They look really nice.  I am happy with this purchase. I bought these as a  day deal because my old ones were all scratched up and we needed new ones.  I will update if anything changes. They are made well and work well,why pay more.

Just basic food prep.  For the money it is a deal.  Nice weight and quality is OK.   Even heat distribution, flat bottoms and easy to stack for storage. I have cooked with this set for the last week.  Not for pros but great for students etc. High quality.

I did notice a couple scratches in the big pan already. I do not know know how much daily hard use these would take but for the camper they are the perfect size. Very resistant to sticking and so far the coating has not worn off.

On the stove it distributes heat evenly and the handle stays relatively cool to the touch  unless it is directly above an adjacent active burner .  Can be transferred directly into the oven, though I have not tried that much with this pan as it is small. This saucepan is well made, high-quality and can withstand just about anything you throw its way.  It is great for gravy and other sauces and does not discolor easily.  Highly recommend..

Yes, yes, yes!!! This was the one item and suggestion we are thrilled with! For farm fresh eggs right from your own back yard this is the only item in the past 20 years that has worked perfectly! My husband and I have tried everything from electric steamers, poachers, stove top methods, boilers, the ones on TV, the tiny needle prickers. . you name it, we have tried it.  Nothing is more frustrating than to raise healthy organic free range eggs and have them turn into unpeelable  doubt if that is a word, but it should be  and ruined boiled eggs.   The eggs are heavenly and healthy, but whenever we would go for deviled eggs or eggs in our potato salad, it was always a disaster.  Thank goodness this lady made it a point to include a link to  for this amazingly beautiful stainless steel steamer.  As soon as it arrived my husband was frantically placing eggs in the top while following the directions from the gal online.  He did everything precisely as noted down to the ice rinse once the timer went off.  We held our breath as he began to peel the first one.  We were prepared for disappointment, but a gorgeous unblemished perfectly round white gorgeous stunning boiled egg greeted us.  We cut through, and heavenly perfection! Hallelujah as we went through the entire 14 eggs  it can do a little over a dozen using smaller eggs  and yes, yes, YES! Every single egg from 3 different hens all collected earlier in the day resulted in perfect peeling! Can I just say that this is better than Christmas! They get hot, you need a pot holder to remove. Had to replace all of my cookware to stainless steel and this was the best I found in qty of items and price.   I also read that because the lid holders were a bit taller then usual it was hard to stack up when storing and that is true. .   The cleaning can be challenging specially if you want to preserve the shiny and steel look without the scratching.   I use soak in hot water and use SOS pads to remove stubborn stains.  not true. .   Description does say that lid handles stay cool to the touch. Perfect set for weekend/weeklong Rv trips!.

That is what we thought we were ordering, but we ordered this one by mistake.   So now we have one of each and it is just the right size. We got a similar pot of the same brand  from the grocery store coupon prize  that is a Saucier pan with a spout and  we loved it. We like the thick bottom and it is made from stainless steel. Prefect, larger pot should be bigger.

Great set it you take care of your stuff and use as directed. After I placed my order, I got worried reading the reviews, however, I am certainly glad that I did not cancel my order.  I purchased the 13 piece set.  As soon as I opened it, I was happy with the look, feel and weight.  I thoroughly cleaned each piece and then "seasoned" each piece with the vegetable oil.  After "seasoning" each piece, I thoroughly cleaned them again.  They are super easy to clean and you get so many pieces at a super affordable price.  I cook every night.  No bad smells came off of any of the pieces when used, all pieces came in perfect condition with no dents or scratches, and each piece cleaned up nicely and with ease after use.  I have a set of Rachael Ray cookware that I have used for years and needs to be replaced and this set will do the job.  I do not expect to get a lifetime of use out of this set but it will be wit worth the money.  I have a family of 7 and this set works great for us.

However, this one is a regular pan but  also works fine and fits neatly inside our Saucier  pan. Easy to clean, scratch resistant!.

I like them they are very sturdy. I am usually not a fan of metal pans because they are so hard to clean sometimes, but this one is actually pretty easy to clean.  Large nice size.  Handle does not get hot.

the water should GLIDE across the pan like an ice skater on ice. .  if the water glides, then you are good to go.  I held my breath & ordered this one. . . .  add a bit of oil, then your food, & it should be non-stick.   There are some things that stick no matter what of if I OVERHEAT the pan, but almost everything we have cooked in this pan has NOT stuck to the pan. Heat the pan for 2-4 minutes over medium to high heat  it varies upon YOUR specific stove, burner size & speed, etc.   We LOVE it!!To clean it up, put it into the dishwasher or handwash it. .   If there happens to be food stuck to it or your oil gets caked on, add some hot water & a tad of dish soap, and let it soak for 15-30 minutes.   It should clean up very easily after that.   Can I say we LOVE it.   I have only had to use something a bit more abrasive ONCE so far  as SOS pad  & that is because it was oil that had kind of baked into the bottom in one area.   With very little elbow grease, it scrubbed right out & looked brand new again.  AND we do NOT have to baby it to take care of it- WIN WIN!!  In order to get a stainless pan to be non-stick you must use it CORRECTLY though, so do not review this pan whining that everything sticks to it when you did not educate yourself how to use it PROPERLY. We use this pan about 4-5 days per week. .  but after looking for 3 months for a suitable replacement 5 quart sauce pan that is a TRUE 5 quart pan, had a STAINLESS lid, AND would NOT break the bank once our stainless pan finally was busted beyond repair. .  I mean LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!It is NON-STICK without the toxic chemicals found in teflon, ceramic, etc. sometimes 6-7. . .  for at least one meal though some days we use it for 2 or 3 meals.   It works & works well!  I would love to buy another pan down the line so we can cook even faster for our large family.  , you can drop a few drops of water into the pan to test that it is heated up PROPERLY. Oh & this pan is a TRUE 5 1/2 quart pan, unlike our last that claimed to be 5 quarts but only held just over 4 quarts. GREAT pan!!  I do RECOMMEND it!!. .  It is not expensive.

Perfect for my grandson in College.  An added plus is no more replacing worn-out non-stick pans because you do not want to eat toxic chemicals.  These lids and pots can even be tossed in the dishwasher and come out sparkling, if you only steamed veggies or boiled potatoes in them.  I am still learning, but I like what I see so far.  If you should have a real disaster—which I did when I first bought them  cooking on too high heat —and have to clean a stuck-on mess, just soak, per directions, then use some Barkeepers Helper and the amazing micro cloth that comes with it  order on   and scrub it off.  Yes, it took some elbow grease, and, no, the pan did not pit.  Those are little black specks of junk you did not get off! I have read reviews where people actually threw their pans away because they said they “pitted. ” Stop being wimps and scrub your pans! I am 75, and I got mine clean and shiny, and now I am careful to wipe them down with olive oil before I fry and only use medium or low heat.  Problem solved.  I expect to have these pans the rest of my life.

I am going to order another set now. Y'all I bought this set years ago.  I do not allow them to use my skillets any longer and I am learning how to not drop them!.  Lol I am still using the pot and saucepans daily.  I dropped the large pot while it was hot and full of food.  It dented big time which is totally expected. Good quality and lightweight.  These kids lol.  Let me tell you they are AMAZING! My skillet did not hold up very long but I was teaching teenagers to cook.  This pot though! The coating has not started to peel even though it is greatly dented! I still use it and my kids laugh at me that it is my crack cooking pot.

Bought smaller versions locally, but had to  up for this larger 14qt. These work extremely well for what I use them for! If you have a cheap way of getting pots and pans that work this is the way to go!.

goes through the dishwasher just great!! they have three sizes so I always have the right pan. They work even on terrible electric stoves, they look great, they are not coated in petrochemicals. You need to heat the pans before cooking.  Set the stove to 5/medium, let it heat for ~3 minutes, coat the pan with oil, let the oil heat till it shimmers and slides like ice.  I stir scrambled eggs with cheese with zero sticking doing this. If you have gas, cook at lower settings.

We have heard this plan before.  My niece and other family members who live in our  basement said she would be moving out in February.  However, in any case I purchased the Basics 8-Piece Non-Stick Kitchen Cookware Set and other cooking stuff as a Christmas present. Durable and great for the price.

Great set for a basic bachelor kitchen.  I have not had any issues with scratches or scuffing like I saw in some other reviews, but I also only use silicone or wood cooking utensils.  Distributes heat just fine for basic recipes, and washes up super easily.  She is planning on having her first guest over in her new apartment in NY.

Love them been using them for months. I do like them after a year using they are perfect  unless it is for a major company doing pots all time I get back reviews but for home you would be stupid not the grt.

When finished it was easy to clean.  Great product would recommend it to anyone who needs a large oven pan.  Much better than the throw away aluminum pans.  Also since it is stainless steel you do not contaminate your food with aluminum.   As the water was heating, small bubble began to appear and grow on the botttom and they stayed very uniform across the width of the bottom as they grew. Purchased this pan to cook our turkey for thanksgiving.

The materials are of great quality.  The pot handles are cool to the touch, so removing a pot from the stove you rarely need an oven mitt.   There are no hot stop on the pots and pans to burn your food. The pot and pans are sturdy and durable.  I feel this pots and pans will be in use in our home for a long time.   Easy to clean. I saw so many confused reviews about whether this product is induction ready or not.

Love these pans! For the price you really can not beat them.  Now I do not do any of the cooking but I do do most of the cleaning.  These are so easy to clean.  My wife did say they are good at the cooking things.  But man so easy to clean! Even if I have to replace them every year it is still cheaper then the big brand name ones.  I bought it specifically because I have a Revere Ware top that fits perfectly.

Quality. A very nice all-around basic set of cookware.   The overall design is well thought out.   The handles all seem ergonomic and are easy to use.   You get two frying pans, basically one small and one medium size, two covered sauce pans, again one small and one medium size, and one small to medium size covered casserole dish.   Just generally a good set of cookware for the price, especially considering you get cool to the touch handles and vented glass lids.

All said and done, I love this and continue to use it about once every six weeks. I purchased this back in March 2020 and have used it about a dozen times.  I found it not only perfect in that role, but also as a finishing pan when making certain pasta dishes such as carbonara. Heat distribution is very uniform, and if you are accustomed to cooking with stainless cookware you will get predictable, repeatable results.  Definitely a great tool for home chefs.  Mine will not fit into my dishwasher.  That brings me to another point: the product description says 14" diameter.  Seems normal, right? It is positively huge.  I recommend taking a tape measure and laying out the dimensions on your stove top.   Could not ask for anything more.  At the top, though, it takes up a lot of stove top real estate, which can be an issue if you also have large pots near it.   Cleaning is pretty easy if you are familiar with stainless, and given the size of this thing you will probably have to clean it by hand.  The bottom, though, fit my large heating element on my stove perfectly.

I am officially hooked on stainless steele cookware and will not turn back!. I have had this set for a few months now and can confidently say it is the best set of pots and pans I have ever owned. This pan is great!  Food will not stick or burn as long as you remember to cook with low to medium heat and  a small amount of oil.  They heat evenly, are not terribly heavy, and are able to be cleaned in half the time of other sets.  I typically put them under the faucet with cold water immediately after cooking is completed while they are still hot and the steam lifts off anything sticking to the pans.  I have had greenpan, copperchef, and other “non stick” brands and these far surpass them in both cooking and cleaning.

On medium heat food will boil very easily and they are also dishwasher safe, which I would not put in there continuously, though.  I have an electric stove and they work great on multiple types of stove tops.  Functions very similar to the All Clad D 3/5 sets at William Sonoma! My late spouse LOVED this as a deep chicken frying pan.   It is also deep enough to use as a saucepan to boil a quick pound of pasta. I love this pan.   So to have such a great overall utility pan  think DEEP frying pan, where you can DEEP FRY chicken not “pan fry” it. that is why it is such a sweet wide “saucepan” as well for a pound of pasta or similar cooking .  So it was their favorite pan, and mine as well.

use for everyday use.  replace old stuff.  The handles on the pans and lids have do not get hot and the bottoms have a metal design that encourages even heating.

It is easy to cooking too and Clean.   I can not tell yet how well the coating will hold up, but at this point it is working nicely.

I made  2 quarts of applesauce and it did a great job cooking down the apples with no hot spots. I love my pot set good quality happy customer.

It is been a couple of years since my purchase and this cookware is still serving its purpose.  I bought it as holdover cookware until I can get something nicer, but there has not been a need. Just received and they look and feel great!.

I love my pot set good quality happy customer. I have been using this large pan for different dishes and I love the amount of room in the pan to move food around! It is great to cook large quantities.  One thing I have noticed with the pan is that it heats up really quickly so I need to work faster than I do with nonstick pans.  I have also had to keep the flame lower to prevent burn spots.  It is a change from my old pan so I am still getting used to it, but I really like it so far!.

Well I started to use these today and they said the food was good. I enjoy this product and works great on my Stove top.

I purchased the 14 inch pan as it was priced well  lower than the smaller size pans  and had been interested in stainless steel cookware.   Initially I was a little nervous since I had only used non-stick pans in the past and had heard stainless is tough to use if you are not careful  spoiler, I am not .  Well the pan arrived and I was just awestruck at how massive this thing is, it is just enormous compared to the 10 inch pans I had been using up to now, and the bright finish on the pan makes it feel like I am holding the Lombardi Trophy in pan form.   Also since I am using this on a gas stove I did notice some discoloration on the bottom so there is that, but it is not the end of the world for me, but may be for others  function over form and all that jazz .   First up, bacon, lots of it.   By the time I had put them all in and stepped over to my fruit bowls to grab avocados  also spoilers I mad BLTA's, they came out delicious  the one side of bacon was done and needed flipping.   So the pan heated well and got pretty even coverage I had say. .   So in all I have not used it much but I can say this, it cooks well, and looks great, though the size may be a bit of overkill depending on what you want to use it for  I am contemplating some paella soon, and maybe some steaks  but it looks to be worth the fairly minimal investment. Last thing I want to mention is cleanup so far has not been too big of a problem.   I try to make it a point to take cookware to the sink once I am done cooking to get in in/under water before stuff has a chance to really secure itself to the pans, and did not have a hard time getting everything out with soap and water  I do not put my pans in the dishwasher, I had a bad experience. Easy to use.   Well after marveling at this pan for a while I decided I needed to cook something to see if this was going to work out.   Next  I cooked up some onions, so I threw in some butter and bingo bango, we were all set within a couple minutes..

I love it!  The craftsmanship in cuisinart goes a long way. These pans are so great and I swear by them also cause your food does not stick and plus they are light to use and easy to clean too.

So I had inspect each piece carefully, and get  to send you a replacement if there is an issue. This is such good basic cookware and at such a good price.  My strong suspicion is that this lack of quality control is the price you pay, if you will, for the lower overall price for relatively nice stainless cookware. So, yes, I have been using mine for over 10 years and still love it.  I will also mention that I totally abused one of the pans -- using it for steaming broccoli, and totally forgetting that I had put it on the stove. .  That pan was dangerously hot when I went back to the kitchen and the insides were totally burned.  It took a bit of elbow grease and some soaking  and barkeepers friend  to clean that pan, but it was and is a marvel to me that I did not ruin the pan.  And I have extended my own set by getting some of the large pans. Highly recommended. I guess maybe it is worth mentioning as well that my most-often used pans are not in this set.  The "everyday pan" is super versatile  stovetop to oven , and the six-quart stockpot is my go-to for making pasta and steaming vegetables.   I also have some enameled cast iron pans, and across this stainless and the enameled cast iron, I want for naught.   I am sure the 8-quart here is fine. .  in terms of cookware, at least. .  the 6-quart is shorter.  I also have a large 12-quart, but it turns out I never use that.  I bought a set for myself many years ago  ~10  when I got divorced, and am still using it; I also have been gifting it to young people when they start setting up homes.  . Time will tell how these will handle having  scraches, but so far I used 2 of the pans and they were great and easy to clean.

A like smaller then expected but over all looks grate thanks a lot it will be used. These pots and pans are beautiful they cook great I love that they have measuring inside the pans The handles do not get hot so easy to use I would definitely recommend these and purchase again.

As advertised. High quality.  Great price.

The pan itself is beautiful and shiny, but its not the most conductive pan, and the large size makes it so that you get cold spots around the edges.  Also, because the pan is designed with a multi-layer bottom rather than being multi-ply, the sides will not ever really heat up.  The short version of this review is that its good; very good.  These things, however, are irrelevant, because you are not just buying a pan, you are buying a pan AND an amazing lid. This pan's forte is cooking large, saucy dishes.  I have found that its my new favorite pan for saucy pastas, and the green curry i made in the pan last night was the best i have ever made.  Because it is a big pan, you can fit all of the saucy goodness and vegetables and other things you would like to fit, but because its shallow, it will get those sauces to a simmer very quickly  like i said, the center of the pan simmers while the outside stays cool, at least on my electric cooktop, but its still overall much faster than any pot . The truth is that the pan by itself is just mediocre, and it does require that you follow the tried and true steps to keeping your food from sticking to stainless steel cookware  just heat your pan up for a few minutes, and add cold oil, and when you add your proteins, make sure you do not let them sit on the pan for the first 10-15 seconds of cooking, and you will be good to go .  Because the pan does not conduct heat all the way to the outsides, it requires a bit of stirring, but its not difficult, like gently folding your sauce in on itself. The real magic happens, though, when you move from the sauté  and reducing your sauce to the part where you just want it to simmer.  At this point, you might put the lid on, and some really great chemistry happens to make your dish come alive.  Because of the lid's shape, the steam rising from the dish gets redirected to the edges of the pan, and will get your whole dish simmering and melding flavors together while keeping your protein from drying out. The pan is really beautiful, and once you are done cooking, you will probably just want to bring it right to the table, because it really does look that good. I got this pan on kind of an impulse, after seeing all of the positive reviews and the reasonable price. As far as cleanup goes, I have found that I end up deglazing the pan to make some type of sauce, so anything that was stuck when i started cooking is long gone by the time i am done, and the slight discolorations that I have had from occasionally burning something in the pan  oops!  were taken care of with a little barkeeper's friend, no sweat. This is a great pan, and its added a whole new level of flavor to my curries and pasta sauces.  It feels like its going to last a long time in my kitchen!. amazing pans for the price! literally nothing sticks.

I loved it so much I purchased a second one.  super easy clean up every time.   I love it!  The craftsmanship in cuisinart goes a long way. I use this pan almost everyday.

We needed to replace a one-quart pot that has started chipping.  It is perfect for a can of soup or to boil water.  I like the pouring spout.  It is a nice heavy pot and cleans up like a charm.  They are not her favorite pans.

Dishwasher does a great job on them. Love these! Nive, heavy pots and pans and the pots have measurements on the insides. made the switch from toxic pots and pans to this and am happy with the quality.  Nice glass lids and keep cool handles.

If you experience any discoloration you can use vinegar to clear it up.  I would recommend this to friends and family.  Make sure you follow directions for cleaning and care.  I wash mine after each use. Right size, easy to clean. The cookware heats fast and stays hot for awhile.

We have had nonstick before this and I thought the transition would be hard… but they work great!  Just grease and increase heat slowly!.   Have an electric cook top and the pans cook evenly.

Durable and scratch resistant.  Easy to clean. I can paint with nothing I did not dislike I like them and I am glad I got them.

I needed some new pans to replace well worn old ones.   So far these have exceeded expectations as I have been using almost daily.   They are higher quality than expected. Love these! I can make eggs without adding any oils! I even made pancakes without adding any spray or butter!.

This is a GREAT starter set.   You absolutely cannot beat the price at under $50!  This would make a great gift for a college student, a couple moving into their first place, or just someone wanting/needing a good set of cookware.   The pots and pans are a great size.   The utensils are not the best  a little thin/flimsy .   They cook well, and wash and store easily.   I am very happy with this set.   It allowed me to replace several of my older pots and pans.  I am enjoying them very much and recommend the set.

I give up!I am so pleasantly surprised with this set!  The egg test was first - could it fry eggs without sticking?  I put the eggs in the pan and then my phone rang. I was very skeptical about purchasing such an affordable set of pots and pans.   The call went longer than expected, and I remembered the eggs when I could smell burning.   I hung up and went to check things out.   I regretfully had to acknowledge that my previous set, which I paid nearly 10 times as much for, was no longer non-stick and looked terrible too.   Surprise!  Even though I had left them on the fairly high heat way too long, they still slid around without a tiny catch of stickiness.   Highly recommend!.   Why not buy a cheap set and replace it regularly, was my thought. I have had this set for a few month now.

I now have perfectly cooked bacon now and very easy to keep clean afterwards.   Very good quality for price.   Have an electric cook top and the pans cook evenly. pan works real well, I do not worry about any coatings in my food or aluminum.

If saves energy. These are a great buy.  Cooks faster and keeps spatters, etc off the stove.  I use lids on just about everything I cook.  So i am using lids from my other set.  It is good that they fit.  The only thing I can say against them is that there are no lids for most of the pots and pans.  Problem solved.

Only thing that I noticed but it happens with a lot of brands is that I have had to tighten the screws on the handles already after a month.   Guess that is a good thing, that means I am actually cooking a lot!!! Found it to replace another pot.  This produce strikes a good balance between functionality and durability.  The sides are low enough to work on sauces or make oatmeal. The top is very light, only potential con is it is not clear.  However, that does not impede it from being a great buy.  Not much else to say, good product.

I never take my eyes off this pan while food is cooking.   Also, I turn the heat off during the last minute of cooking, and food is just right and the food is very flavorful. I use it for stir frying, stews, spaghetti sauce, and I even used it for making a large omelette.  I found this instructional video by typing in the searchbox:How to Season a Stainless Steel Pan AdvancedAfter watching that video, I followed the directions and now my pan is NON STICK much like my old Teflon pans were when they were new  and unscratched  !Note: Seasoning this pan is essential to getting it to be NON stick. 3  Cleaning this pan: To keep the NON STICK after seasoning, I wipe the pan with paper towel and then I rinse the pan in hot water. 2  Cooking:  I first preheat the pan on medium high for 45 seconds to 1 minute BEFORE I add my olive oil.  Then I wipe it dry with soft dishcloth. The glass lid I wash with hot water, sometimes I wash in dishwasher.  So I use it for stir frying, making spaghetti sauce, even stews! The handle does not get hot, I like it a lot. We like the thick bottom and it is made from stainless steel.

I do not have much use for nonstick, but this pan fits the bill when I do and nothing sticks.   Even All Clad is going to have to step up their game to match the performance of this pan.   Typically I am the token stereotypical All-Clad snob.   They are very high quality. Not a big fan of low budget cookware, especially low budget nonstick cookware.

Be careful to keep your fingers off the metal and oil. This are better than all the other cheaper pans I have bought over the years as far as durability , have to wait and see but they are a heavier pan so hope they last a while.

Definitely worth it.  Good quality pots and pans.   Cleaning is pretty easy if you are familiar with stainless, and given the size of this thing you will probably have to clean it by hand.

It is a workhorse, and it has held up well to almost daily use. I have mixed feelings about this pot.  On the one hand, I like the quality construction, the glass lid  which seals very well , and the shape. There are a couple of things about this pot that I do not like, and they are big ones, so that is why I knocked off two stars  meaning I think this pot is just ok, not great and not awful .  First, it takes FOREVER for water to boil.  If something happened to this pot, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.  You are not supposed to use this pan on high heat, so that is at a 6 on my stove, which is the highest I ever turn it up with stainless steel.  Second, the base of this pan is significantly smaller than that of a stockpot, which makes it hard to use on the larger burners on my glass top stove.  I believe the measurement is in the product description, so that is my fault for not measuring the burner, but I think it is annoying regardless. I guess I would say that if you have to cook something in a hurry, or if you just want it for things like boiling pasta, then keep looking. .  In my kitchen, it will probably only be used for anything that needs to simmer for a couple of hours.  I wish I would have sprung for the Multiclad Pro or Calphalon Tri-Ply stock pot instead, even though they are 4-5x the price. Update 6/20/13: I came back to add a star.  Since I had decided I did not like this pan at all, I started using it in ways I would not normally use my cookware.  I used a metal whisk in it. but at this rate, I am pretty sure it will last forever.  Honestly, I was kind of hoping to destroy it so I could get it out of my house, but it has held up.  It has a few scratches on the bottom now, but they seem to be only cosmetic.  I have used it as a large mixing bowl for double batches of muffins, and as a popcorn bowl for our air popper  it works great for this because of the large circumference of the top .  In terms of cooking, I mostly use it for soup now. .  For something I was really disappointed in at first, this has turned out to be a pretty great little pan. Update 1/9/16: Three years in, I love this pan and have upgraded it to five stars.  Shortly after I wrote the original review, I did go out and buy a Multiclad Pro stock pot.  It is beautiful and a great investment, but do you know which pot I reach for almost every time? This one. They work even on terrible electric stoves, they look great, they are not coated in petrochemicals.  If you want to use it more like a slow cooker or have a lot of time to spend standing over it and waiting for the contents to get hot, then this is the pan for you.  I even used a metal hand blender in it.  If I make something like potatoes in it, I just start them well ahead of when I think I need to.  Not forever as in 10 minutes, but more like 45 minutes.

Has pretty good nonstick capabilities too.  Looks beautiful, but have to clean it regularly with a little vinegar.  Couple cons, the bottom of the pans scratch easily, even when using the recommended utensils Wood, Plastic  and I am not using the dishwasher either.  They say dishwasher safe, but putting it in dishwasher can cause scratches. The Cookware is excellent.   Just using it normally causes scratches too.  So a little disappointed.  Also, at times, the handles and lids can become to hot. These pots and pans are beautiful they cook great I love that they have measuring inside the pans The handles do not get hot so easy to use I would definitely recommend these and purchase again.

The razor blade I use to clean my cooktop works great on burned on stuff. The three pieces of cookware are being put to good use as I do more cooking at home vs.  ordering out.  Very easy to clean.

If you need some frying pans these are good. The only thing I would change about this cookware is the size of the largest pot.

Then when I have had to repurchase whole sets multiple times and that stainless steel pan keeps right on surviving, I was converted. I use this for everything and it still looks great and clean.  Yes the handles get hot, it is stainless steel! I am sick of teflon coming off and having to repurchase pots every few years.  Stainless steel is awesome.  There is a learning curve to cooking with stainless steel, it is different than non-stick, so if you want amazing pots that last and do not chip crap into your food, do not forget to do some research on how to cook with stainless steel.  There can be some staining, which is normal for any stainless steel item and usually harmless.  Google for more info about types of stains.  I have never used a special cleaner on it except for one time.  Also, I still have and use the first stainless steel pan that I got now 12 years ago!.  A few times I let it go in the dishwasher, but usually prefer to wash by hand.  I came back here to buy more sizes and was surprised at the negative reviews.  I specifically looked this pot up a year and a half ago, which was nearly 10 years after my uncle gifted a stainless steel frying pan. The only thing I would change about this cookware is the size of the largest pot.  I only use cast iron and stainless steel now for everything I do in the kitchen.  It has always been pretty easy to clean, even the extra dirty times and I use a non-scratch sponge for cleaning.  I did not know how to use it at first, so I hated it.

Cannot beat the price for a good quality set.  I use cooking spray and that helps.  They are thin, but quality is very good.   Easy to cook in.  I am enjoying them very much and recommend the set.

And here is a tip.   Cook your rice on low heat.  After a few years the Teflon wears out and can be toxic.  So I decided on something non Teflon.  The rice will not stick and cake up on the bottom.  Can cook a lot rice, I am guessing for 6 people. Used teflon pan for years. .  This little pot aboards heat fast and it is the perfect size.

Great Cookware.   One for everything you cook!!.  I have not had the chance to use them in the oven as of yet but I have used all of them on stovetop including the steamer basket.

I GOT THESE FOR MY KID WHO HAS JUST MOVED IN TO HIS OWN PLACE WITH A GIRLFRIEND AND HER DAUGHTER. Do not expect top of the line quality but for the priceis really impressive non stick work better that i expect it beautiful and light weight i know people say if is heavy is good quality but believe me this is way to good for the price very happy with it.

As the water was heating, small bubble began to appear and grow on the botttom and they stayed very uniform across the width of the bottom as they grew. This is a fantastic set of Cookware!  Both my wife and I are really enjoying them. Love them been using them for months.  The non-stick coating appears to be on the outside as well as the inside of each piece which is nice for washing.   I can not tell yet how well the coating will hold up, but at this point it is working nicely. The most outstanding feature on this cookware though, is the flat, machined bottom!  We have a ceramic cooktop and I immediately noticed that the flat bottoms heat VERY evenly!  I saw this when heating a pan of water for poaching eggs.  The first thing that I noticed with them is the insulated handles width a soft, non-slip grip.

Durable and great for the price. I can paint with nothing I did not dislike I like them and I am glad I got them.

Really happy with these. Very resistant to sticking and so far the coating has not worn off. Pretty close to non-stick without wearing out every year.

Makes omlets a breeze.  Past pots were almost thirty years old.  I am a professional Chef and ordered these not sure what to expect.  They are heavy duty, easy to clean and there really is not anything I dislike about the set.  I plan on looking for some smaller pots which I probably would have preferred over the pans but overall very pleased.  I would recommend these to anyone.

A lifetime warranty is also something you do not see anymore so I love that this comes with one! Also even when the water comes to a rolling boil the handle is not too hot to hold.  I am happy I have it!.  It is great for boiling water, ramen, or sauces. I have used this type of cookware for many years and have found it to be perfect for my kitchen. It is small but a great addition to your kitchen.

Much better than cheaper ones I have bought for past family holidays.   Made 18 pound turkey and could have held larger one.   After roasting, used on stovetop to make gravy. However, this one is a regular pan but  also works fine and fits neatly inside our Saucier  pan.

Good set for the price.  Not for chefs but good enough for a starter set. I plan to use them only for the next 6 month  will graduate and move to another state  and the price is too good.

I love cooking, but I am a broke college student and this set definitely enabled me. Kind of light.  But we will see how it holds up.

I hate those little loops where I feel like I am being tested, ha- these have nice holes with cool-touch handles that more or less guide themselves onto the hooks.   In fact, I keep mine over the sink, so it is take it down, use it, clean it up, rinse and hang.   The bottoms of them show aluminum with no name on them, just concentric raised rings that do a great job of distributing heat. They cook very well and wash up like a dream.   I use mostly stainless, but for some tasks I really like the nonstick pans, for instance, for grilled cheese sandwiches, a quick saute to later mix with some pasta for a quick lunch that is lo mess, or certainly for egg dishes. This set includes everything needed for almost any tasks.   I still would want a large chicken fryer myself, but the largest pan in this set is easily big enough to fry chicken or pork chops for a couple or a couple with a small child. For the price this is perfect.   In any event, I feel safe using nonstick at lower temperatures and stainless for my higher temperature cooking, and I never heat it without using it  I do not expect my nonstick pans to last forever, but I replace them usually every few years if the finish starts to wear.   I only use silicone utensils in mine, sometimes with metal cores but always coated, and that helps the finish last.   These handles are very sturdyI love that this stack, but I hang mine up from an overhead rack, and they are made to be easy to hang. These are basic black, and do not look particularly different from a lot of pans on the market. I am not sure what these were coated with, since I did not see a listing or get any literature with them, but they perform a lot like Ecolution or newer T-fal pans.

These are some of the best non-stick fry pans I have ever bought they work amazing they are easy to clean and I think I only paid like 1995 for them I got such a great deal there a great great product I suggest them highly. It makes a nice everyday cooking set.

Stainless steel so rust should not be a problem.  Did not have any problems with warping.  Rinsed it in the sink and then finished cleaning it in the dishwasher. Perfect.

Make sure your eggs do not slide right over the edge!  Just as good as pans costing 3 or 4 times more. These pans so non-stick that oil will not spread in the pan, so make sure to stir in your food.   The are sturdy and the handles remain cool during cooking.  An unbelievable value. I keep it in a spray bottle for general cleaning stuff and will just spritz it on the pan, let it sit a minute, wipe, and rinse to shine up the pan. Finally ditched my super old teflon pans, and I could not be happier! This is a great set, and I particularly love the size of the stock pot, which is bigger than the one I needed to replace, which is great for how much soup I make.  The sauté pan is probably my favorite— first pan I used in the set  sautéed bacon and cabbage .  I have never had an actual sauté pan before, and I always just used a big skillet, but the extra height on the side of the sauté pan is amazing.  How did I go this long without this pan?!? If you are thinking about buying stainless, and you have not had them before, a few tips to get your money's worth.  If you should have a real disaster—which I did when I first bought them  cooking on too high heat —and have to clean a stuck-on mess, just soak, per directions, then use some Barkeepers Helper and the amazing micro cloth that comes with it  order on   and scrub it off.  Do not use cooking spray as that will just end up leaving a sticky residue and ruin your pans eventually—let us be honest you probably already got some pans with that sticky residue on it.  Heat your pans and then add oil or butter to cook in/prevent sticking.  These stainless pans conduct heat super well, like surprisingly well.  I have a normal range top, and I have not had to turn the burner up past 4.  I have cooked marinated chicken breast and steak on 3 and got a nice seared crust.  To clean: cool pans completely, use soap and water and cloth/sponge—avoid anything that will scratch the pan like scouring pads  this is not the cast-iron pan you got from grandma's basement .  If you do have a little lingering residue after washing, equal mix of water and distilled white vinegar.  You can not treat these like nonstick Teflon pans.

Order this for my friend and got a set for myself.  Very easy to clean and nothing sticks to these pots. Great set. Bought for someone as a gift, they love it.

These are a great value for the money! We bought them to have a spare in our RV and were pleasantly surprised! Nice, sturdy, quality products worth the small investment. These pans are great.  Wash up nice and food does not stick.

Just moved into college and writing this after using the pots for 3 months, a few good things, there are pots and pans of different sizes for different occasions, and it cleans easily! The pan I have used the most got a few small scratches on it, but everything else is really good! cooks well, heats on all sides.  Very good handle.

If this pan came in a 10 qt. This beautiful reduction pan performed as I hoped.  it would be a great jam pot.  I highly recommend for sauces and compotes. I would not recommend for jams only because of the size. Good quality for what you pay for.  I made  2 quarts of applesauce and it did a great job cooking down the apples with no hot spots.

Works Perfectly and Great Quality.   If it wears well, I will probably replace the steamer than came with my pan set years ago, because its finish is wearing thin.

5 lb turkey just right. I do not usually write reviews but I am so happy with this roaster pan. . . . fit in my standard sized oven without problem.   The rack came 100% clean in the dishwasher and the pan itself was easily cleaned with soap and water and a scrubbie pad.   I bought it for this Thanksgiving meal and found that it held my 16.   Most of my cookware is nonstick but I was not sure about that for a turkey roaster and I am glad I chose this roasting pan.   I would highly recommend it!  And just stating, this was not a solicited review. .  These lids and pots can even be tossed in the dishwasher and come out sparkling, if you only steamed veggies or boiled potatoes in them.

I also have had no issues with washing them in the dishwasher although I still prefer to wash them by hand like all of my dishes. It is been about a month since I received my pots and pans and I am love them.  They are not her favorite pans. I have a glass top stove and the heat is evenly distributed.  I have not had the chance to use them in the oven as of yet but I have used all of them on stovetop including the steamer basket.  The stickers were easy to remove.

Only negative thing I can say is the large pot seems more like a medium pot. These were reasonable quality.  My son liked them for his college dorm.  His roommate must have too because he took them when they moved out.

I made Chicken, Tomato, Vegetable soup.  The pot works great.  Held heat constantly.   The Instructions said you should not use  HIGH HEAT  I have gas range.   I used medium high heat, then after the soup started to boil went to medium low heat, soup was perfect.  Excellent. Easy to use.

As I stated here.  All five pots I got are all what I knew they would be.  I was replacing my old set.  The price I paid for each one was fair. Did what I exspected.

I can paint with nothing I did not dislike I like them and I am glad I got them.   Especially like the smaller one for cooking eggs.

It is sturdy and distributes the heat well.   I can not tell yet how well the coating will hold up, but at this point it is working nicely.  This one is perfect. I wanted a basic starter set.

In the dishwasher now for initial cleaning then we will season them as directed on several "care" videos. Arrived this morning on time.   We will update later as to performance and durability.   Set was packed EXTREEMLY well, no dings, scratches or other damage.   As stated.   Exterior box had a few dings that worried us at first, but the "original Company" box inside was unscathed.  So far, so good!. Beautiful, heavy duty set, wife is very pleased.   So far these have exceeded expectations as I have been using almost daily.

Though these items may not necessarily stand out for any reason, I can tell they are high quality and will be around for many of our meals. Nice-looking, simple, and compact, these pots and pans are outstanding.  We have cooked with them on our stove and have run them through the dishwasher several times, and they have held up well and likely will for a long time.  My wife particularly likes how one of the compact pots has handles on each side for easy movability.  The overall compactness of this cookware is nice both in the dishwasher and in the cabinet.  Those who do not have a lot of kitchen space may even want to keep these items on top of their stove. I was most curious about the  non-stick  aspect of the frying pans, one of which is small, and one of which is medium sized.  I fried an egg with no cooking spray, and the result was great. Excellent set of pans and at a bargain price !.  Likewise, I love heating tortillas on frying pans with a little bit of vegan butter.  When I did that on the larger frying pan in this set, the result was a fast, clean-cooking experience.  And yes, the tortilla tasted awesome. I found mostly the same result cooking scrambled eggs without cooking spray, though some egg residue did stick to the pan that time; nonetheless, it came off easily.  So all it takes is a little spray on these frying pans and you will be good to go. Overall, this is no-frills cookware that is small- and medium-sized.  The pans and pots are durable and have the exact same look as many others on the market.  The egg fried cleanly and quickly and did not stick to the pan.

Needed a new frying pan that food would not stick to.   Both these pans are satisfying as far as cooking and cleaning.   Would buy them again!.  Handle does not get hot.

Important to also purchase the lid, it is separate, but way worth it. Wonderful large size frying pan with a helper handle to safely pick up when needed. This has become my favorite pan to use!. I love this pan.  Much better than expected ! Sizes are perfect.

Distributes heat just fine for basic recipes, and washes up super easily. I love it! Lightweight and easy to clean.

Very easy cleanup, too, even though this was a sweet/hot glaze type sauce.  The sugars did not burn or scorch and the pan looked the same after the very easy cleanup  soak for a few minutes in hot water, use a nylon scrunch to clean and done . If you soak bare-metal pans that are seasoned properly in plain hot water, use a nylon scrubby/scrunch to clean, you will never need soap, and oils will build up just enough to create a nonstick finish that is as good as teflon.  This is not for high temperature cooking, as is the case with all stainless steel cookware.  In fact, after a dozen or so times, the metal will still be bright, not dirty, and you will be able to do sliding fried eggs.  Remember to use a dishtowel or hotmitt to grab the handle, which is riveted and sturdy. .  Use the electric burner, if you do not have gas, that fits inside the diameter of the base disc and you will avoid LOTS of problems, as with all base-disc cookware.  on a pretty low temp.  Turn off the heat, continue to roll the oil to cover the entire inside, and then let it sit for a moment, get a paper towel, crumple it and wipe the hot oil out.  The key is to keep the food moving.  Leave a light film of oil behind, let the pan cool for a few minutes, rewipe with a fresh paper towel thoroughly and you are ready to cook: you have just pre-seasoned your pan and it will not give you the "first cook scorch" that others complain of.  That is SO important!To avoid spotting, try not to handle the exterior if your hands are oily, and always hand dry bright stainless pans in and out, unless you do not care about the spotting.  As with any other material, you have to learn to treat and use it right and it will treat you right!My first dish was a flash-pan-fry: normally not a good first choice, but I wanted to see if it could do the job of a wok, and for the most part, it can.  Use a normal sponge on the exterior, a nylon scrunch if you spill over and must, and it will stay glossy.  The speed of this pan is excellent, and if you keep the food moving, you will not need much oil. This pan has so far made soup, pasta sauces, boiled pasta, steamed  with a generic small insert , and pulled off a pretty decent risotto the first time I tried in it. Cooking with this pan is not like using a light aluminum pan with vented lid, so take your time to adjust.  I do not eat meat, so I have not tried that, but based on performance with with eggs, it should sear small cuts or cubed meats very nicely, allowing you to push done pieces to the cooler sides while the rest gets done.  You can use much lower temps and the lid keeps the heat that would be lost out of a vent IN the pan.  I have yet to dare to try doing a pan fry of tofu in it, though it did a shallow fry of tofu fine. Clean this pan VERY thoroughly: there is a machine oil coating on it you can not see or feel that will come off with dish soap, and then warm the pan, then get it fairly hot and THEN add some high-temp oil  canola is fine  and roll the oil inside the pan over the heat. Tofu is nature's stickum food: it sticks even to teflon coatings if you do not keep it moving and oiled.  I have NEVER had that happen, and have been cooking for decades with many materials.  I will let the pan season more and try.  The veggies came out very bright, hot and crisp, and I did not need to add liquid until the very end to make the sauce and turn the food in it.  I am not into sweets, but I suspect that this would handle making pan-style confections pretty well. This pan can do many things: you can do fast stir-fryups in it as well as single-pan dishes, remembering that the center bottom of the pan is hotter than the sides, which the flame should NEVER touch. I like it, and I can see this and the small chef's pan with a small fry becoming my most used pans for personal meals.  The graduation in temp up the sides is different than a traditional wok, which is also normally thin steel or iron, btw.  It is not a substitute for a large saute or fry, and it is not quite a big dutch oven, because it is only 3 qt and frankly, shaped wrong for some of the dishes that work in a dutch oven, but for some stews or small pan roasts, I bet it will do a great job at a lower, less destructive temp, keeping food moister and brighter looking with more intact nutrition.  Be careful to keep your fingers off the metal and oil. For under $30, shipped, if you are a  member, it is a great pan, and for a decent sized family, might be worth having a couple of them!Oh, diameter is a very manageable 10", so it is not a stovetop hog!. The domed lid allows moisture to return to the food, down the sides, which helps reduce scorching and keeps nutrients and flavor in the food.  Great size.

I also like the ability to buy additional pieces.  I love alone and use more small pans than come in most sets. The pots and pans are sturdy and easy to clean. I do not know know how much daily hard use these would take but for the camper they are the perfect size.

The handles on the pans and lids have do not get hot and the bottoms have a metal design that encourages even heating. You get two saucepans, a  smallish  Dutch oven, two saute pans and three lids which fit everything except the large frying pan.  They seem well made and perform as expected. This is a very good basic set which would be great for newlyweds, a new home- or apartment-dweller, or a student moving into off-campus housing. This is an excellent 8-piece set of nonstick cookware. Kind of light.

I bought them at Macy's long ago; so long that the lids are metal not glass which they are now  on  at least .   This steamer insert sits well on my two sauce pans with the INTERIOR dimensions of  7 1/8", and 7 15/16", respectively. I have saucepans from another maker entirely, Royalty Tools of the Trade.   On both pans, the insert sits on its middle ring.   It sits just fine but not tightly.   I expect a very slight escape of steam where they join.   This is a non-issue.   My larger lid --which measures 8 1/4" diameter from far edge to far edge-- fits on top of this insert.   It has a little play from side to side, but no gaps.   No disrespect to the lid that came with the pan.   It is nicely made, had a good finish, and fits perfectly with very little play. As a test of stability, I bumped hard into the handle from many angles.   When I bump from the side, the steamer merely rotates and does not spill.   When I bump hard from underneath, it clatters yet falls into place.   When I bump hard from above, it tips within the saucepan but does not spill.   This level of stability is more than adequate.   Besides, I always turn my handles to the side so I never bump into my pans anyway.   True, the steamer that came with my set of pans is more stable because it nests 2" deep into the outside saucepan pan.   No insert that fits more than one size pan will have such a deep fit.   So it is not realistic to expect that. This insert has a mirror finish inside and out.   A magnet clings to the sides inside and out.   The handle appears firmly attached with rivets. Here's one funny thing.   The middle of the perforated area is ever so slightly elevated.   This means the liquid will move to the perimeter where there are no holes.   I expect liquid will pool a bit around the edges.   This bugs me, yet is true of every metal steamer I have ever seen other than those little petal jobs  which have other more serious issues .   I just wish a good metal flat bottom steamer also worked as a good colander. The particular insert I received has a small manufacturing flaw where the inside surface is not smooth and perhaps the aluminum is not covered well enough.   I am exchanging it for another one.   If it wears well, I will probably replace the steamer than came with my pan set years ago, because its finish is wearing thin. Perfect for my grandson in College.

Such a great value for the price. I bought this set and do not  have any problems.  No cast iron for me!.  I do not use high heat on my glass top stove and am careful not to slide them. I wish the smallest pan would have had a lid.  They were washed thoroughly before use, no smell.

YOU HAVE TO READ THE INSTRUCTION PAMPHLET AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I cannot stress number 4 enough.   You cannot pull these pans out of the box and just start cooking with them, these are professional pans.   I ordered them on her recommendation.   You have to know how to cook.   I have never had stainless steel pans in my 45 years of cooking so I was a bit daunted. 2.   I have no doubt I will come to love them.   I did keep a couple of non-stick pans and a couple of heavy sauce pans because you have to use the RIGHT TOOL for the job. 4.   I boiled corn on the cob and pasta with no issues.   I sauteed tomatoes for a Mediterranean dish in olive oil, adding pasta at the end with no issues.   Here's the scoop:1.   I fried an egg this morning and it did stick a bit.   I washed the skillet, but there was still some residue. 3.   I pulled out the instructions and it said to fill the pan with hot, soapy water and let it stand until it was lukewarm.   I did that and used a light scrub with a scotch brite pad and everything cleaned up very easily.   You HAVE to use oil or grease in the pan when sauteing or frying. Again, you need to cook at a lower temperature, watch what you are cooking and follow the directions.   I am excited to try them in other recipes.   I talked with my sister who has had these pans for over 20 years and loves them.   You have to think about what you are cooking and what type of pan is best.   I have a cast iron skillet that I use for fried potatoes, pancakes, etc.   You have to cook on a lower heat level.   I would not cook those things in these pans, for example. I will use it for making posole for my family.   It is exactly what I was looking for in a stockpot.   It has the height and wide to hold my posole.  Cheap and normal quality.

Material, style and design top notch. These work great and really stack up against Caphalon pans!.

Would recommend. Perfect.  Then when I have had to repurchase whole sets multiple times and that stainless steel pan keeps right on surviving, I was converted.  Works just as well as the high priced pans.  The sizes are great and overall quality is good too.

The are sturdy and the handles remain cool during cooking. This was  gift for my daughter and she loves her new cook set.  She is planning on having her first guest over in her new apartment in NY.  She is thrilled to be using such a nice set of cookware for her guests.

I have used this type of cookware for many years and have found it to be perfect for my kitchen. I love this pan.  The cookware set I ordered did not have a small skillet for scrambling eggs or sautéing small amounts of food.  I found this skillet and it not only does a great job, but looks like it is part of the set of cookware I ordered.

It replaced an older one which warped and bent with normal use in cooking. This is a high-quality pan.    delivered it promptly.  Bought smaller versions locally, but had to  up for this larger 14qt.
