Issue number 1 is not noticeable during purchase and should be fixed by manufacturer or at least mentioned. on the picture there are light next to each individual USB port and there is no indication that they are all always on  when plugged in .  It works very well.  The logical assumption is that they will light up when plugged in to indicate USB is in use- a useful feature.   and not only the lights where USB cables are actually connected . Instead it is an indicator that the machine is plugged into the wall- which could be verified with one bulb on top. I really like it. Placing the bulbs by the individual ports is misleading and should therefore be mentioned. 2  there is no way to cover the open USB ports and they collect dust. All in all a very good product that works well. Two issues  mainly issue number 1  keeping it from 5 stars:1  all lights light up when connected. Sometimes a capacitor inside has an audible whine but other than that it works great.

I like this product because it keeps track of the progress of charging your devices. Useful when mounted to a desk.

Nice to have lots of charging ports,.   It is rated at 12 amps and each iPad requires 2 amps.

lasted one year to the day, UPDATE:  contacted seller, sent replacement priority mail, no complaints. So far I gave it a 4 star rating.  Because I only hooked it up at work on Monday 2 days of actual use.  I have not plugged in 10 devices in one shot.  I think so far 5 devices but it works well so far.  I use it for work we have minimal electrical outlets and people forget the wall plugs.  This way all they need is there in cable and they are set.

This $35 has literally cost me close to $200 damages that I will need to replace - and I do not even want to think if I had something more expensive plugged in when it burned out  such as my Beats headphones or my PS Vita . Display is difficult to read.   But charger works well.

All depends on the cable you use. I would give it 5 stars if you could turn off the LED at night.  It way too bright.

Its working great for the past week and can charge multiple things at once. Needed/wanted a good multi USB charger to get rid of a few of the wall wart chargers that were taking up space on my power strip so I went with the 7 port plus one USB C port version.  The screen readout displays amp draw based on what device is plugged in and charging not amp output of each USB port.  My two complaints are the screen is a bit hard to see so you really have to look at it at an certain angle and distance to see it well and the backlight turns off on its own with no way to wake it up other than to plug something into one of the USB ports.  Be nice if it at least added a switch or a way to push on the screen to reactivate the backlight and the battery meters in the display do not indicate how far something is charged or even if something is fully charged they only indicate that a decive is plugged in and charging.  I would have liked if the battery meters at least indicated when something is fully charged.  Other than those minor issues it works great.  Had no issues with sparking or fire risks or damages and charges multiple devices with no issues so far.  Would buy again if I needed another one. EDIT: Sabrent was nice enough to send us a new unit outside of the warranty period.

At night, it nearly lights up the room with bright blue light. While it charges a bit less quickly than the manufacturer's individual chargers but performs quite well nonetheless.

If you are going to have a multi socket charging brick why not one that shows which port is active and how much current is flowing in each port.  One that has usb A and C ports.  If that is what you want or need this is a great answer.  In actual use I rarely look at the screen but its nice to have available.  I have currently 5 cables of different connector types plugged into it.  But, there is no time that more than 2 are ever used at one time so the power capability is never challenged.   Concerning the lighted display : I purchased mine 11/2022 and the display lights up when a devise is plugged in or turned on.  Then it dims in 9min 30 sec.  and turns off at 10 min.  There may be earlier or later versions that stay on all the time or not.  It is bright so it could be distracting in a darker room.  If you have a devise that alternates on and off power it could be on all the time.  A button to turn on the display for a short period putting you in control would be a nice added feature. But, if the display lighting does not bother you I would certainly recommend this product.  1 star was deducted  for the inability to further control the display lighting.  Other than those minor issues it works great.

A bit large for traveling I had say. Works well so far.  Unless you really need to charge 8 things at the same time, in that case it is probably the most compact.  All depends on the cable you use. Was great but with a month one of the outlets does not work.  Does do a quick charge on most phones.

This guy is compact, travels well in my duffle bag or backpack.  It only takes up one outlet in my hotel room which is perfect because if you spend any time in hotels, you will know there are limited outlets.  Works like a charm.  All sockets full and charges my gadgets as it should.   So, I purchased this to replace that old one and it works pretty well.

It is great to see what each device uses for power or to charge.   Many ports, so its great for a charging station for the family. a little dimmer screen would be great.  i had to cover the screen because the blue glow can be distracting. e.

One thing that I found odd though, is that as it is selling point is the display, there is not a way to either stop the display turning off, or brighten it up again after it goes dim, unless you unplug/plug a device in for charging. Just gad this delivered Today, and I must say, I am not disappointed.  Note that even when dim, the display still can be seen, just not very clearly.  The instructions were. . . . . .  The usual broken 'English translated from Chinese' affair, but really. .  think of a digital watch without a backlight.  what instructions do you need? Plug it into a power supply, plug USB cables into it and your devices, do not go swimming with it, do not eat it. . All in all, still testing, but it seems a fun and functional addition to my bedside table. All in all, it was pretty professionally presented. The product is smaller than I thought it would be, which is great for the bedside table I am going to use it on. While this is being used on my bedside, I can honestly see this being used if I need to travel too.  Not so much 'bad', but just a bit 'plasticky and light'.  The clear readout  if as accurate as it seems to be  will give a great indication if the power supply is giving you problems charging your devices.  It seems to pick up the incoming voltage accurately and gives a clear reading of each ports charging status.  An animated battery icon tells you what ports are actually charging, while a numeric indicator tells you exactly how much power is being sent to each port.  Of course, it will not help you to charge things better in such cases, but it will stop you wasting extra money on an endless search for USB cables that might work better.  I am a kid at heart, I guess.  It came nicely presented in a matt black box, and the charger itself was also wrapped in plastic and came with a screen protection sticker for delivery. Wrapping up, while it feels a little cheap, it seems to be a very well presented and useful charger.  to say the least. .  Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.  It feels a little cheap for the price.  But where this really shines, is it is information screen. .  sparse. . Nothing fancy, but it is small and perfect for a nightstand or side table.  It may or may not be VERY accurate, and the instructions themselves state clearly that low power devices  such as watches  may not show any info as they draw too little power to register, but even so, it is kind of satisfying to just watch the display.

The product works as specified and is fairly compact in size.  I would prefer if there was a way to turn the backlight off on the display as it is rather bright.  The only thing I dislike is that it does not have a on/off switch.

Or i would have given it a 5 star.   so i just charge my small laptop in another room.  convenient to have most things charging at one place.   directions state notebad, ipad, headset and cell phones. so i am guessing that would be a  NO  to charging laptops.   I have this placed inside a decorative box on a kitchen counter that used to be a ugly tangle of charging cords without out enough outlets to plug everything in for the family. no mention of regular laptops. works well.

Great unit and great price.   With use quite a few of these to charge our tablets at work for out fleet.   Much better than having 60 individual AC chargers. This may be portable but its not wireless, which when i hear portable i think it can be wireless as well.

It is so difficult to find something with enough ports where I do not have to have a couple stations hooked up. lots of charging power where you need it.   it had more ports. There is only 1 complaint I have with this.

I am finally able to charge all my devices from a single outlet.  I had give it 5 stars but the LEDs for each port a kinda bright and there is no way to dim them. It is awesome and works as advertised. Works cool.

Overall very happy with the device. Works pretty well for most items.  I did get a warning on an  Fire tablet that it was connected to a weak power source and may continue to drain. Other than that it has worked well to charge my Apple mobile devices and other toys.

good seller. Just perfect for me!  I purchased a cheap  $1  type device and when I realized that if it worked properly, it would solve my multi-charge issue.   My iPad and phones charge quickly.   Also easy to charge multi-devices at once.

With all the cell phones in his house it is easier to plug in and charge. I purchased for my grand son. A very good way to charge several devices at one time.

I will keep for other uses however. Easy to use and set up.  No other issues. Because it is smart it auto selects the output, and mostly all of what I plug into it are for androids or random devices.

It seems well built.  Knock on wood it is working good.  But, it should show it is charging.

We only have 4 plugs in the block currently so the true test will be having the block full or almost full to see if the device handles the way I expect it to. No problems.  I keep it full.

I bought this for my bedside table to charge all the things while I sleep.  I have had to cover over the display bc the light is way too bright to be able to fall asleep. This charger is great except for the brightness of the display..

Only gripe is screen light is very bright.   At night, it nearly lights up the room with bright blue light.   Not cheap feeling or looking - feels good quality.    had way to turn that light down/off.   That is only gripe about it - otherwise as expected. I really like having a charging hub with the digital status of each unit being charged.   I would not say it is a quick charger.   It takes 3 times as long to charge my Samsung A50 than the charger which came with the phone.   Never the less I would order again.

Replaced a power strip full of Apple charges.  Will be perfect on family vacations.  Accidentally plugged a shorted Apple cable in and led's started flashing.   It charges all of them, at their full charge rate  not a trickle charge , without any issues, even with several devices charging at the same time.

A simple on/off button the front of the box would be logical rather than having to reach around and unplug it between uses. Works fine, I had like to see some tabs for mounting it but we are using Velcro and that is holding fine.  Also would be good to have a place to coil or tuck extra power cord.

fantastic little charger that allows me to quickly charge all of our home's devices.   i have half of them full of lightning cables and the other half are microUSB  for the kid's  Fire tablets and my not-yet USB-C Android phones .  first world problem.   the only problem is I wish it was a little heavier.   it flips over a lot on its side .   For the price, it is good.   gets it done and it is a nice clean design.

But it is great to be able to charge so many different things at once. Takes a while to charge up my phone when I am in a rush to get out he door. Gets hot when plugging in more than 6 devices.  Would advise either plugging your phone into your computer or better yet, directly through the phone's accessory.

But it is close and not that important if you are worried about the current use a separate tester.   Decent size. Works well but is not accurate in the amp dept.

I got this charger in April 2021.  It has a lot of ports to use for charging, and has one plug to power them all.  This saves me plugs on the power strip I have so I no longer need multiple chargers. Some things I noticed:- It has a back light which turns off by itself after 1-2 minutes.  There is no button to turn the back light back on, you must unplug one of the USB cords, and plug it back into the unit, and the light will turn on again. - There is a display of voltage for the unit as a whole, and watts used for the unit a a whole.  There are 8 displays for amps used, one for each port.  The decimal point is very hard to see, but by charging one item, and looking at total watts used I can guess where the decimal point should be.  So if voltage is showing 5. 17vdc, and 3. 6watts, then the amps used are 0. 7amps.  So the display for amps is showing one digit, a decimal, and then one digit. - I ran 2 devices plugged into this, one is an LED light  0. 4amps  and the other is charging a power bank at 0.  It works fine and used 5. 7watts at this point. - I have other devices to plug into this like a USB clock  great for if the power goes out then I just use a power bank to power it , and USB fan. - I plugged in the USB fan and started it up.  The charger showed an output of 7. 8watts, and the voltage was stable at 5. 25vdc. - CONS: I plugged in a USB meter and a USB load and put the amps used to 1. 5 amps but the charger display showed 2. 0amps.  The amp display does not seem accurate over 1. 5amps. - The directions that came in the box say all ports are rated at 2. 4a each.  This part is true, at 2. 4a draw the voltage was still 4. 98vdc but this charger display said 3. 1amps. Very nice to have plenty of hook-ups--all in one place---plug to item could fit tighter--bit I still find it an advantage.

Do not put this in your bedroom if sudden light wakes you. bought for my wife - no complaints.

Only thing is, Blue LEDs! Gosh I hate things that light up when they are NOT in use.  OK, if you want to light up while in use, that makes sense.  But 10 blue LEDs when not in use is too much. who DOESNT need this?!?! Especially if you have a bunch of tablets and GoPros and everything else.   It is been steady and charging devices within reasonable time.

I read in other reviews that a few of these after X number of days and that was not my experience. I have been looking for a good desktop charger for my office. Why the star dock?  Despite what appears to be more than enough juice, it charges my main phone  LG G3  more slowly than most of the third party chargers I own.   It is not a big deal since I am not using it on the road or in a place I need a speedy charge.   I have several powered-by-USB devices and often host guests that would like to plug in.   I also have not tested the ports to see if all of the ports are putting out maximum juice. PROS:-Looks nice on the desk!-Good built quality-Handles multiple power-hungry applications, like 2 iPads on top of three other phones-The light-up indicator is coolCONS:-Slow charging on some phones. This is an attractive addition to my desktop. Unfortunately, I hit the small lights on the front, it disturbed me while I was sleeping and could not be turned off.

06/30/17 updateThe charger still works mostly well with about 5 devices regularly plugged in BUT two ports no longer work. Great little box that charges my phone faster than the regular charger.  Also pumps out more amps than  your usual USB port on your computer.

Works really good and charges fast. one of the usb ports stopped working after 2 months.

But, the plastic fins all broke off and I was left with just the charging ports.   So, I purchased this to replace that old one and it works pretty well. I purchased this to replace an older charging station that had the plastic fins so you could stack your devices.   The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the light on the display only comes on when you plug something into it and only stays on for a short time then turns off.   Its a good item but would be better if the light stayed on or could be turned on as needed.   Compact for having 10 ports.

I have only used it for a short period, but I love that it has 10 ports which gives me plenty of room for charging my tablet and the multiple electronics/lights I use to bike commute.  Accidentally plugged a shorted Apple cable in and led's started flashing.   It was a piece of junk.   The ports are good for any electronic and I do not need to worry about plugging only certain electronics into specific ports.   So far it is working well. I ordered this to replace a multi port charger that was supposed to hold my electronics up while charging.

Was a gift to the hubby and it does all it says it will do.  Nice size.  Not too big.  This was something that has made my life more organized by being able to keep my items together.

But it does the job for overnight charging, if I ever need a quick charge I had just plug in my regular outlet charger. Because it is smart it auto selects the output, and mostly all of what I plug into it are for androids or random devices.  Reduces the clutter dramatically and cleans up outlet spaces for other crap like lights!.  I guess android standard is 1amp?My original charger for the Samsung Galaxy S5 is 2amp and that damn beast charges my phone quick, but because this only puts out 1amp for androids I get half of what I usually get. love it.

Compact for having 10 ports.   Tip: get a small 220 extension cord in case outlets are rare.   Only defect is no USB C port.   I had to place tap over it to sleep. Bought a second so we have one for home and one for travel.

We have so many devices that need to be charged up, and this solves our issue while taking up only one wall plug.  I have charged six devices - a mix of phones, tablets and USB accessories - at once on it so far and each charged at full power. My one complaint is that the lights next to each port glow blue—and brightly—regardless of port use or load. Fantastic charging brick.  I would much rather see them change colors when in use or, better yet, not be lit when not in use.  Some may like that, I do not.  A piece of electrical tape solved that problem, but I had rather not have to resort to that. Comfortably charges six items including one iPad Air 2.

Unit is BARELY above room temperature.   Pleased.   Using for two tablet, a cell phone, digital camera, and a drone battery  at the same time .   It is also strange that the viewing angle of the LCD is almost 45deg so you can not read it if you look straight down on it.   Sure is nice to have one device doing the charging instead of a farm of individual plugs, each with its own single USB connector.

0V USB ports. Do not get me wrong it works great it has four USB ports at the top and two wall unit ports in front.  It is a wonderful extension cord but my biggest annoyance I have to say is the fact that I can hear it.  It lets off a tiny electrical squeal.  And I unfortunately have it plugged in right next to my bed so all night long I am hearing this tiny little electrical squeal.

It is a very handy item. Plug it in and voila you can charge 10 different devices and all at the same speed.  Does not matter how many I have connected they all charge very quickly.  Definitely worth buying.

Very satisfied with the product.  I find it really convenient that it has so many ports.  It helps when you are charging a lot of devices.  It is a little on the expensive side and when I found a cheaper one, I asked if the company could do a price match and do a refund adjustment but they turned me down.  I wish they could have done something to help me out. Issue number 2 is quite noticeable during the purchase, and is really a preference.

My kids say this is  bad ass   it charges everyone's phones at the same time.   It did seem a little pricy but I do not regret getting this one over some of the other chargers offered on.

I was happily surprised to find out that it is very small.   This is great for all my usb devices  phone, tablet, headphones, ps3 controllers, speaker, portable power bank, Bluetooth keyboard, etc.  .   I myself have quite a few usb devices, so I take up most of the ports; however, if you only have a phone or tablet, this is perfect for use among multiple people.   For example, you could use it in a college dorm, with family members, etc.   My only qualm with this device is that the power cord is not very long.   If it were maybe 8-10 feet long, then this would be a 5 star review. I am not totally convinced the specs are what they claim.

A little bigger than I expected but works great, Not really a travel model unless you are carrying a lot of different equipment. i like it but im constantly afraid it is going to fry my electronics because of the bad reviews and no safety certifications and also afraid of the house burning down slightly but it works for now lol.

Dope.  This is perfect for that.   Using for two tablet, a cell phone, digital camera, and a drone battery  at the same time .  I charge the batteries for my R5, my mics and lights for my rig all at once.

It way too bright.  I replaced one that lit-up brightly with this.  This one is perfect for the bedroom because once inside the charging stand, it does not emit any noticeable light.  I can not comment on charging speed, as I always leave things there until they are charged  or I retrieve them , so I do not notice how long it takes them to charge.  More than enough ports for us too, I do not think I have used but about half of them.

I am being cautious. I have had this item a little over a year.  It stopped working today.  It lights up when plugged in but the lights just flash. Gunna have to mount it behind something so the lights do not bother me. Seems to work just fine.  Overall 8/10 but because of the lights 7/10.  This one has like 10 blue lights bright enough to wake me up if I roll over facing them. Will.  I personally hate chargers with lights that can not be turned off.

Having all the plugs on top has actually been really handy, the little blue led has been nice as well as I keep this box in a relatively dark place in shelving unit and the lights make it easier to see where things are plugged in.  I really appreciate that the power cord to the unit is itself detachable; I have had devices crack and fray with a fixed cable, and it makes it easier to run the cable behind furniture.  The box is relatively small, but I had give this 5 stars if it were smaller still.   It is a bit bulky, and maybe a better ergonomic design would have been better. Figured 10 would give us room to grow, but its already full: 2 iPhones  6S, 5S , 2 Kindle PaperWhites, 2 TomTom Sparks, 2 BT Earbuds, 1 MagicJack, 1 BlackBerry Classic.

However, the blue LED lights are completely useless as they are all on as long as the charger is on.  I would have preferred that the LED only turn on when its respective USB port is being used, or that there be no LEDs at all  I was tempted to electrical tape them all up .  I wanted to mount the charger vertically, but the vent is on the bottom, and the wire is on the other side, so it must always sit flat.  I feel like with bare minimum engineering, these two quirks could have been easily avoided, but at the price I paid for it, it is still a great product and I had still give it a 4.

I bought it to go on a trip, because I didnt know how many outlets I would be able to find, and I was really grateful I had it. I use it at home now all the time, it saves on space and extention cords. This is great!  One thing to plug in and you can plug in up to 10 usb power cords - for you phone, ipad, kindle, camera etc..

Blue light might be annoying at night. Charges phones, tablets, watches and others that combined, do not exceed 60 Watts. USB C port really works!.  i got what I paid for.

Allows for USB charging of multiple devices at the same time. I do not like getting asked to write reviews when I have had the product a short time so I can say at this point, the product is working well, seems sturdy but only time will tell if it lasts.   I have had ports on these multichargers fail so we will see.

I have got three things going at once when in use and everything charges quite quickly.  However it would not power my Arlo battery charger. It could use a bit longer cord for plugging it in and the light on it is a bit bright if it is in your bedroom but otherwise it is a fantastic little charger that does the job well.

Great little charger but not suitable for a bedroom unless you like a really bright night light.  I am confused first time because I think this light changed red when i pluged my electronic devices but.  it doensn't.  Except for that this is very good..

They asked me to rate " mobile app", I have no idea what they are talking about there.  This device is so I can plug in several different USB devices.  And it works as expected.  Like other reviews, I find the blue LEDs annoying and a waste of electricity.

A must for vacationers who bring a lot of cameras with their normal electronics.  Only issue we had was that it would not charge our Ricoh Theta 360 camera no matter what USB cable we used.  We had to plug that into its own outlet which was a minor annoyance. Works just fine.

This is the second of this model that I have purchased.   It appears well built from the outside and the original lasted about 18 months before it failed to work.   This thing is indispensable, and really cleans up my desk.   4 stars only because I would expect a longer life span for electronics of this nature.  Bought one for my step daughter and she is had no problems with hers.

Great product for the price.  My problem stemmed from the cord being unable to detach from the charging ports, causing it not to fit in charging station.  Loved it. Got almost 2 years out of this.

Good product, no unpleasant surprises with it. I bought this because it provided a good number of USB-charged items to be charged at the same time.  The only drawback of the product is the very bright display at night, which can be used as a night light or you can put tape over the display.   Highly recommended.

Does not seem to do a rapid charge. If you are going to have a multi socket charging brick why not one that shows which port is active and how much current is flowing in each port.

Allows for USB charging of multiple devices at the same time. Very nice to have plenty of hook-ups--all in one place---plug to item could fit tighter--bit I still find it an advantage.

It sits near my computer and I use it to charge my wireless mouse and iPhones, iPads, etc.   It works well for its intended purpose, however I recently discovered a problem with it.   I have a project recording studio and record several acoustic guitars.   All of my acoustic guitars that have on-board electronics in them have a low frequency hum that has drove me crazy chasing down.  I went so far as putting in a new circuit breaker and running a dedicated line to my recording equipment and computer along with a power conditioner that should remove all noise.  Did not help.   I happen to be playing with one of my acoustic guitars plugged into my interface and on a whelm I unplugged the Sabrent USB charger. I have had this USB charger hub for a while.   All noise from the acoustic guitar disappeared.   I checked the other acoustics and they were all now quite as a mouse.   So I finally found the source of the noise - the Sabrent USB charger.   Note that it did not interfere with my electric guitars that have standard pickups, only the acoustic with built in pre-amps.   So take note if you have an acoustic guitar with built in electronics and you are getting a noise through them while trying to record or use an amp and you have a Sabrent charger plugged in nearby. .  She loves hers as well.

A button to turn on the display for a short period putting you in control would be a nice added feature. The clutter is gone! We acyually have extra plugs to use for other appliances in the kitchen! Long overdue!.

Works like it should.  Panel light is very bright so I would not suggest plugging it in your bedroom unless you need a night light.   I had to place tap over it to sleep.

I have been waitin for a product like this. I have several USB devices on my desk that need to be charged and this is a great way to consolidate them all into one outlet.   I purchased it because of the LCD info panel but that turns out to be one of the only features I do not like.   It is also strange that the viewing angle of the LCD is almost 45deg so you can not read it if you look straight down on it.   I made a cover from a small piece of craft paper to cover the LCD when I do not want to see it.

It needs some kind of rubber on bottom because it slides easily. LightweightDisplay shows total output  amps  power per jack and percent of charge per device. Very handy. The more devices plugged in the lower the amps per jack. 7 jacks are usba and1 jack is usbc.

The only problem we had was when I tried to charge a 20,000 power brick on it.  It charged overnight and still was only halfway charged.  Tablets, watches, phones, Airpods, etc.  Very convenient to have one brick and everything could connect to it with a cable.  Never had a problem charging it with any 15 watt+ adapter.  I do not think there would have been enough. We bought this for a family vacation where we knew we'd be in a hotel for a couple of weeks with lots of devices to charge. Great unit and great price.  Did not need to find every spare outlet in the room and put a power adapter on it.

However, I emailed Sabrent Support.   Just a few days after the  return window.   They responded very quickly that a replacement will be sent under the 1 year mfr warranty. Charges everything fast great for traveling, but the cord does not stay plugged in to the main box.

Bottom line, it seems to work  I have not used more than a few of the ports at one time, so far , and if you do not mind burning power to have a blue-lighted Christmas tree on your desk, then you will probably be happy with it. It seems to do what it claims, and I like the dual voltage  120/240  capability  although I think you would need a plug adapter for the 240 , and the fact that it has a normal power cord  instead of a 'brick' .   When I ordered it, one of the reasons for picking this product over a number of similar ones was the individual lights for each charge port.   I presumed that those lights would provide some sort of useful information - like that there was something plugged into it, that it was actively charging  or had completed charging , charging level, *something . Silly me.   All 10 lights are on all the time. Works well.   10 lights doing the same thing is ridiculous, and just create complexity and power consumption that have no useful purpose.   The only reason I can think of to put those 10 lights on there is as a marketing ploy - to make you think they actually indicated something  like I did .   Well, it worked on getting me to buy it, but now I also think less of the product than I otherwise would have, because I feel a bit deceived.   One light  to let you know it was plugged in to power  would be very useful.

I do wish it had one more normal plug because it only has two but it gets the job done.  Charges phones, external batteries, and other devices really fast.  I like that it has usb and normal outlets. This is a handy little cord.

Only flaw I see is the rubber or non slip product on the bottom of the device to prevent slippage could have been better, especially when multiple devices are plugged in.   If soley a tabletop use no issue when multiple lines plugged in but say nightstand use eh maybe could have been better as depending on the angle of the drape in your plugs it may cause some slippage, but for the money that is just trivial. All in all great device for manageing your electronics. Will it charge 10 devices at the same time? I do not know, but I have no reason to suspect it would not.

Good charger for nightstand.  Has been charging all my devices fine so far.  No heat issues or faulty ports. Works as advertised, you should be aware that the blue lights stay on, you cannot turn them off, I wanted to use this in my bedroom but found that the lights were too bring for sleeping and had to move it into the living room.

I can highly recommend this 10-port hub from Sabrent.  It aids in charging multiple devices at one time and even though that might cause for a bit of desk clutter when charging 10 devices at once, it is a very handy device to have at your disposal.  They covered up the Sabrent hub.  This product was received at a free or discounted price in exchange for my review.  When plugging the power to the hub a blue light will come on next to each designated USB port.  I am a technology journalist and pride myself on providing fair and honest reviews.  .  I hooked it up and then proceeded to find ten USB devices to charge simultaneously..

Gets hot when plugging in more than 6 devices.  Be careful. I actually thought that it would be a bit larger from looking at the picture.

Has been charging all my devices fine so far. This finally went out on me today and I was upset and was going to write a bad review.  So, it lasted almost 4 years.  I can not really complain about that!  It did a really good job of charging a lot of different things for my classroom every day.

there was a button or switch to go between off/on/sleep modes, or even just have it turn back on if you move the unit. Love that I can charge multiple items at once and not have to keep swapping out items to charge.  Charges 2 phones, 2 sports/fitness watches, ear buds, etc.  all at once and all in one location.   directions state notebad, ipad, headset and cell phones.  The only issue I have is that the back light does go out/to sleep and the only way to get it back on is to unplug the unit and plug it back in again.  Charges to 100% and does not over charge.

I like it and will see how it goes. Excellent product for traveling or the office where a bunch of folks may all want to charge their devices together.  Regardless of the number of devices attached, I have yet to feel the unit get warm or cause issues. I am not totally convinced the specs are what they claim.  Some devices that usually ask for >2A either do not register or claim slow charging when connected.  My Samsung Galaxy S20 does not seem to have that issue and charges normally.

We have a bazillion cords all over out countertop and this has wrangled them somewhat. . . we still have all the cords, but now I no longer have to switch them out after charging bc they can all plug into this on base. . Good charger for nightstand.

It does not matter what cable or port is in use they all get the charge they need. Sometimes a capacitor inside has an audible whine but other than that it works great.  It started with a 4 port, then a 6 port, now a 10 port.  I bought this model based on the existing reviews and was not disappointed.   I have it near my desk and it has 7 usb cables currently hanging from it.  So anything from  tablets to Phones to Ipads are being charged at any given time. I have a growing family and thus a growing collection of devices that need to be charged.

Only been using a few weeks but like that we can charge multi devices at once. Works as stated. This thing is awesome!  With so many devices in our house that need charging at any given time, this thing is awesome!  It is a fast charger too!  I may buy another one.

That one has 8 regular USB ports. Works fine. PS: this one is 12 amp, that one is 8 amp so that would make a difference on how many tablets you could charge at the same time. Do not need the usb C port at this time so an extra regular USB would be nice.   A simple on/off button the front of the box would be logical rather than having to reach around and unplug it between uses. The display does not stay on all the time.

Charges all my devices without issue, but is picky about what cables are used in general, meaning some cables work, some do not.   It is a bit bulky, and maybe a better ergonomic design would have been better.

We only have 4 plugs in the block currently so the true test will be having the block full or almost full to see if the device handles the way I expect it to. Received the unit yesterday and was looking at the box.   The description of the item on the site reads that it provides 2. 4 amps at all 10 ports.   If it is only a 12 amp total output, then if you had 10 items plugged in you would only be able to get max 1. 2 amps per plug.   You are never going to get 2. 4 amps on all 10 ports. Operationally, I plugged the unit in and charged 4 devices overnight. I had a 4 port, 2. 4 amp per port charger that I have replaced with this unit.   Time will tell if I go back to the 4 port charger.

With use quite a few of these to charge our tablets at work for out fleet. Works as advertised.  I have not had it long enough to review quality or durability.  When you plug 10 cables into it the combined weights and strains pulls it over due to its light weight that is my only issue at this time.

All in all, solid product.  Well worth the 30 bucks you spend on it.  The power cord for the port is just the right length where it can reach a few feet beyond the outlet, and is not too long that the cord gets in the way of other items on my desk. 0 outlets!The only drawback I can think to mention is the fact the LED lights directly next to each port, do not have an off switch.  Plus it is  relatively  portable, albiet a little heavy for it is size, and has the potential to replace a fair amount of those annoying charger adapters.  However, they are rather bright in a dark room and sometimes make falling asleep slightly more difficult.  That being said, it would also be cool if the LED's would change colors to notify you if your outlet is A  empty, B  charging a device or C  has fully charged your device; like some of my wall mounted outlets do.  Most reviews were better then other products.  I like the blue lights for aesthetic purposes next to my setup. Great port for all my USBs.

Charges phones, external batteries, and other devices really fast. I have been very pleased with this charger block.   Frequently when I plug up a device to charge the cord drops out.   Hours later when I return I see that the charger block is not powered and my device still needs to charge.   A minor design flaw in an otherwise good product.

The electrical cord is very short, otherwise the product is good. For family trip with an ever growing number of devices to charge, this is perfect.

Great charger, we have 2 feature phones, a smart phone, and 2-4 tablets that need charging and it seems to charge the  Kindle Fire tablets faster than the charger that came with them.  Only thing I do not like about the charger is the 10 lights  5 on each side , they are ALWAYS on, so basically they serve no purpose except to waste power.   The device should have either a single light to indicate it is powered on, or have each of the 10 lights only light up when something is plugged in and charging, but having 10 lights that all just indicate the unit itself is plugged in, is redundant.   the only problem is I wish it was a little heavier.

The USBs are in the perfect place. Useful when mounted to a desk. A longer cord length would be better for my needs.

Comfortably charges six items including one iPad Air 2. No noise and heating up like my previous 6 port multi charger. Works as it should and does not get hot like others.

Only thing is it came with the plastic top broken so it looks eh. So far I like this.   The lights glow blue when its plugged in, so you know that it is ready for charging and you can find it easily in the dark, when its not plugged in the lights are off.   At the moment my son uses it because he has multiple devices that need to be charged I do not want him using up his outlets as he only has limited outlets.   We also like to use this for when we go on vacation because when we stay in hotels because I want to keep all the devices in one spot so chargers or devices do not get forgotten at the hotel.   This was a personal purchase.

There was literally melting cords around the hub by the time I disconnected everything. Revising my review from 1 star to 4, primarily due to Sabrent going above and beyond to understand my experience and making things right me. Unfortunately for me, this meant it also burned out the bluetooth speaker I had left charging on it, as well as a variety of proprietary USB cords  Fitbit, for example  that was attached to the hub.  I am sending the damaged unit, as well as my burned out Bluetooth speaker, back to them for their research, and I am hoping that my experience will lead to a safer product in the future.  This $35 has literally cost me close to $200 damages that I will need to replace - and I do not even want to think if I had something more expensive plugged in when it burned out  such as my Beats headphones or my PS Vita .  Upon closer inspection, I found out that it had pretty much burned out every device that it was charging; apparently, whatever power regulator function on the hub had broken, and pretty much melted every port and cord connected to it.  Beware of the quality of this hub, and I had be very interested to hear if others have had similar experiences.  It worked fine for those few months, but 3 days ago, I discovered it smoking and extremely hot, filling the living room with an acrid smell.  Charges iPads, game controllers, and everything at once.  Andrew from Sabrent maintained constant contact with me, and I am currently using a replacement unit from them  plugged into a surge protector, just in case if I have a repeat negative experience.

Nothing fancy, but it is small and perfect for a nightstand or side table. Great little device with full power to every port as far as I can tell.  Only negative is the LEDs: They are always on whether something is plugged into that port or not, but they are not positioned in a way to help you plug in a device in the dark, so they are just unfunctional light pollution.

0 protocol, which is what my phone requires to charge at the fastest possible rate. I picked this up for quickly charging seven sets of active RF 3D glasses, while still having a few free ports for charging other random accessories, like game controllers and wireless headphones.  This requires a separate charger if I want my phone to charge quickly, but that is not what I purchased this item for. I am not sure what the point of having a light on each port is.  They are all always illuminated when the charger is plugged in; they do not appear to change in response to anything, so a single  power  light would have sufficed. Just to clarify, these ports are just high amperage 5. This thing is awesome!  With so many devices in our house that need charging at any given time, this thing is awesome!  It is a fast charger too!  I may buy another one.  None of the ports support Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.  This works great for what I purchased it for. 0V USB ports.

I would suggest keeping the charging unit out of sight of your sleeping area.  It charges all of our electronics at a rapid rate.  We have charged up to 5 items at once and have not had any problems with this product.  Considering how I have it on my night stand, I find it slightly irritating sometimes.  I gave this product 4 stars because the lights are very bright.

So far no problems. so far, everything I have tried to charge from it  Kindles, iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, Fitbits, GoPro cameras, Samsung Wear 2  have worked fine.  However it would not power my Arlo battery charger.

This takes about 16 hours to charge my tablet.  It does work on my cell phones, but I have to consider this big block overkill!.  Unfortunately, I needed it for my Asus Infinity tablet. 7amps. Great product.

I am not sure if this heat is normal or not?. Very good one, accept it got hot when I tried charging 2 iPad in same time. Works well, but not as fast charging as I hoped.

Now, Sabrent, if only you had a toggle to turn the led on and off. . Hoo is that blue bright at night! Gave me weird dreams until I taped over the top of it. .  However, the power switching feature helps optimally power the devices.

Great charger.  Charges multiple items at once.  Compact design easy to use.  Do not put this in your bedroom if sudden light wakes you. This thing is really small and charges perfectly.

I ended up covering up the screen with a piece of tape and it is fine now. Charger works great and I connected multiple devices. So far so good, works as promised.  I have it on my nightstand so I found it difficult to sleep at night because the light is SO bright.

No problems.   The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the LEDs do not change color when the charge is complete, but maybe that is technically infeasible.  The LEDs serve only to let you know they are powered. Works ok on keeping my tablet going while I play games on it but cannot keep up with my phone when I play games on it  even using the c plug-in portBut it works for everything else i have plugged in to it.  Cuts down on all those separate power strips, and we can easily pull out or move cables.

If there is an "issue" I have, it is that it glows pretty brightly, so you may have to be strategic on where you use it.  Overall, it is a great product!.  It really is fantastic for the overload of electronics we own, and will be very nice for our beloved graduate. So far no problems. We bought this as graduation gifts, and we got one for ourselves.

I guess this is because it only has one decimal point for display.  But, it should show it is charging. It does not seem to show the device is being connected  charging , if the required power is less than 100mA. e.

If this charger is in your family room or kitchen it would not be an issue.   Being right beside my bed on my night-stand makes the room quite well lit at night.   The only drawback I have found for it is that the LED's next to each plug are always on and are quite bright.   A little bit of black electrical tape fixed it right up. The 10-Port charger works as advertised.  I loaded it up upon receipt and it remained cool, as a switching power supply should.

Have not used long enough to rate as 5 star but, right out of the box, definitely worth 4 stars. Great charger, we have 2 feature phones, a smart phone, and 2-4 tablets that need charging and it seems to charge the  Kindle Fire tablets faster than the charger that came with them.   Wanted to clean up desk and eliminate cables from desk top that did not need to be attached.   Using to keep bike lights, HR monitors and iPad recharged  along with anything else that can use a USB cable. Bought along with their 6 pack of micro USB cables.

It still works fine but it needs to be plugged into the wall. This may be portable but its not wireless, which when i hear portable i think it can be wireless as well.  So wouldnt be good for camping or someplace where you cant wall charge.  But I bought it for the 4 usb which work fine.

This unit charges fast, and it charges just about anything IOS, Android, kindles, ps4 controllers are what we use it for. This charger rocks.   Highly recommended.   Being a family of five with lots of electronics, I wanted something space saving to create a charging station.  Loved it.

For some reason it will not charge the fitbit. I put this on my nightstand to charge my phone, tablet, bluetooth headset, and fitbit.  Still a great charger in case you loose those power adapters for your devices.  However, after I looked back at my order I realized that I had bought it back in 2015.

There are several things I like about this charger.   First, it is actually heavy enough you can plug in devices without the charger turning over from the tension of the cords.   Second, it has the power to rapidly charge all your devices.   The only reason I deducted a star from my rating is the fact that this was a replacement for a Sabrent model that developed a bad port which drained my equipment, when it was supposed to charge it.   If time proves this to be more dependable I will update my rating. Charger works great and I connected multiple devices.

Regardless of the number of devices attached, I have yet to feel the unit get warm or cause issues. I have noticed some of my phones are not getting much charge but otherwise this is a very good little box.  Keeps cords organized and going.

EDIT: Sabrent was nice enough to send us a new unit outside of the warranty period. 5mw each for charging my iPhone, much less things like my iPad which charges on higher mw.   Upon receipt of the device, I read the instructions, the total device capacity is only 13mw, which means that if all 10 USB outlets were being used, it would not  even meet the minimum of 1.

Was personally exactly what I was looking for.  We only have 4 plugs in the block currently so the true test will be having the block full or almost full to see if the device handles the way I expect it to.

At the moment my son uses it because he has multiple devices that need to be charged I do not want him using up his outlets as he only has limited outlets. It is easy to use and take places while traveling.

Like it very much cord length works for w. I have noticed some of my phones are not getting much charge but otherwise this is a very good little box.

The 120V receptacles are not spaced far enough apart to accommodate two of the type charger blocks I have. Well-made product.  Not a huge deal as I can put the cord in one of the 4 USB slots, but. .   Only defect is no USB C port.

I can plug in more devices and the power stays level.  It does not over charge or get hot.  It is so much cleaner and easier having one central plug than all those separate plugs into a power strip.  I plug in my phone, my iPad, and a little speaker and it takes care of everything. keep up the good work.

When plugged in the lights are on all the time so you know it is drawing power.   A simple on/off button the front of the box would be logical rather than having to reach around and unplug it between uses. I love it.

It is not for travel, for me anyway, so that is why 0 stars.  Only drawback I have are the lights.   Maybe if it had only one main power light. . . but it is a great product.  Cleared up a bulky bar.  ed I had found it sooner..

Good little charger but wished it had more outlets. I owned the previous version.   Has half of the outlets as the older one. Comfortably charges six items including one iPad Air 2.

I received one of these items which quickly went defective. More ports and data on charge amps,.

The USB-C OUTLETS provided no current at all, despite trying different cables. I have purchased two of these units.  However, I have been unable to obtain more than one amp from any outlet.  This unit is described as high power, but for some reason seems to limit itself  The single USB-C chargers by others work very well and I recommend these instead of this unit.  None of them are able to obtain more than one amp when plugged in using a USB to lightning or USB C charging cable. This charger is great except for the brightness of the display.  I have an iPhone 8S, iPhone 12 pro and iPad Air 4.

No issues. Does not seem to do a rapid charge. So far so good, I have not run it at full load, but it works as I expect with about 1/2 the ports under load.

one of the usb ports stopped working after 2 months.   overall though my family is very happy with it. I use this charger for charging drone  batteries.

Exactly what we wanted. Powerfully enough for several devices charging at the same time. So far no problems.

Bought this to charge all our electronics.  It works great at fast charging! Whis this would have come with the fast charging usb cords.  Had to. buy those separate. Work great.

I have to cover the display to keep it from disturbing my sleep. Works as it should and does not get hot like others.  This one stayed cool while I charged several items at once.

If it continues to function properly, I will revise my rating to 5 stars because, so far, it fits my needs with its high capacity, current readout per channel and the 8 port capacity.  I did not test the C port.  A lot of reviews stated that the C port did not work at all and others experienced catastrophic failures and fires. Other than that it has worked well to charge my Apple mobile devices and other toys. I am giving it 4 stars for now because of the negative reviews, which makes me cautious.  I loaded it up upon receipt and it remained cool, as a switching power supply should.

Compact and easy to use. It charges a whole lot of stuff all at once!  It just works exactly as expected.

I bought this for work because we use a lot of iPads and needed something to charge about 10 at a time.  I tested it with 5 and it got VERY hot so I am a little leery about plugging in more than 4 or 5.   It charges fairly quickly but it does get quite hot. I have only had the opportunity to use the  Sabrent  twice.

The other nine are still functioning OK. I bought this last May  a little less than a year ago.  BTW, we are not heavy users.  Sure enough, it no longer worked.  We rarely charge more than 2 devices at a time and I noticed the Ipad cords get a bit warm during their charging.   Has been working fine until recently when we saw one of the lights out next to a USB port. Not so confident it will not deteriorate further, especially in light of other reviews that indicated theirs melted.  It is only been a year and we lost one charging port.  Other then that it work great.

Sill must use a charging block.  I use it primarily at home so I do not have to reach for an outlet when plugging in the phone. good seller.  It does not provide enough amps via one of the USB ports to fast or super fast charge a Samsung device.

It is a very handy item.  We will see how it holds up over time.  Moving on to a different brand.

The compact size is great, and with the 1ft USB to Mini USB cables I also bought, all the items I charge take less thad a square foot of my end table space. This Item is fantastic.  Would Highly recommend this product! This would probably be a 5-star item, but I have only used them a few months, and will not go to 5 stars unless something proves itself worthy for over a year.   If soley a tabletop use no issue when multiple lines plugged in but say nightstand use eh maybe could have been better as depending on the angle of the drape in your plugs it may cause some slippage, but for the money that is just trivial.

This is a great alternative to having all your wall sockets being taken over by USB charger  wall warts .  Many port and lots of charging power. works well, charges quickly.

Call us technically challenged but it really is not a big deal to us anyway. I like this station.   I find it very useful. I like it so much I bought my cousin one and had it shipped to his house.   We just use it to charge out iPads and phones.   If there is a different faster port we have not noticed a difference.  I do not think there would have been enough.   I have no idea what the different ports are for.

I like how it has four usb connections and two regular plugs.  Great product.   At night, it nearly lights up the room with bright blue light.

Only thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is to disable the lights on all ports and just enable them when the ports are used. I like this Sabrent 60 Watt. This is a great little USB charger.   It reduced the clutter of power plugs for all my USB chargers for phones and tablets.  10-port charger.

Great for family trips. works in US and Europe with proper passive adapter.  Good for when other chargers are  borrowed .  I need to be careful with European voltage and sometimes unplug/replug.

Set this up at a wedding reception for a charging station - worked well. It is easy to use and take places while traveling.

I might get one for the office since we manage a pool of iPads and iPhones. Great product. Works great for our delivery crews to charge their hotspots and ipads.   It met my expectation.   Decent size.

This brick has no problems charging all 9 items at once. Between my wife and I we charge 5 different phones for work and personal use along with 2 ipads, a Samsung tablet and a baby monitor.  It does not provide enough amps via one of the USB ports to fast or super fast charge a Samsung device.

It also took a long time to charge my phone when it was the only thing plugged in, but my cheap phone might not be compatible with the charge controller to start the rapid charge mode.   It seems without that the ports are each limited to a normal, slower charge  about 1.   Occasionally it seems to go into a pause mode when one of the batteries gets full, but disconnecting that battery gets it started again. 2 amps . All in all, it gets the job done. It does a good job and can handle 10 batteries at a time.  But it is great to be able to charge so many different things at once.

SO far I like it a lot. Charger works great; plenty of outlets.   This one replaces an old 4 outlet usb charger that was limited by having only 2 x 2. 1A.   This one has smart charging and will deliver max amp to whatever is plugged in at whichever outlet.   Great product.

Instead of searching the entire house for their devices,  they are all in one place!!.  Unfortunately it will not charge that many devices at one time. This product is perfect when family is over & everyone has a different device to charge.

The only thing I dislike is that it does not have a on/off switch. I use it when I travel.   I used masking tape to cover the ports that no longer work so that we do not use them by accident.  The cord is a good length and it charges well.

But if the electrical squeal does not bother you then this is definitely the extension cord for you but if you are overly sensitive to the sounds of electricity and you know it is going to bother you this is not the electrical outlet for you. I like how handy this is, but I do not think you could have all the ports filled and have you are devices charge at the same time.   We had five hooked up at once, and the charger felt hot to the touch.   I need to figure out if was because of those cheap cords or if it was the charger itself.   We still use it everyday, and it is fine with 3-4 devices charging on it.

As people noted, the blue lights are sort of annoying.  They should make them very faint. We needed about 6 ports, so getting 10 gives us room for growth  or if any ever stop working . This thing is great.  Working well so far!.  But pretty good for 3 phones at the same time.

They work great and are a great price too!.  I guess android standard is 1amp?My original charger for the Samsung Galaxy S5 is 2amp and that damn beast charges my phone quick, but because this only puts out 1amp for androids I get half of what I usually get.

Great little charger but not suitable for a bedroom unless you like a really bright night light. Definitely comes in handy when needing to charge multiple devices and do not have enough plug adapters!.

This gizma manages nicely. It is pretty good, works as advertised.  I do not like that the blindingly blue LED's on the side never seem to turn off; I would understand if they would only turn on when current is getting drawn from the port next to them, I am not sure at all why you would need them all to be on constantly.

Issue number 2 is quite noticeable during the purchase, and is really a preference. Seemed okay with charging but not as good as I expected and cat fried it when she spilled drink on my end table.

This desktop power source is the perfect size for the work at home small desk.  Will also plan on bringing the when vacationing on cruise ships to get the most out of the limited outlets in cabins.   Note there is a slight buzzing sound when charging a device using the USB ports.   Too bad the input will not adjust to higher voltages other than 5v.

My only issue is it is Lifht that shows it is working is quite bright.   I had to place tap over it to sleep. So far so good, only 4 days.   Highly recommended.

Other seem to work fine. Works fine, but one of the plugs failed after only 3 uses.  Other seem to work fine.

PS: this one is 12 amp, that one is 8 amp so that would make a difference on how many tablets you could charge at the same time. I do like the charger and it functions just fine - personally I would like the backlight to remain on at all times  it times out if there is no activity  but that is just a personal preference.

It does not charge my Kindle as fast as another charger I own.   It is faster than most and will charge the kindle while using it on games, which others do not. I like the digital readout and the usbc charging port.  I use it for work we have minimal electrical outlets and people forget the wall plugs.

A longer cord length would be better for my needs.  Will be perfect on family vacations.

This is great.   When you buy it, buy extra cables and a label maker as it suddenly becomes a place where cables can be  borrowed  by your kids.   It appears well built from the outside and the original lasted about 18 months before it failed to work.

lasted one year to the day, UPDATE:  contacted seller, sent replacement priority mail, no complaints. Easy to use, works great when family is all here and need extra ports.

Sometimes a capacitor inside has an audible whine but other than that it works great.  This thing, with an assortment of different USB cords  which I have in ample supply  will  and has  charge 5 devices at the same time and in no longer a period of time then the devices would have charged with a dedicated OEM charger.

It needs some kind of rubber on bottom because it slides easily. Great product. Works as stated.  Fast charge.

keep up the good work. I would give this product 5 stars if the blue lights would only turn when something is plugged in.  Considering how I have it on my night stand, I find it slightly irritating sometimes.

However it works fantastically. Update: 1/25/16 Contacted seller when it stopped working and received an email right away.  Sent my info and they are sending a new one without any issue. Update: 1/23/16 I have had this for less than one year and already stopped working! Very disappointed as I thought I would at least get a couple of years worth.  Great way to have a central docking station plus if you are charging with a lighting cable, they all charge super fast.

Apparently the seller of the item  not the manufacturer  saw my original post, and took it upon themselves to send me a replacement unit at no charge. I received one of these items which quickly went defective.   I found this amazing since I had used the prior item for well over 90 days and was owed no such courtesy. Bottom line - this thing is a tank.   I have been using the replacement longer than I had the original.   I reviewed the item as such, noting that the original seller had nothing to do with the defective item, but letting folks know I had an issue.   It charges devices _SO_FAST_  If you have got more than a couple of thirsty little devices  or want to put up a high-capacity charging station somewhere  you will LOVE this product.   Only flaw I see is the rubber or non slip product on the bottom of the device to prevent slippage could have been better, especially when multiple devices are plugged in.

I really do not know what happened, as it had been working perfectly since we got it. Today, I smelled electronics burning. .  I am 100% impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully they have responded to me.  This device was overheating and putting out smoke.  I am very glad I was home.  I unplugged it, and it is cooling down. . Sabrent really stands behind their product.  I got a phone call less than 24 hours after I posted this  And submitted a support ticket .  They are exchanging it, and asking for the old one back to investigate. The product does what it is supposed to.  I had USB cables coming out of it, but only one ipod was charging at the time.  It is a very distinct smell.

There is no internal fan, so it is nice and quiet - which makes it perfect for bedside use. After a few weeks of use, I have to say this device is an excellent product.  10 ports as advertised, plenty of juice per port, and it easily handles the more finicky devices to quick-charge like Samsung devices. There are no holes in the back for a wall-mount option, but I had say it is lightweight enough to be held up by some good double-sided tape or a Velcro sticky-backed tape solution. e.  a minor  energy vampire   -- this number is according to my Kill-a-Watt.  Charges my devices fine. 4 watts when idle  i.  Presumably this is from lighting up the 10 blue LEDs, which are nothing more than  power is on  status lights.

It does not & will turn off after a time & I need added light to see the progress of the charging. I love this USB charging hub.  I fully appreciate the feature that automatically adjusts the charging amps needed by any specific device.  The LED display is informative.  This may not be an issue for others.  It let us me know visually with the charging bars when my devices are fully charged. Like it very much cord length works for w.  I would have given this device 5 stars if that LED would stay on during the charging process.

Many port and lots of charging power. convenient charger, but did not notice is to be a  rapid charger.

I have got mine tucked under the back of the nightstand, but the cats keep pulling it back out!  Also, if you have to tuck it under something, you can not read the display without moving it.   That seems to happen quite a bit during the first hour of charging for some reason  perhaps some devices completing their charge given light use and a high charge rate.   The display, however, is REALLY bright so if you have it next to the bed it lights up the ceiling.  . Works great as a charger, and it is nice to see the charging rate at times.  10-port charger.

I ordered this to charge 10 iPads for my classroom.  Unfortunately it will not charge that many devices at one time.  Not Sabrent's fault though as I did not pay attention to the Amp rating for the device as a whole.   It is rated at 12 amps and each iPad requires 2 amps.  Do the math and you can see why this can not charge 10 at one time.  5-6 will work at one time though.   I will work around it by rotating every other day.   I like that it lights up when charging.   When you have too many devices hooked up it will blink at you.    had way to turn that light down/off.

Tablet and USB powered speakers I get a lot of noise. I like the product.  or when doing a long video transfer to my PC via USB-2 the transfer is totally trash.  Though I added a self adhesive Velcro  hook pad to the bottom and the matching pad  on the side of my desk to help it from moving around.  But bot when using USB-3 cable.  When I have any two devices powered from it ie. .  The only problem I found is that there is NO hum/noise filtering on the outputs.  It charges all of our electronics at a rapid rate.  It solved my cabling problem on my desk.

Solid performance, good price.  This has come in handy in a variety of situations..

This product is nice, but I cannot say that I love it.   It will NOT charge 10 iPad Airs, but this might be obvious to someone who understands amps.   Each iPad Air pulls 2. 1 amps, and this hub allows 12 amps.   I really wish I would have realized this before I bought 2 of these to charge our school iPads.   It does as it claims, and customer service responds very quickly to your questions/concerns.  This works great for what I purchased it for.

Unfortunately, I can not also plug in my Raspberry Pis or other single board computers at the same time. The 10 amp max is a little disappointing in a device that has ten ports. I finally have something I can plug all four of my mobile phones at once.  However, the power switching feature helps optimally power the devices.  Helpful when one device is a USB 1. 1 that can not handle more than an amp, and others are USB 3. 1 Quick Charge enabled devices  note: this charger is not a Quick Charge device .   My only complaint is that the LEDs all light up at once and are so bright that I cant use this in my bedroom at night without covering it.

Super convenient for large families as well. Amazing product.   Being a family of five with lots of electronics, I wanted something space saving to create a charging station.  Charges phones, external batteries, and other devices really fast.

I use it at home now all the time, it saves on space and extention cords. Very nice product that charges quickly and has lots of ports.  I wish they would make a model with a USB function as well as that would make this indispensible on my computer desk.

The device should have either a single light to indicate it is powered on, or have each of the 10 lights only light up when something is plugged in and charging, but having 10 lights that all just indicate the unit itself is plugged in, is redundant. Charges everything fast great for traveling, but the cord does not stay plugged in to the main box.

It works as intended. these are great little block that let you set up a central place for things to charge.

Maybe it is just me but I tend to leave it plugged as if it is a microwave.  Otherwise, it is worth it.  I like it but the annoying part is that the small piece of paper they call a manual, stated - once your electronics are fully charged, you have to disconnect it from the power source. It is a great item, one of the ports died but I still have nine to use, and I never need that many at once.

It is a wonderful extension cord but my biggest annoyance I have to say is the fact that I can hear it. I have yet to get it to fast mode, regardless of cords.  I love the number of charging ports.

I did not feel any appreciable heat from the device but would never recommend covering the vent. I have only had it for less than a day now but the blue lights on it are annoying at night.   They do not just glow from the top but also from the ventilated end.  Original Review Purchased this hub a few months ago, and put it in my living room to recharge all the devices people brought over.   I can not see the point of these lights  they are just a minor 24/7 power drain  and I will be covering them with electrical tape today.

Charger works great and gives me lots of options.  It does not fit well in the wooden charger box but it does satisfy the need for many toys to be attached both Apple and android. Like it, just need a lare counter top to put all your devices.

White and tan would be best suited for other rooms other than office space. This unit work fine. Works really good and charges fast.   I wished they would have another color other than black.

Unfortunately, I hit the small lights on the front, it disturbed me while I was sleeping and could not be turned off. I love it. I deducted one star because the cord detaches easily from the unit.   It would be perfect if it was hard wired.

The short wire from the outlet is the only thing that prevents me from giving 5star.  Panel light is very bright so I would not suggest plugging it in your bedroom unless you need a night light. Works cool.

I have a ton of USB devices that I have to charge for training at work, so this is a timesaver. Seems to work well except I notice that from time to time, the device shuts off, so all the USB ports shut off as well. .   Not sure what the deal is.  will keep trying it and hope it works. Takes a while to charge up my phone when I am in a rush to get out he door.   Noticed this on a few occasions.   If not, I will return it and try a new one.

Had it a week and it works fine. Works well.  The 2 "wall plugs" are a bit close together.  But I bought it for the 4 usb which work fine.

From charging phones, drone batteries, flashlight batteries, a helmet mounted camera, and more-- it is been rock solid. . . This guy is compact, travels well in my duffle bag or backpack.  Only gets lower marks for being rather large and blocky- less than ideal for travel, but for travel I would not need 10 charging ports either.

The only thing that I do not like is that the screen is bright at night.  Other then that it work great.   My only compliant is that the cord fits too loosely into the charger block.

I have only had the opportunity to use the  Sabrent  twice.   The last time I charged 4 items & the items did charge well, HOWEVER, even though they were charged 100% the red light beside each item never turned off or turned green as a review stated it would.   Therefore I wonder if the items were still being charged!!  That is a concern, otherwise I believe it will be a useful tool.  This one has like 10 blue lights bright enough to wake me up if I roll over facing them.
