portable jump starter in this size.

So easy and so powerful!
I also love the safety features such as the polarity protection in case you mix the + and -. I could not believe how easy and how powerful this little device is. Stores easily in my console. I may have gone further, but I thought it best to charge it. I used it 4 times before charging it again.

World class booster
All the big boosters I had all failed this one never failed me now I begin to wonder if all the other ones are just one huge piece of plastic with nothing inside. So dead jumper cables would even give enough power to open the trunk.

Very powerful device
Make sure you read instructions about disabling the sensors so it will work if the battery is less than 2 volts. Use to start my boat when battery runs down. I do not have two batteries and do not need to spend $400 to add another an switch. Both have been performing well so far. Has worked every time I needed it. Keep in my car and put in the boat when I go out.

Talked with my local battery shop and then pulled one out from behind the counter and said, this is what we use to jump start cars when we get the call. It never charged, it was a waste of money.

Great device!
This usually means moving the vehicle from the garage such that I can jump start it with cables connected to another car. Having this device saved me a lot of time and effort. My battery died while my car was inside the garage. I am a fan.

Never ask a stranger for a boost again.
Everyone should have one of these in their trunk. I also used it to help a stranger at a parking lot once. I ordered this Battery Booster with 2 day shipping and it started my 4cyl with no problems. The flashlight is bright and most importantly stays charged for a long time. When i went to start it to drive to work the battery was dead.

Lightweight, rugged, great for recharging and powering USB devices
but, thankfully I have not had any issues. I can, however, say that I have charged the product up via USB, and I have used the USB outlets on it to charge up a tablet and some other devices somewhat regularly. It is very lightweight, fairly rugged, and appears to be very water resistant. I got this because of the 3 vehicles at our house, one was often left sitting & I thought perhaps I might need to jump it this winter if the battery was not charged from driving and the cold might kill it. I sometimes use it outdoors to power USB devices rather than running power cables. I may get 2 more so I can have one in each vehicle. Overall, very happy with the product. . Compact size makes it easy to store.

Powerfully compact

Does not take up much space in the trunk and it works as advertised. If you hook it up incorrectly there is no damage to your equipment because it will not function until you connect it correctly. Powerful
I ordered a second booster to give my daughter for Christmas. This booster pack does what they say. I charged the booster completely, then tried it out on my 98 Toyota T100 V6 pick up. Very pleased. The engine turned 2 turns and fired right up. It was nice to not have to pull my car next to theirs and worry about damaging my battery. Since it showed no voltage, I used the manual mode to jump it.

Works Well
I was hoping this Boost Plus would be just the ticket for jumping vehicles in a pinch. Thankfully it is exactly that. I charged it initially as recommended and it has already done the job. I am glad I decided on this one. Small and easy to carry, yet powerful enough to start anything I have. Time is the ultimate test, but based on initial use I would buy it again and have already recommended it to others. You can charge your phone and it has a light, but I am only interested in keeping it charged and in my car for emergencies.

Absolutely essential piece of equipment for any car/truck/boat
This is the most amazing purchase I have ever made. My daughter has one for her cranky F150 and when our battery started letting us down but did not need to be replaced yet, we purchased one of these. It is truly amazing. I can not explain how it works but by God it does. It is hard to believe this little thing will power up a Volvo XC90 but blammo! plug it in and the car starts. These are just wonderful. They would make a great gift. I can see owning one if you have a boat, I know how they do not start after long periods of rest. This is a great buy for the money. I highly recommend this product and will buy more of them for family members. A must have. Ordered this item to have on-hand.

The ease of completing my tast at hand.
Used to for starting my car that was sitting in the garage for over 6 months with no problems then I had a 4 hr. I thought I was dead in the water till I remembered one of the features that my booster had and that it had the USB outlet for charging needless to say that was a game changer. Works on 5.3L Suburban
This started my 2005 5. My truck has been sitting for months in the freezing temps. I do not normally leave reviews, but I bought this a while ago and have not had a use for it until today. I am now also confident this will start my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer SS after today. Just an overall good product.

Super Reliable!
I will never not have one of these around. This device has saved me and allowed me to help multiple friends out in the 6 months I have had it. Holds a charge when left in the car longterm in frigid temperatures, easy to use, and does its job quickly. I have been able to use it for several jumps without recharging.

One Crank Was All I needed
Easy and super safe to use. Was skeptical at first since my car will not even crank at all and after plugging this beast in, all it took was ONE CRANK and off I go. I am a believer! Great Stuff!. I let the car run for a couple hours to let the alternator charge the battery.

Turned the key and my ride started on the first crank! My GB40 worked like a charm. I bought my GB40 in November 2017, charged it up and put it under the drivers seat of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma. I took my truck to the shop where they verified my battery was "dead" and would no longer hold a charge. It was at 75% charge. Bought a new battery and put the GB40 back under the seat until next time. In November of 2019, my 6-yr old battery died. Was able to start a 6. I hooked it up to my battery, hit the button and jumped in my truck.

People are lucky I carry one
I have bought 3 of these one for each car and I am yet to use one for my self. Today is the third time I have jumped someone else. Every time I help someone out I am asked two questions where can I get one and how much was it. And, you are not putting your vehicle at risk how ever small that is . Only need compact space for storage.

Works every time
These units have jumped quite a few of my vehicles. Once, after I left a dome light on for a week and the battery was so drained I used the emergency override to get it started. My only complaint is that it would be great if the instructions were printed on the back of the unit. Product arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Clutch!
Did not have to depend on anyone for a jump. Disclaimer: Only used once. It took a while to charge this up for the first time, close to 16 hours. Then my battery died at the gas station at midnight and reached for this lifesaver for the first time and my car started right away. It was so great to have after a 12 hour shift to not have to ask a random person for a jump or have to call a tow truck. I will update if I use it more but so far it is worth the money!.

Best product for anyone that drives a car
Has gotten me out of a jam and has also made me feel safer whenever i park my vehicle. For i know for certain that if my battery is dead, due to me leaving a light on or a parasitic drain on my battery, that i will make it home with my car no problem. Love this product. I wanted to jump start a dead battery from my work truck v6 motor and I saw some smoke coming out from the device.

Do not use the truck that much. Impressed a friend so much he ordered him one. Used it several times on single charge before I bought a battery. I will be buying more of these in the future for other vehicles and family members. This thing is amazing starts my F-150 truck with dead battery no problem. I like everything about it and used it to start my car.

Great product!!
Hope we do not need it but similar to a fire extinguisher or parachute hood to have when you need it. It works always when you need it.

I was amazed!
Frankly, I had my doubts, based solely on the size and portability of this starter, plus decades of experience jump starting old junkers. There is just no way this could do what it says, despite countless reviews that say otherwise. I hooked it up, told her to turn the key, and suppressed a cheer as the car started. I finally got a chance to try it out when I was flagged down by two lovely ladies in distress as I was exiting an airport parking lot sounds like a plot for a movie, but I am not gonna go there . But I can not. Not much more to add. Started my V10 engine with no drama.

Sometimes you have to try more than once for it to start the car.
Ok so I had to goto work one morning, dead battery. I works as intended if you know how to. At first it seems that is not working but give it a few minutes and try again and maybe once more. But if your battery is very drained do not expect it to work on the first try, just give it a little time and try again.

A must have device.....................
In my mind, I think his van has more problems than a dead battery. I get to him and connect up the device, he tries to start and it kind of turns over but didnt start. I get a call from my friend saying his work van is dead and needs a jump. I said wait 30 seconds then proceeded to check the connections to the terminals. I u-turn back home. He tried a 2nd time and it turned over. This was a 5. A few minutes later he calls and says never mind, someone is giving him a jump. 8 liter v8 engine. Got to test it out within 2 days of getting this. The charge indicators on the device still show 100% charge. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I get a call 15 minutes later from him saying 2 people tried to jumpstart the van and cant. Well worth buying, I use it on all my stuff that has sat for awhile.

You should 100% buy this. Super impressive. Jump started my wrangler battery on the first try. 10/10 product. Great Travel Asset to keep in your vehicle for trips.

We will built and powerful GB40
Had a 2006 Honda CRV that was dead for days. Hookup is idiot proof, gave it about 15 seconds before cranking engine, started easily first try and meter never moved off 100%. Quality feels excellent. Clamps feel and look heavy duty, battery unit is also well made. Built in flashlight is a nice touch, error light if you hook up wrong, nice carry bag. Wow, this thing is great. Definitely beats playing musical cars and dragging out bulky cables. Also love that it has a USB in and out charger. We will worth the money for the ease and piece of mind when on a road trip. It actually works as advertised lol!!!.

It is powerful
Well, the other jump pack let me down when I needed it most on my Harley. This one has the power to turn over the big twin like nothing happened. Put one in each car and on each bike. This jump starter works.

Its amazing
It is incredible for a small battery but it is so powerful. so far is already 3 months on single charge. First, I disconnected the Negative terminal from battery to ground then connected GB40 directed to it, then I tried to start my Honda Odyssey 06 engine with GB40 . Remember if your car battery is too low less than 2 volt , you need to press overdrive boost button after you turn on gb40 to send the voltage out from GB40. worked perfectly. Be Careful ! reverse polarity feature protection is disable when overdrive button is on. It works every time for 26 consecutive times and the battery stills showing 50 % left. So much easier than trying to find a "jump vehicle" and attaching long cables.

It just works.
It just works plain and simple. I have A Jeep commander and my battery kept crapping out due to cold weather. it is easy to use and I would recommend that everyone buy this and add it to their cars emergency kit. I have bought 3 of these one for each car and I am yet to use one for my self.

Peace of mind
Easy to use and a lifesaver and a piece of mine for me and her. It must have come somewhat charged as I needed it a couple days after I got it. Got this for my daughter she is a first time driver and she constantly forgets to turn off her lights.

Very easy to use
It is so convenient, so lightweight. My parent's car needed jump started recently and this device was very easy to use. We keep this in my wife's minivan and I feel much better knowing that it is there and it is easy to use if she ever needs it!.

This is a must just buy one.
Super compact, ultra powerful. As a mechanic I frequent have to jump start towed in vehicles. This is 10x better than that heavy lead acid jump box you have thats never charged or ready to use when you want it. I am super happy with this purchase.

This is a true life saver
It is light weight and small enough to pack anywhere. We have ordered one for each vehicle. Make sure you check all your vehicle when ordering to make sure you have the right one for you. No more flagging someone down in a parking lot! We have used this to start the truck, the car, the boat, and charge cell phones on camping trips. Much easier than asking for a jump start..

Quick and Easy
I also sent this item to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Ordered this a year ago, and just had to use it today to jump-start car with a dead battery. Worked like a charm, the car started within about one minute! The portable size is a big plus also.

Great jump starter
This is a must have! Sorry I did not know about it sooner. Great jump starter. Decided to get this product for my mother after her battery died in the middle of the road and she had to wait for good people to stop and give her a jump. You get what you paid for, great quality the size makes it possible to store anywhere in the car.

Very good product.
I will be ordering a 3rd unit for my other vehicle. Used it for the first time to help out a co-worker and it worked flawlessly. All of my vehicles will have one in it. Worked so well and he was so impressed that he ordered one the next day. Does what is expected and small enough not to take up a lot of space in the trunk.

Several jump starts on a charge
I was able to jump start my car several times on a single charge as I waited for an appointment at the dealership for a warranty replacement. Adds peace of mind now on trips. Emergency phone charger and flashlight also great to have. The only thing I would suggest is longer cables- it is somewhat difficult to maneuver with such short cables.

Perfect for motorcycles
Remembered Noco boost! Used for the first time. This jumper is amazing, it will start a harley 7-8 times before needing recharging and working in a bike shop it is nice and light weight and the clamps are perfect for getting into smaller places.

Starts multiple engines effortlessly on a single charge.
All three engines and it is still showing 3 out of 4 power lights! If I had to gripe, I wish the black and red cables were a little longer, I literally had to hold the unit while jumping the truck because there was no place to put the Genius Boost Plus safely. Starts a car engine effortlessly! This sat, fully charged, in my trunk for 6 months or more - over winter - until I needed to use it 3 times in one week. But overall, A+++++++++. It started a 4cyl car that was totally dead, a V6 that had a little power but not enough to turn the engine over, and then a V8 truck with a totally dead battery. It is so convenient, so lightweight.

And, after my jump, it hardly removed much charge from it, so it retains a lot of juice. I was skeptical at first, especially when I unpackaged it from the box as it looked like a toy. Moreover, the cable are not very long; I measured 13 1/8” from the outlet to the tip. And going where there is no power but need to charge a phone or other devices, no issues and it is light for what it is. Great to keep around for extra power. Therefore, if your vehicle is a newer model, make sure it reaches far enough from red to black.

Best boost jumper
This is it!Just for fun I went to my mechanic who is my best friend. An I jump start 3 Completely dead battery's What the lights would not even come on. if you are looking for a perfect self jumper System for car and boat. And 2 Dead batteries what had headlights on But it would not turn over. Everyone should have one in their car. Great product! I highly recommend it.

Powerful little charger
Purchased this for my husband based on the super reviews from my adult son who owns one. My husband LOVES it! He just can not get over the power and response from something so small and at such a good price. He highly recommends. Light and durable, have used it to restart my car, charge phone battery and the combination light flash mode is a good safety feature for dark unlit roads at night.

Easy to use
Worked well to jump start my Tiguan. This thing is very compact we keep the whole kit in the box it came in and it is maybe the size of a smallish lunch box , the UI is very intuitive, it is dead simple to use and it does what it says it is supposed to.

A great purchase
The included short protection ensures there are no sparks either, which is nice. I bought this charger three weeks ago and have already used it twice. The first time, my battery was completely dead and this charger was not enough to get the battery going. The second time, on a different car and battery that was weak but not dead, the charger worked immediately. Jumper cables and connecting to the battery from one car to another makes me nervous, but because this charger has an on/off button and just one set of cables, remembering what to connect or disconnect when is very basic. I think this is a great item to keep in the car for emergencies, especially for women, because it means not having to rely on a stranger for help. I also like that it can be used as a backup battery to charge other devices.

Ordered it, received it, charged it and left it in my trunk for 6 months. Finally had to use it on a 5 year old battery that was on its way out. 3. 5L V6. This is a new must for my car emergency kit.
