These are amazing! Definitely keeping as a favorite and will purchase again!. It is a shorter wire for recharging.  You do not have to have a spool of wire trailing you.  Seems durable and it works for my iPhone.

Works great, no problems so far. There are several things I really like about this cord / cable.  .  . It comes with a Velcro tie. The ends are “rubbery” so there is better grip. The braided cord feels nice-and-heavyThe cord is somewhat stiff, but I do not mind that.   The “Rose Gold” almost verges on pink, but it is a very nice color. I like this cord a bit better from other “higher-priced” cords that I have purchased.

It is not a  year old. The most amazing chargers you will find! These are the most durable chargers you can have! My whole family has these and they work AMAZING!.

The cable is thick so it will probably not get damaged easily. I keep the red at home.  at home.  Have the silver saved for travel.  On second thought, should have gotten both in red - easier to spot next to my bed and not be left behind when traveling!.

Fast charging, cord is durable. I was looking for a shorter charger to use in my car, as I hate when all the extra cord length gets in the way!  Charger feels very sturdy and durable, and is the perfect length for charging in the car.

I bought my first one about 3 years ago when I was still in college and I have had it since! This charger has stuck through it all and it still works perfectly! Usually in my experience the more worn and used a charger gets the more you have to fight to get it to actually charge the phone.  In the past I have had to move the wire or sometimes even tape it and with this charger I have not had to struggle one bit, as soon as I plug it in, it charges.  I have multiple devices to charge so I have bought multiple since and I cannot recommend this charger enough! Not sure if I just got lucky but I love this charger. Love the red !  Can find my cords easily and really does charge fast.

I just got it, and tried it out with pc to phone.  Do not know durability since I have not had it past today.   Seems like it will be durable with normal use.  It does have a thin cord, so it is light weight.  Not bulky at all.  Super happy.

Funny, they did not seem old!  As soon as I switched to charging with this cord, devices charges quickly and reliably. I was using old cords to charge my devices. Perfect!  Not too long and not too short.

It is only been 6 months and it is already tearing and will not charge.   It is not a  year old.

This is my second ones I have owned and it is pretty long lasting in my opinion. Just as expected, works just fine and the length is what I needed.  No problem so far unless you have a thick phone case then charging would be a hassle sometimes. I love the cord it is sturdy and longstur.

This cable is sturdy and feels like it will actually last a while. I have been using these chargers for years now, will typically last 1-2 years with basic use.   If you are rough on charges, carry them around different places, use them in cars and such, they will not last as long.   I keep mine plugged in by my bed and plug in at night, it is been going strong for 2 years!.

The plastic part was cracking and the cord near the charging port was so damaged from repeatedly bending that it was basically hanging on by a thread.  Started to feel a little unsafe to keep using it lmao.  Works just as good and I do not see any decrease in charging speed. After having it for about 2 years  and my cat chewing on it , the original Apple charging cable that came with my phone was falling apart. Super reliable and affordable, will reorder.

Normally non apple products crap out on you or say they are not compatible but I have had this for many months now and no issues! Will definitely be purchasing 2 more to add to my hospital bag for when it is time to deliver our baby. This not only works fast for me but consistently! Obviously ordering chargers always seems like a risk, you never know if you are going to get lucky or a defective one.  I have definitely ordered packs from other sellers and some work fine and others do not work right out of the box.  I have only one of these so I can speak if there is any inconsistency with the brand but the one I got is amazing.  Soon!.

I searched up my old order history to order from this brand again, to find that they even updated the product to a newer and better version! Did not know how much better it could get, but this one seems even more durable/sturdy than the last one, especially at the connector area where most chargers end up not working at. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHARGER.  Some long chargers end up not charging as quickly, but this one charges just as quick!. The old one I had lasted me over 2 years and would have lasted me longer if my new puppy did not chew on it. Better than Apple Original charging cable.

This is the answer to the always doing charging cable because at the' neckZ' it is coated in this nylon and this is the area which always causes the need for new charging cable.  Obviously Apple does not want to solve that problem or nobody would need to buy new cords!.

They are longer and cheaper than a basic apple lightning cord. These are my third set purchased since last year--Not because previous ones have failed, but because I am replacing all name brand ones with these.   You will not need another cable once you convert over to this one.

The cord is harder to bend, which is good, because it has a strength to it that other cords do not. I love this cord!  It is thick and sturdy.   The connection locks tightly into place on my phone.   I think this one is going to last a long time.   The connection is a tighter connection.  It is great quality and classy.   It connects better than other cords I have used.

Does not last, cord broke at phone charging port within two months.  Not at all the quality promised on the description about promised amount of bends.  Very disappointed expensive to have the wired exposed in such a short time. Seems well-protected and is a good length.

I contacted Anker support and after answering some verifying questions and providing proof of purchase, they asked for me to send the cable back to them so that they could investigate the issue and send me a new cable.   Due to circumstances, I was not able to send them the cable and they then offered another solution where the USPS would pick up the cable, but my address was not eligible for this service.   The cable is way thicker than I thought it would be and is very durable.   I told them that it was not their fault and that I would just eat the cost of the cable, but they were persistent in solving the problem and told me to just send them a photo of the cable cut  the durability of this cable is insane, I struggled to cut through the cable .   When I first ordered this cable, the one I received was defective.   This cable is just as advertised and I am so glad that Anker stands by their products and were so persistent in helping me.   It charges fast and the length is very useful.  Sturdy and works perfectly as opposed to the Anker product. This cable is absolutely incredible for the price.

These are sturdy, feel solid, and are a great value.  I like that they offer different colors. This is a big upgrade from the flimsy cords that come with iPads or iPhones.  Highly recommended. The rugged construction of the braided cable should be a good match for my cycling needs. I am lucky because my motorcycle has a power port into which I can plug a USB charging plug.   This is good for powering a heated suit, or, what I prefer, is to keep my cell phone charged especially while I am using it for something like mapping my ride. This cable is tough, the connectors are solid, and solidly connected to the cable.  I keep this permanently hooked up to the charger in my truck, and no matter what hits it, scrapes, it, pulls it from the middle of the cable or gets it wet, it works great.  Apple OEM cables stink.  A fine value that is becoming an old friend. Let us face it. These chargers are great quality for their cost, they rival what other companies are charging double and triple for.  They do not last in robust environments, and they start shredding at the slightest insult.

This is the only charger that can survive my children.  They are extremely ruff and we go through cords like crazy.  This one is our favorite hands down!. This is a great cable.

Great value cable for charging 900 of my Apple products that my kids own ?. It quit working.   It is not a  year old.

They do not fray.  You do not get that message on your phone “this device is not recognized by your phone”, and therefore does not work.  My mom tried a cheaper one at the beginning of the year because “look they are pink and come in a 2 pack for less money”, I warned her. We have replaced ALL the cords in our house and cars with these.  Well it is not even 8 months later and the 6' one is not charging anymore and the small one in the car you have to jiggle to work. We have had nothing but great experiences with the  Nylon Wrapped phone cords.  They last a long time.  They are the only chargers we use anymore.  I have had it one month and so far have had no issues  the one I keep in my bedroom is also Basics, and I have had that one since April 2020.

I like that because I think they are safer!  I have seen people using split cords and I worry about fire safety!This one by Basics is 6ft long and gray in color. I have purchased several of the braid iPhone Chargers by Basics over the years.  I wanted gray because that is the color of our bedroom and the white or black stood out just too much.  It comes with a Velcro loop to either tie up the excess cord or attach it where you need it.  Actually, I have one in my family room that we have had for years! You would never know its age!  The braided charging cords last longer and are more durable than the regular charging cables. I have updated this review with some pictures to help you make your decision.  These do not kink or split. These are by far my favorite charging cords.

These do the job.  They have a long reach and have a flexible but sturdy feel. I love the light pink color with metallic rose connector.

I bought this to hook up my phone to my car.  12” is just a bit shorter than id like.  If it was 18” it would be perfect.  I am definitely buying more of these.

I had gotten the 3 inch and thought good in a pinch but, later I thought I will get the 6 inch because it gives me little more length to do what I need to do on my phone while it is charging.  I had to jiggle it sometimes so it would make contact. I like this product because it is is strong, durable and it charges my phone great.

It is . a reliable connector. I used it to charge my iPhone from a battery.  Well-made and offers a solid "snap" when connecting to an iPhone or iPad.

This cable has a great woven cable sleeve and sturdy connectors.  Only time will tell if it lasts but it looks and feels much better than the factory Apple cords.

I have had a few of these for 6 months or so. Its really important to me that I get what I read.   This product is exactly what i was looking for.

That said, it is a little flaky and I have to unplug and replug more than I had to with the one it replaced. Bought the cord for work great length and durable cord.

i bought this charger almost 2 years ago and its still in perfect conditions.  alongside a fast charging adapter, my phone finishes charging in less than 20-30 minutes!!! i have let others borrow it who have regular car adapters and they also say it charges so quickly! wouldnt suggest letting other ppl borrow cus they will wanna keep it.  >.  Works just as good and I do not see any decrease in charging speed.

and 6 kids. I have been purchasing these  branded cables for years and they not only last longer than the Apple branded cables which tend to break one day after the one day warranty, but these are much more cost effective.  Well worth the money. .  I have literally purchased hundreds of these cables over several years and have maybe thrown out a handful in that time - after they were beat on, crushed, chewed up by the robotic vacuum.  Love that it has a little velcro piece on it so I can bundle up the extra cord.

Perfect with my weathertech cup phone holder. This does not charge as fast as the USB-C to lighting cord I have from Apple, but the cord lasts longer before wearing out than any other cable I have used.  And the length is great if you are like me and still want to use your phone while it charges.

This is a great charging cable. Seem to be very sturdy.  I had the old  basic ones for many years and they finally wore out.  These ones should last many more years, they seem sturdier than the old ones.

I have to be honest. Will not work with case on phone.  Even without case will stay connected to phone unless you leave it laying completely flat on table.

I bought one of these last October and I liked it so well I came back to buy another for work. It is amazing! Brought a long cord from  that burnt out after about 3 months! I have had this one for longer than that and it is going!!!.

This one is holding up great. I am not going to pretend to understand why, but my original iPhone SE has developed trouble charging to the point where most Lightning cables do not work with it at all.  But this one does!.

I am always hesitant about after market cords.   The cord feels nice and sturdy, and I do not have any concerns with fraying.   Now keep in mind: I am not the gentle sort with my cords. Over all, good choice. So far, this cord has held up to expectations.   I look forwards to seeing how it handles as I put it more to the test.   I am usually bending my cords as I play with my phone and charge at the same time. These are much less expensive than OEM cables and they work just as well.   They are often slow at charging, cheap quality, and break after a few usages.

To return to the point, when the cord arrived I was actually kind of impressed.   It truly looks and feels like the most substantial charging cord I have ever owned.   The fabric exterior is nice, can not say much for the length since you basically buy it by the length.   It is a lovely shade of grey? 3.   I ordered three feet and three feet it is.   It has an attached little velco strip to wrap up the excess if excess causes you sleepless nights  or Alexa does , and the ovrall cord defintiely feels like something that'll last, or even hold up to me, the dude who goes through cords faster than cheap pairs of socks.   I always find my charging cords start to fall apart at the ends where the USB or Lighting plugs are and I get intermittent or no charging once they start to fray.   This one makes me really think I could swing from the fan with it and that it had be fine afterwards. What can you really say about a phone-charging cord?  1.   I had be in the ER but my cord would be home awaiting my return, in perfect condition. I have purchased these before. Bought this for my teenage son who goes through chargers like crazy  he has a tendency to kink the cords .  So far he's had it for 3-4 months & it is still working and not kinked at all.  Very durable!.

Just what I was looking for in a heavy duty charging wire for my iPad/iPhone.  The 6 feet length is perfect. Finally found a decent well priced cord! Long enough to reach where I need it to and the backseat in my car if needed.

Use to charge my iPhone 11, but it does not stay plugged in.  Poor fit. It just works.

I own two of these long cords and keep them in two different rooms to always have easy access to charge an iPhone whether I am relaxing, or “working”. we have had 3 of these cables now for 3 months to charge my kids' iPads.

These do not break, crack or tear. It could have been a little bit longer.

Ive had the older model of this charger for two years and it is still going strong, even after being chewed on constantly by my cat.  I dropped it on the walk inside my apartment a few days ago and found it the next morning.  It was outside in the driveway covered in snow/ice all night.  Brought it inside, dried it off, and it works perfectly.  I have also never had a charger that charges my phone as fast as this one.   Hopefully it lasts.

Strong cables, hard to bend in a good way - I recommend these if you keep destroying the normal iphone chargers.  Plenty of length, actually way too long for my use case, which sees the cable living in my car.

This charger works very well, my old charger took 3 hours to charge my phone up to 50% from near 0, but this one does it in just about 10 minutes.  Feels very sturdy as well.  I will recommend getting the longest version, I got the 3ft one for everyday use and I wish it was just a bit longer.  I just ordered my bf the 6ft red one.

I like that this cable is braided because I know it will last and I will not have to keep replacing my cables.  It is also a really nice pink color. This cable feels robust and made with good quality materials.

They have worked GREAT, super fast charge, no issues whatsoever.  I have also plugged my iPhone in to these when necessary for convenience and had wonderful results.  It does get my phone a little warm, but since these are not my actual daily phone charger, I am not overly concerned. Its really important to me that I get what I read.

The flexibility is great and the color makes it easily identifiable as mine in a household of other iPhone owners. This is a great quality charging cable. So much better than the original charging cord.

The end pieces like the lighting connector or the usb connector are made from aluminum which looks really sharp and modern and not cheaply made! The last thing I can think of is that once you plug it in your phone, it feels sturdy and will not move side to side which I assume because of the better material used. A common issue I had with factory apple charging cable was that it is made from plastic and not flexible wires, and it is also limited to the length of the wire it comes with.  Once the materials used for the factory wire wears out, it starts breaking or messing with internal wires because of the amount of flexing it is done through the years.  Happy with my purchase.  I roughly payed $13 for the 6 foot options and on the Apple store it will cost you $29 plus tax same option! The funny thing is that you are paying for the same factory wire that will only last you a year till it is starts cracking or internally not working.  For physical description about the item, the wire bends as if you were bending a hangar, so you can mold it into what ever angle you want it if you desire.   basics charging cable far exceeded my expectations because of the quality, the sturdyness, and for how much I paid.

I have purchased quite a few of these over the years. none of them have worn out yet, but we have lost a few.   I actually prefer them to the originals that come with the phones.  We have the shorter ones for the cars and home workspaces, and the longer ones for the nightstands and living areas.  As far as charging power goes I have never really compared them to others but they get the job done.

The Apple versions do not hold up very well after a few months, so I always purchase extras of these because they really last a long time.  They take a few years to really run down with high usage, so if I need to purchase one, these are my go-to!.  Is not the manufacturing fault, is Apple fault.

Charger works well for iPhone.  Then I thought that if I could find a 1' length cable that might really do the trick, and it does!The 1' cable is the perfect length to reach from my power port to the charging port on my phone while it is inserted into the phone holder mounted to my handlebars. The “Rose Gold” cable I received looks more like a  a bubble gum pink if anyone needs to know.   I find  Basic electronics accessories to be better than most and this holds true for this cable. It really really works.
